« The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call. »

« The location is perfect, right near the river. There are convenience store nearby, even some restaurants still open till midnight. The hotel check-in is fully self-service, there is customer service hotline 24/7. The only bad thing was Trip.com services, I had trouble finding the check in information because Trip.com did not send my personal info to the hotel, so they were not able to send me my room number and password to the main door. Luckily i have overseas phone service so I called the hotline and they sent me all the information via SMS eventually. »

« Prima locatie op enkele minuten lopen van centrum. Aan drukke weg maar die hoor je niet. We hoorden wel iedere ochtend duiven die boven het slaapkamer raam beginnen te koeren. Bedden waren matig. Dun matras en plank eronder. De bedbank was een veel beter alternatief om op te slapen. Alles was verder schoon. Prima douche. »
