Auberges de jeunesse de Hokkaidō, Japon

I stayed 5 nights in July 2025, and I am fully satisfied and would totally recommend the hostel. The hostel is located in a peaceful area, you can get there by bus from the airport or from Furano Station. The hostel provides slippers, a towel, a toothbrush, a hair brush, and earplugs. You will find shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the showers. The bunk beds are spacious enough for a tall person (I'm 170 and had lots of space left), have and entrance with a curtain that totally covers from the light outside if you need to go to bed early, and you can charge your phone inside. I met many nice people, both Japanese and foreigners, the hostel is very international, we had some convenience store food for dinner/breakfast in the common room and shared our travel plans and recommendations for the local area. I was advised to go to Biei Tourism Information to book a half a day tour, which can be booked on the day there, and includes all the sightseeing spots around Biei, so you don't have to worry about how to get to these famous tourist spots. Also, I was advised to rent a bicycle (the 2nd one from the station is only 2000yen for a day) and where to go around Furano, so I'm really happy the hostel provides a common area for us to help each other, and to never feel alone there. All in all, I'll be back in the winter season and for lavender season again. Thank you for having me.

C'est pour le ski ! Les étrangers sont plus nombreux que les Japonais, mais tout le monde a respecté les règles fondamentales et a passé un bon temps! On est allés dans le ski sauvage riche ! Il y a un panier de nourriture qui peut être stocké, donc je pense que le logement à long terme est très confortable! (Quand je dis aux étrangers que je fais vraiment des réactions à Tomar, c'est un endroit confortable!)

Il est le meilleur endroit pour rester à Furano. La gare est en face de l'auberge (si vous êtes en voiture par bus de Sapporo). Il est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Le salon est énorme. La cuisine est étonnante et remplie de tout ce que vous avez besoin pour cuisiner. Les douches sont parfaites. Pour les filles il y a une chambre supplémentaire près des salles de bains pour se préparer, faire votre maquillage et changer. La vie privée que vous obtenez est merveilleuse. La propreté globale de cet auberge était absolument un rêve. Les mamans sont parfaites. Vous allez dormir comme un bébé. C'était l'un des meilleurs pendant mon séjour au Japon. Le café de l'auberge est super mignon. Amoureuse de mon café Latte. Grand cri à tous les récepteurs. Super gentil, beau et toujours utile. Surtout Kozue a fait mon séjour merveilleux. Elle est une douceur. Elle m'a aidé avec tant de choses et m'a recommandé le meilleur Onsen local que j'aurais pu demander. Globalement, mon séjour était un 10/10. Je vais certainement rester ici quand je suis de retour à Furano. Très RECOMMANDED! :)

The owner put a lot of effort into opening a great hostel. I believe some people may take advantage of learning how to extend their business. Guest all enjoy their stay with quality and competitive price. Definitely will be back soon

Place is awesome. Really easy for late check in. Great to post up for a few nights and wait to score some good weather and pow at asahidake. Great kitchen and lounge space to cook and meet other shredders. Bring some food with you before you head into the national park , not much to eat.

Très propre hôtel. La chambre est très mini. Les installations sont prêtes. Mais l'espace pour les enfants est trop petit n'est pas approprié. Le patron est très actif pour guider la route. Il y a des magasins et des restaurants à proximité

今年1月の宿泊以来の利用です。前回は上段だったので、今回は下段にしてみました。webページの説明通り、上段よりやや広めの印象はありました。チェックイン時、フロントの方の対応が少々気になりました。Trip.com経由で予約したのですが、ホステルとの間にもう一社旅行代理店が入っていたようです。アーリーチェックインで予約していた（15時過ぎに到着）にもかかわらず、チェックインは18時からなので、まだ出来ないと言われ（その後、アーリーチェックインであったことが分かり、謝罪されました）、また、宿泊費も当初予約時と異なる金額を言われました（これも私からの指摘で、カード決済前に分かり、謝罪されました）。前回の印象がとても良かったので、こう言うところでケチを付けなければならないのは残念です。施設自体は前回同様、良かったです。また、翌朝最寄駅まで車で送って頂けるのがとてもありがたいです。お世話になりました。

Les bâtiments sont très vieux, mais ils sont bien gérés. C'est très confortable, parce qu'il n'y a pas de nourriture. Vous pouvez acheter ou prendre vos objets de nourriture à moins de 10 minutes de route de cette ville, il y a un supermarché important, donc vous ne devez pas vous inquiéter de l'achat de nourriture. La réception du personnel est excellente. Je peux vivre confortablement. J'avais prévu de rester une nuit, mais j'ai passé quelques nuits.

오비히로 시내에 있는 호텔 기타노야타이도 가깝고, 공항버스타는곳도 바로앞에있습니다! 이코노미 싱글을 이용했는데 룸 안에 냉장고가 없고, 5층의 공용냉장고를 이용하여야하는데, 의외로 나쁘지않았습니다. 잘 쉬다가 갑니다 :)

Need to walk around 20 minutes from Sapporo station. Hard to find since there is no sign or poster on the entry writing hostel . Rather cafe , after going 3 times round the block I finally read in small print ten to ten . 10 minutes away from any seven eleven or family mart, 30 minutes away from Ōdōri park , I found the location to be not ideal . On their website they write they have a laundromat , which is wrong . No washing machine , I find it disappointing in Japan where every hostels or hotels have one . The lady at the desk told me to go and wash clothes is quite far . Also don’t believe the photos on their website or promotions pictures . There is no park down the building . It’s a small hostel in a small street isolated from the rest of the neighborhood. For the hostel itself , classic , nothing to say except some of the curtains on their bed don’t close properly , the bed is very comfortable , bathroom clean and you can change towels every day . Breakfast is for free every morning at 8 and it is a coffee and a small bread . Still delicious . Staff is not always on the premises, morning and evening . In a nutshell. Was good for a short stay but will definitely look for another one with better equipment ( laundromat ) and better location ( closer to a family mart ) next time .
