My friends and I had a great stay at The Bealey Quarter! The motel is situated in Christchurch City, allowing easy access to the tourist sites, whether you're travelling on foot, by car, or by public transport. There are plenty of buses and metro buses that frequently stop right near the accommodation as well! The staff were very friendly. We had a late flight (that got delayed even later) and ended up having to check in after hours. They were very accommodating with this, and similarly, when we asked for new towels, we received them immediately. Similarly, they were kind enough to allow us to put our luggage in their reception office whilst we went to collect our rental car on the day that we checked out. My only issue is that I had to contact them a few times before I received the late check-in details. The facilities were lovely. and very clean! The bathroom was private with a shower with good pressure and hot water. The bench and the toilet were a little high, which we were surprised by, but this wasn't a major issue at all! My only recommendation would be to add a ventilation fan to the bathroom, as although there is an open window above the sink, ventilation was still not ideal. The room came with a heater, a really good fan, and very comfy blankets and duvets. We were also provided with glasses and mugs, a selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, a hair dryer, a bin, a little cupboard, desk, chair, and even a bench where our suitcases fit really well. The view of the courtyard was beautiful despite the somewhat miserable weather, and access to the courtyard via the back door meant we could use the hammocks in the nice grassy area :) The back door was a bit tough to open, and we had to actually get the staff to show us how to use it. My only other qualm is that there is no potable water in the rooms themselves. Instead, our keycard allows us to the Lodge (I believe the hostel area), where there's a kitchen and we can fill up. Overall, we had a great experience here and I definitely recommend the Bealey Quarter to anyone coming to Christchurch. It was so affordable too :)) I didn't get many good photos but here you go!

La position est à côté de la route, donc la nuit, il y a un véhicule qui passe rapidement par la maison avec un son très mauvais, il y a un son. Mais si la chambre est sur le côté du parking, peut-être peut-être s'améliorer. Les autres sont très parfaits, car il y a une salle de séjour et une cuisine ouverte, deux chambres (un lit unique et un lit double), la séparation des toiles de toilette et des ventilateurs, il semble très rentable.

I have previously stayed in this chain of pod hotels and the one up in Auckland was fantastic and I gave a raving review. Perhaps I got these guys on a bad day but I really felt the service had dropped significantly since  my First visit a year and a half ago in Auckland.  The main concern I had was the bathroom was pretty disgusting and something that I would definitely not use. You can see the reasons why in the photos that I will post. Mainly there was here all around the place and a lot of dropped water on the floor old products just in the corner even if they were advertise as free it looked disgusting and could be done in a much clean hygienic way. Just needs a bit more quality management in this area.  perhaps I got them at the end of the weekend with low interest in maintaining clean bathrooms but this was just not good. My second gripe or concern was that inside the pod the electronics of the light and fan were not visible and I took at least 15 minutes to figure out how to actually turn on off the lights and this was only done eventually by accident by me accidentally touching the panel as the back light of the panel was not functioning therefore it was not easy to determine where to turn the light on and off. My last gripe was that the door needs to be more effectively managed because it still slamming every time someone goes in and Out likely waking everyone in the pods certainly Juan understands in this type of accommodation you have to put up with a bit of noise but this was a little bit out there at 6 am 7 am in the morning. So overall, a little disappointed, but for the price point it served its purpose.

The room is large and spacious. Private full kitchen is provided for your cooking. The whole room is well partitioned into sleeping area, washing room and kitchen which are all tidy and clean. The manager is friendly and can chat with you on different topics. Wifi signal is strong.

**Comfortable Stay with Great Service** I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city. Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Aucune des prises électriques de la chambre ne fonctionnait. Je n'avais pas chargé la batterie de la nuit. (Haka aurait dû vérifier plus attentivement.) Nous étions en voyage et sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit. C'était très déroutant et difficile de se rendre compte que la batterie ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôtel dispose d'un numéro d'urgence. Mais nous n'avons pas de numéro de téléphone néo-zélandais. Comment puis-je les contacter ?

Le personnel de la réception a offert un service de complimentarité à l'aéroport le matin suivant, un service que je n'avais pas réalisé était disponible. Le personnel a été très bienvenu, mais il a été très bien accueilli, et il a été très bien accueilli, et il a été très accueilli, avec une bouteille de lait frais, un touche inattendu mais très joli, ainsi qu'un soutien pour le transport de bagages à la fois dans la chambre et dans le camion. Toutes ces petites actions de bonté m'ont fait sentir si bien accueillies, surtout la nuit dernière en Nouvelle-Zélande. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Koura Apartments. The location is amazing, with beautiful lake and mountain views right from the property. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the lake and the peaceful surroundings. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were well maintained, and everything we needed was provided.

Haka House Hostels Aoraki Mt Cook is a fantastic base for exploring one of New Zealand’s most stunning landscapes. The hostel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious communal areas that make it easy to relax after a long day of hiking. The large kitchen is fully equipped, which is perfect for self-catering, and the lounge offers incredible views of the surrounding mountains. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready with tips on local trails and weather conditions. The atmosphere is social but not too noisy, making it suitable for both solo travelers and groups. Its location is unbeatable, just a short walk from key viewpoints and tracks. Overall, a great value stay in an unforgettable setting.
