My friends and I had a great stay at The Bealey Quarter! The motel is situated in Christchurch City, allowing easy access to the tourist sites, whether you're travelling on foot, by car, or by public transport. There are plenty of buses and metro buses that frequently stop right near the accommodation as well! The staff were very friendly. We had a late flight (that got delayed even later) and ended up having to check in after hours. They were very accommodating with this, and similarly, when we asked for new towels, we received them immediately. Similarly, they were kind enough to allow us to put our luggage in their reception office whilst we went to collect our rental car on the day that we checked out. My only issue is that I had to contact them a few times before I received the late check-in details. The facilities were lovely. and very clean! The bathroom was private with a shower with good pressure and hot water. The bench and the toilet were a little high, which we were surprised by, but this wasn't a major issue at all! My only recommendation would be to add a ventilation fan to the bathroom, as although there is an open window above the sink, ventilation was still not ideal. The room came with a heater, a really good fan, and very comfy blankets and duvets. We were also provided with glasses and mugs, a selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, a hair dryer, a bin, a little cupboard, desk, chair, and even a bench where our suitcases fit really well. The view of the courtyard was beautiful despite the somewhat miserable weather, and access to the courtyard via the back door meant we could use the hammocks in the nice grassy area :) The back door was a bit tough to open, and we had to actually get the staff to show us how to use it. My only other qualm is that there is no potable water in the rooms themselves. Instead, our keycard allows us to the Lodge (I believe the hostel area), where there's a kitchen and we can fill up. Overall, we had a great experience here and I definitely recommend the Bealey Quarter to anyone coming to Christchurch. It was so affordable too :)) I didn't get many good photos but here you go!

Second time I've stayed there. Good value for money and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and tidy but the bathroom was a little. Overall it was pleasant stay

I have previously stayed in this chain of pod hotels and the one up in Auckland was fantastic and I gave a raving review. Perhaps I got these guys on a bad day but I really felt the service had dropped significantly since  my First visit a year and a half ago in Auckland.  The main concern I had was the bathroom was pretty disgusting and something that I would definitely not use. You can see the reasons why in the photos that I will post. Mainly there was here all around the place and a lot of dropped water on the floor old products just in the corner even if they were advertise as free it looked disgusting and could be done in a much clean hygienic way. Just needs a bit more quality management in this area.  perhaps I got them at the end of the weekend with low interest in maintaining clean bathrooms but this was just not good. My second gripe or concern was that inside the pod the electronics of the light and fan were not visible and I took at least 15 minutes to figure out how to actually turn on off the lights and this was only done eventually by accident by me accidentally touching the panel as the back light of the panel was not functioning therefore it was not easy to determine where to turn the light on and off. My last gripe was that the door needs to be more effectively managed because it still slamming every time someone goes in and Out likely waking everyone in the pods certainly Juan understands in this type of accommodation you have to put up with a bit of noise but this was a little bit out there at 6 am 7 am in the morning. So overall, a little disappointed, but for the price point it served its purpose.

La chambre est assez spacieuse même il est un motel. Il y a 1 petite table à manger dans la cuisine. Le motel n'est pas loin du centre-ville, seulement quelques minutes de conduite. Pas d'ascenseur, donc éviter de gros bagages. Beaucoup d'espaces de stationnement gratuits dans les zones du motel.

**Comfortable Stay with Great Service** I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city. Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville. Il est proche des plus grands parcs de Christchurch (Jardin botanique, Hagley Park), et les galeries d'art et les musées sont accessibles à pied, ce qui facilite les visites. Ce n'est pas un endroit idéal pour un long séjour. Il faut louer des serviettes pour 2 $, et la consigne à bagages coûte 4 $. De plus, l'arrivée est possible jusqu'à 16 h le jour même. L'arrivée et le départ sont entièrement automatisés, je ne comprends donc pas ces tarifs élevés. Le personnel n'est ni très serviable ni très aimable ; une nuit suffit amplement.

Le personnel de la réception a offert un service de complimentarité à l'aéroport le matin suivant, un service que je n'avais pas réalisé était disponible. Le personnel a été très bienvenu, mais il a été très bien accueilli, et il a été très bien accueilli, et il a été très accueilli, avec une bouteille de lait frais, un touche inattendu mais très joli, ainsi qu'un soutien pour le transport de bagages à la fois dans la chambre et dans le camion. Toutes ces petites actions de bonté m'ont fait sentir si bien accueillies, surtout la nuit dernière en Nouvelle-Zélande. :)

You cannot get closer to Mt Cook than staying on property in their national park. The rooms are like mini apartments with a full kitchen, dining and spacious sleeping area. There is a walk out terrace in the back. The price for this ensuite was less than the Hermitage but I believe a better value for the quality. We spent 2 nights here to actually wind down (1 night is too short) and take advantage of the trails. There are so many. As we knew we were getting rainy weather going in, we picked up some groceries n Twizel to make soup and salad on the first night. We did a walkthrough of the museum and planetarium show which is a short drive (4 minutes). For our last night, we dined at the Alpine buffet restaurant in the Hermitage which had an amazing assortment and local seafood (cured Aoraki salmon, prawns, mussels). We thoroughly enjoyed and took advantage of all that this area offered. Beautiful natural setting. You will not be disappointed staying here. The word motel is deceiving as it's more like mini-suites.

Donc, c'est la 2e maison haka que j'ai séjournée à NZ. Le premier était Haka House Queenstown (place/space était strict mais vous obtenez ce que vous avez payé pour moins cher que l'un de l'avant du lac de Queenstown, mais je resterai là. Haka house mt cook has sauna I didn't get the chance to use, nice lounge, washing machine is $5 wash and $5 dry. Photos posted are from Sealy Tarns hike.. I don't have pictures for the haka house.

The twizel town is very beautiful and the place was at the right place. However, the room we choose wasn’t that great. I know it’s a small town but reception area was closed by 7pm so you need to make sure you arrive before time else need to message the check in time.
