** A Simple Stay** Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair. As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Grande location, à 5 minutes à pied du centre de Hat Yai, mais autrement un peu plus loin du centre, mais facile et rapide pour obtenir une moto. La chambre était très spacieuse (4e étage de la chambre deluxe), mais n'était pas très deluxe, mais était confortable, calme et propre 😄Le personnel de la chambre frontale est très aimable mais parle très peu d'anglais. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé.

其實本來有些事情可以睜一衹眼閉一衹眼就過去算了，但第二天就發生的事情真心讓人非常不爽！ 我們本身並不期待這樣的旅店有什麼好服務，畢竟一百多一點點的價格。上午大概十一點左右到，老闆説必須到下午兩點才能入住，咱也好説話，就按照要求唄。一點多去的時候，那邊來了好幾波馬來西亞穆斯林客人，老闆可殷勤了，把他們都先安排住進房間了。我這邊問了兩次，都説要等一會，硬生生等到兩點才讓住！咱內心裡已經有些不愉快，原來他優先於馬來客人，不過咱也沒説什麼，能住就行！該有的禮貌咱一點也沒少！當晚一晚沒睡好，原因是那個床墊早就老化坍塌窩成一個大坑了，人一躺下去是窩進去的，這個姿勢一晚上從頸椎到腰椎全都受不了，咱也沒説啥，據説每個房間差不多都那樣。七點多勉強睡着，然後快十一點醒來洗澡，就在洗一半的時候，老闆敲門了，我心想這才一天還有一天呀，沒有要退房啊！就跟他説在洗澡，他還是敲，一邊敲一邊在外面説“ you need to change your room!”我就問為什麼，他就在外面一直説，我也聽不懂泰式英語，他就説必須換房間！我衹能穿上衣服給他開門！開門説了半天，他就是堅持説要我換房間，我問他為什麼，他就説昨天給我升級了，今天必須回到預訂的房間去！而我住的和預訂圖片上是一模一樣的房間，當然有異議！人家馬上給agoda打電話（攜程把業務承包給agoda了），那頭説話也比較直接，就強調昨天給我升級了什麼的，那我就問首先你升級了要在昨天就告訴我，並且要讓我有多準備，也告知我是住進任何酒店都會消毒的，哪怕五星級，並且你一來就讓我必須換房間，也不管我是不是不方便開門，這個是很不禮貌的行為！agoda方面就説隨便我，要麼換房或者取消！那我就取消吧，老闆還不樂意出結果就自己要跟我吵起來了。這時候一個好心的馬來司機朋友幫我用馬來語跟老闆解釋，這裏真的要感謝人家。在得知前因後果後他也覺得老闆這麼做沒有禮貌也不適合，但是也説了這種情況在合艾也比較普遍，也提到床墊塌陷的事情，他睡一晚上渾身疼衹能去刮痧拔罐緩解。後面也是不想多説什麼，就跟攜程反映了這個事情，也請司機朋友幫忙和老闆協商給我半小時洗澡整理行李，老闆沒有再來應該是默認了。20多分鐘後攜程來電説得知情況屬實，也可以提前取消了。後面咱也就不想多説什麼趕緊走人！我挺好奇這些本來祖籍中國的華人，也不能説他們歧視中國遊客吧，就是那種天然來的對中國遊客的“特殊化對待”，是怎麼做到淋漓盡致的？從入住到後面第二天説話的態度，你要是真心不歡迎來自中國區的遊客，你大可以不在中國遊客常用平台上展示！我雖然不能算地道中國人，但也實在不理解這種情況，中國遊客基本上主宰了東南亞旅遊業，善待他們才是你們這些業者的未來之道！再有個建議，就是以後請誠實展示每一個房型的核心照片，具備特徵訊息的照片！再就是如果你認為給了關照給顧客了，麻煩提前當時就全部告知清楚，好讓別人有選擇，有準備！不要做一些模稜兩可，甚至讓人誤解的事情！

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. Despite the lack of Grab drivers in the area in the morning to the airport. one of the staff members on duty went above and beyond to assist us. She was incredibly helpful and managed to book an e-hailing driver for us through different apps. Her dedication and resourcefulness made our stay even more enjoyable. We’re almost missed our flight. The is my second time stay in Get Guesthouse! Everything was great and happy to stay here! Staffs all are friendly, the comfy environment and the location were all beyond my expectation! Will do visit again next time visit Hatyai! Oh ya! And the provide free shuttle tuktuk too! Just have to book 20 minutes in advance!

the cutest boutique hotel ever !! easy to go around, center of everything.. not to near the mosque but you can hear azan prayer so you will know halal food is available.. lot of cute cafe and halal cafe.. worth staying here..
