Had an alright stay. Service was brilliant especially during breakfast. Delicious food, cooked very nicely. Kind and talkative staff, friendly attitude. Hotel room was very cramped and small. The radiator in the bathroom was filthy and there was a strong smell of cigarettes lingering mostly in the bathroom. There was a sticky bit of dirt on the duvet like someone had eaten sweets and wiped their hands on the duvet afterwards. The mattress was very comfortable, tv was great. You could hear the noise downstairs but it wasn’t a disturbance. Loud outside but that’s the high street for you. Overall, a decent stay. Cleanliness could be improved. Would stay again.

Large clean comfortable bed, so that’s the main thing for me. Bathroom was small, tight squeeze, hot water on a timer so only available when the pubs open. Some small areas, corners were in need of a deeper clean, mainly behind the door.  Plenty of choice in hot drinks available and a couple of packs of biscuits, greatly appreciated.  TV had plenty of channels but the TV itself was very small for the room size and viewing distance from the bed.  Overall we had a comfortable night and would stay again. The pub was very nice and we ate there 3 times during our stay and food was lovely every time. Fairly priced too. Staff very friendly and helpful. 

Le centre-ville est situé à proximité de la ville, avec de nombreux magasins de gymnastique. Le personnel était très aimable et attentif. Les chambres étaient sans place et malgré leur date, elles avaient toutes les possibilités nécessaires pour un séjour confortable. J'aime l'escalier de la merde, mais je ne veux pas l'utiliser après quelques bières !

Vous pouvez toujours profiter de votre séjour dans les hôtels et les hôtels avec beaucoup d'histoire, c'est certainement l'un d'eux!

Very helpful staff and always cheerful, greeting us at every opportunity. Great view from our window!
