Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) The room was spacious, affordable, and came with free breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The location and price make this hotel seem like a good option for budget travelers. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room was not properly cleaned and had a lot of dust. The complimentary toiletries were not provided upon check-in, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom. The water supply appeared to come from a deep well and had an unpleasant smell. I also found it unusual that the pillows were covered with bed sheets instead of proper pillowcases. The most disappointing experience happened at 1:30 AM, when the receptionist called our room and woke us up to ask if they could borrow our air conditioner remote. We were told that three other guests had complained because they didn’t have air conditioner remotes, and the staff said they only had one remote available. Waking sleeping guests in the middle of the night to solve an internal hotel issue is highly unprofessional and significantly disrupted our rest. Overall, while the room size, affordability, and free breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service need major improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

Small room in the center of the tourist area of General Luna. For a small enough price you will receive a very very comfortable bed with a small bathroom and a very very small toilet (why the toilet door opened push). Nous séjournons pendant 7 nuits. L'aircon est très bon. Place est calme. Accès à presque tout. Très satisfait. Pour les voyageurs budgétaires, je recommande fortement cet endroit.

La location est idéale si vous voulez surfer à Cloud9, vous pouvez y aller en 5 minutes, et c'est beaucoup plus calme que le général Luna, mais encore assez proche si vous voulez passer la nuit à manger/partir là. La chambre privée était très belle et spacieuse, avec un lit confortable. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable, mais il est très confortable et très confortable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité des transports et des restaurants. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et d'une propreté impeccable. Les lits sont confortables et garantissent une bonne nuit de sommeil. Le personnel de la réception est accueillant et efficace, et les formalités d'arrivée et de départ sont très rapides. Seul petit bémol : le choix du petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement.

Nous avons aimé jouer avec le doux Hasmine (leurs chiens) très adorable. Mais quand il arrive à la chambre, il est spacieux mais il a besoin de certains contrôles de la plaie car il commence à avoir des termites. Elle aussi commence à se renforcer. Le personnel est bon, la zone est bonne. La CR est grande. Il est grand. Le seul problème est la douche chaude. Il n'a pas la possibilité de réduire le degré d'eau qu'il va automatiquement jusqu'à 50°C.

The location was difficult to get to. There was no signal, but they provide a free mini van transfer from McDonald’s to the hostel, really enjoyed my stay there the beds were massive and private. Aircon was really good really clean good breakfast included. The view was absolutely incredible.!! Zip line was 600 pieces just around the corner. Best views on the trip.

There was no mirror in the room, and the chairs in the room were disproportionately low compared to the table, making it difficult for me to work It would be perfect if the stairs up were cleaned several times a day because all the dirt from it goes into the room But overall the vibe is good.
