Our flight arrived early, and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in as early as 11:00 AM, which we truly appreciated. They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday. We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. It's an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone who simply wants to relax and enjoy a quiet retreat.

Vous obtenez ce que vous payez. Si vous voulez un hébergement budget avec la vie privée et ne voulez pas rester avec un auberge, c'est une option. Okay naman location car il est le long de la route Tourism. Le déclin est walang masyadong kainan na malapit kapag lumabas kaya besoin de ma magtricycle palagi chaque fois que gisto mo kumain. Kaya ils offrent également un petit déjeuner gratuit kasi wala ka nga naman makakainan sa labas na malapit. 6:40am commence ng petit déjeuner nila tas yung babaeng assistant wala man lang urgency na ihanda agad at 7am pa magsisimola magluto. Lol. La pire partie est la jung pinapatay nila jung briseur ng électricité kapag tanghali (kasi inaassume nila na walang tao sa room) kaya minsan sobrang init kapag nagstay ka sa don. Donc, mon pa sila tanungin kung brownout ba ou pinatay lang nila breaker tas tsaka nila bubuksan ulit. Alors sa gabi sinasardo nila yung main valve ng tubig kesio nakakalimutan daw ng guest na nakabukas daw yung gripo. La valve principale de la valve est aussi la lagi peut imposer la tubig para incase na patayin nila yung tubig eh makalig ka pa rhin. Je suggère de faire un dépôt de 100 pesos que le wag kao na umasa na mababalik. Depuis tous les vols de départ sa Siargao ay Umaga et arrivée pa sila environ 5am alors yung principale maison est nakalock donc je suppose yung 100pesos na kinolect est parang payment na rin sa key duplication so if ever na matap din kayo sa gaung situation eh wag niyo ng Iwan Sa room Yung susi at Itapon Niyo Nalang.

Beautiful hotel, but as a new hotel they are poorly unorganised and many amenities are still yet to be completed. Couldnt vook the meeting rooms. The internet in the rooms always dropped out amd very unreliable to do business meetimgs, I had to rum team calls down near reception. Inconvenient!. ,I stayed in 3 different rooms and woke up to no hot water for a shower more than twice. Poor comtrols in place to ensure a customer room is ready and functioning. The food is probably great for locals but not for westerners. Many advertised meals they simply dont have. Great poolside, but no outside bar, or aloud to have a drink in the pool area. I will be a regular business visitor to Butuan during 2025 and therefore looking for a decent place that has a variety of food and reliable internet. Didn't fins it here.

Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

The most I love with Flo is the Clean Bathroom, I've been to a lot of a hotels 4-5 stars but only jere in Floe where I didn't hesitate to use the bathroom barefoot. I wasn't able to took a picture of it. Also, the aircon on the other room can use some upgrades. The wifi Connection is way to slow, I needed to go to a resto or coffee shop so I can work. But overall it's worth the price.

The Beach House is a very nice place to stay in General Luna. It’s directly at the beach and you can see the sea from your bed. It also has a private terrace, which you can see on the picture. The people are very nice and help out with everything, also renting a scooter is quite easy. The accommodation is big and has a lot of space for your stuff. I would recommend staying at the beach house!

La chambre est propre mais il n'y a pas de lit. C'est juste une madrague bon marché sur le sol. Très inconfortable, nous ne pouvons pas dormir correctement. Je regrette de le réserver pendant 2 jours. Outre la madrague, la location est belle, elle est propre et il y a même un équipement de cuisine et des condiments.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, and a special mention goes to Lili, she was absolutely lovely and incredibly kind. Her warmth truly made our stay even better. Thank you for such a memorable welcome!

Il y a quelques restaurants bons à proximité et des beaux plages et des sites de surf, très calmes et amis hôtes beaucoup plus chers que la zone touristique principale.

Отличный отель на берегу океана! Не забываемые рассветы прямо с балкона номера! В номере есть всё необходимое и чистое постельное бельё! Персонал и хозяин отеля очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные люди! Антураж отеля с морской атрибутикой очень красивый! Всё понравилось, рекомендуем!
