A very good location in this ugly city. Though it was hard to find it. The room is small, service is good. The girls in the room were very friendly. I tried to use public buses nearby and failed, they didn't stop at the ”bus stop area”, wasted time. So only used metro

The hotel is about 11 months old so still relatively new. I stayed two nights. The first night was in a smaller, standard room, in the front facing the road. The only problem was the traffic noise starting around 530 am. The next night I was in a larger room in the back and it was pretty nice, and mostly quiet. It had two beds, single and a queen, but its OK I like the extra space that came with the room. But it's a bit surprising. In a country where people, and usually hotel staff, are generally friendly and pleasant, the staff here didn't speak to me at all or even acknowledge me the entire time I was there. A few of the housekeepers did speak to me by the second day, but not the overall staff. Even when I checked out, both the receptionist and the manager just keep busy with whatever they were doing and didn't even look in my direction or say a word. OK but but that's a problem, because it's the hospitality business after all. The cafe is good and the food is exceptional. The location is a little far away from what I was used to in the city but manageable. Still overall it was a good stay, mostly because the rooms are super clean and new.

En tant que premier bébé pour les couchers, ma expérience est vraiment bonne. Dans Ola Hostel vous rencontrerez des personnes différentes avec différentes nationalités en Europe, en Amérique et en Aussi. Ils sont aussi des voyageurs qui vont dans différentes parties des Philippines. Ils offrent un petit déjeuner léger et une bonne journée à la nuit 6-7 PM chaque jour où vous pouvez profiter de boissons gratuites sans limitation. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables.

The City Flats Sacred Heart Makati Hotel is a nice and elegant hotel where you can relax while you stay. I stayed in 217 bunk room with 4 curtain private beds. Room is tidy, aircon is cooling. Inside the room has locker cabinets, Study table, microwave, small fridge and kittle for your convenient need. Inside the room has the attached bathroom and toilet. The hostel has elevator and a parking area. THE ONLY thing missing is the wifi in the room which are not available and data is weak as well (SMART provider). Wifi are availble only in the reception area.  I rated the hostel 4/5 due to the wifi are not available in rooms otherwise everthing in this hotel facilities are 5/5.

À 2 heures ce soir, deux personnes qui semblaient en Inde parlaient jusqu'à 3 heures du matin. C'était vraiment bruyant. J'étais toujours très somnolent. J'ai quitté ici d'abord. Il y avait quelqu'un qui parlait dans la salle multipersonnes. Il était inutile d'envoyer une réponse WhatsApp au bureau de front à 7 h du matin.

Le lieu est très beau. La chambre est très spacieuse, l'ensemble du terrain est très propre, tous les participants sont très agréables, le petit déjeuner est simple mais délicieux, la zone de bains semblable au sol est agréable (3 piscines avec différentes températures d'eau, Les autres étages ont une bonne amusance (bien que le plus typique Kinn Bulgargama n'a pas fonctionné, ainsi que certaines autres chambres qui étaient en cours de réparation majeure, mais j'ai aimé le minigolf et le karaoke). Le principal problème avec cet hôtel est le prix: il était inférieur le lieu serait bénéfique car il attirerait davantage de personnes. Je me demande si j'aurais pu rester quelques jours sans chambre, mais dormir dans la zone de lits (je ne pouvais malheureusement pas me permettre plus d'une nuit).

When I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me. But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”. But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.
