I was very satisfied with my stay at Tanjung Inn Cherating. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafés and shops within walking distance, and the property connects directly to the beach. The only downside is that the hotel is on higher ground, so getting to the beach means walking up and down a sandy path without proper stairs. Service was generally good, and I found WhatsApp to be the fastest way to reach staff — when I reported a plumbing issue, it was fixed immediately after I texted. Amenities are thoughtful, like the mosquito repellent provided in the room, though the water dispenser was broken and housekeeping doesn’t clean daily or replenish water unless requested. Despite these small inconveniences, the atmosphere is peaceful, the surroundings are charming, and it feels like a great place to slow down and enjoy Cherating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would happily return.

Nous avons réservé 3 nuits dans un lit double dans le dortoir. La boîte était équipée de prises, d'un ventilateur, d'un miroir et d'un procédé. Il y avait aussi un très grand coffre à bagages verrouillable. Malheureusement, le matelas à ressorts n'était pas très confortable, mais c'était bien pour quelques nuits. Les salles de bain étaient propres, il y avait de l'eau chaude pour les douches. Il y avait un petit espace commun avec un balcon où de l'eau et du thé étaient offerts gratuitement. Cependant, il n'y avait pas de petit-déjeuner (un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain et une bouilloire sont cependant disponibles). Des visites peuvent être réservées auprès de l'auberge à des prix raisonnables. Les serviettes peuvent être louées pour 4RM. Un lave-linge et un sèche-linge sont disponibles en libre service (8RM chacun). Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour au Sleepbox Hôtel, mais sachez que vous dormirez dans un dortoir de plus de 30 lits. (Ce n'était pas trop bruyant pour nous, mais ce n'était pas complet non plus).

Meja kaunter tengah2 building.. Parking ada kawasan kanan dan kiri.. Masa datang parking side kiri, naik atas dan ke meja mudah je nak cari.. Urusan check in pun tak sampai 5 minit.. Dpt bilik sayap kanan pun x jauh mana berjalan.. Lepas keluar balik tu tukar parking side kanan, lagi la bertambah mudah.. Bilik besar ya amat.. Bersih dan selesa.. Peti ais mmg function sbb mmg kuat minum air sejuk.. Siapa ada sofa depan tv.. Meja makan.. Rasa mcm nak duduk terus je situ..

The place was cozy and honestly not bad. Only downside is that there is construction being carried out right now so during office hours it can be pretty noisy. But it was really comfy, definitely can be considered if you need somewhere to rest while working in cameron. Easy to find food as everything is nearby and walkable to tanah rata.

for simple stay is ok…. Dust alot… need to inprove…. Others ok….

Cet hôtel est correct et son emplacement est agréable. Il est proche du marché et d'autres commerces.

WhatsApp number at door for late check ins, host is friendly, plenty of parking spaces. Night time is difficult to find, drive slow as very little to no light around. Quiet corner and very dark at night. Simple cold breakfast is served, help yourself. Toilets and showers are at Ground floor only.

Very good location, that you can have your meal settled after hiking directly at the hotel. The boss very helpful that helps us arrange the trip well.

Everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Kudos to hotel management. Good value for money
