Amazing service. Front desk ladies was very helpful with our room issue. It was our fault, but they did everything they can to assist. Thank you! 🙂 Very good location also, if you’re looking for a place near the airport!

To be honest, the pics I saw on Trip.com led me to believe I was booking at your basic roadside hotel. And, sure I really had no problem with that since I was coming out for the WSU orientation with my son, and just needed a place to rest up and have a place for our luggage. For some reason Trip.com had it listed at a lower rating, and I figured I was getting the great rate because of it. No problem there, either. I actually booked about 2-3 months out as well, which helped with the rate. But....... after a crazy 8+ hr drive there in 88 degree weather, Cougar Town was an Oasis at the end of a Mirage! Right in the heart of Coug-ville! Couldn't have been in a better location. Everything in walking distance, the town was amazing. The Inn Keepers were nice and helpful. I felt like I was at my ”Little Home Away From Home!” The posted pics did no justice for what we found as we open the door. Hands down the BEST small hotel I have ever been. Definitely a Woman's eye for comfy-ness, with a color scheme that says Home to this Man's eye. Nice linens, something you would see in a catalog. Widescreen TV, roomy fridge and microwave. Spacious Vanity, sink space. Clean bathroom as well. IF you are planning to stay awhile, there is plenty of room to unpack your clothes and store them in the large dresser in the room. I really liked the electronic key entry. The ONLY con that I can report, is the shower head was not the best, and was skint with the water pressure. But, I get it though, I am sure the water bill can get crazy owning a hotel, so I can give a pass on that point. I am planning to come back mid-August for student drop-off and I will definitely be staying at COUGAR TOWN! Going to book my room now! Thank you for memorable stay! GH

This hotel is not in the best location a lot of undesirables and drug ******* in the area  The front door looked like someone had tried to kick it down at some point  No large towels were provided only hand towel size . Lots of hairs in bed Toilet did not flush properly  Bed was comfortable, fridge and microwave provided were both clean  Wifi worked ok and lady on reception was nice .

Il est très pratique de disposer de services de baignoire à l'aéroport à tout moment. Ne vous inquiétez pas que l'avion ne puisse pas arriver à minuit. Le personnel de la cabine m'a conduit à trouver dans quelle direction le baignoire est à l'aéroport. La chambre est trop isolée, mais pas trop affectée.

Excellent place only 15 mins walk and safe, there are nearby restaurants like Dennys. They have hot coffee at the reception and nice front desk. They have hot water a plus and some amenities. Nice and comfortable room. Free shuttle to airport just inform front desk.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport et la chambre est propre Si vous ne fermez pas la porte, le bruit extérieur est très fort. Le verrou à mot de passe de notre chambre provisoire était cassé et il n'était possible de le déverrouiller qu'à la main au milieu de la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner est beaucoup moins varié que les hôtels-auberges en général

Je ne savais pas que c'était rattaché à l'hôpital Virginia Mason, donc il y avait un fauteuil roulant dans le couloir et le personnel médical passait également par l'hôtel. C'était un bon endroit où séjourner mais je ne recommanderais pas un séjour de loisirs.

L'emplacement est idéal, avec le marché de Pike Place juste devant la porte et le premier Starbucks à 5 minutes à pied. Le musée d'art de Seattle est également à proximité. Le personnel de service est chaleureux et sympathique. Le personnel de la réception qui m'a accueilli était un gentleman aux longs cheveux noirs. Il était poli et serviable. Merci.

J'ai réservé le lieu avec petit déjeuner gratuit, mais il a été découvert qu'ils n'ont que du café et du thé au matin. J'ai trouvé quelques roches !

The service here is lovely, and everyone from the staff crew is helpful, even if it's something trivial. The check-in & check-out are pleasantly smooth and easy. Every booking includes breakfast, where you can choose from five options, and the process is straightforward; fill in the sheet with your room number, which option you want, and what beverage you'd like from the menu. The room is clean and very spacious, although I did not receive a room cleaning service when I was there; however, it may not be the same for others. Not a big deal. The location is right in the middle of Leavenworth's downtown, and it is a walking distance to everything there is downtown.
