Great location. Friendly staff. A room is small but cosy. Although the hotel is situated on a crowded street it was very quiet in the room.

Me and my girlfriend booked a room in this sharehouse accommodation and it was a lovely place to stay. The house is newly renovated, grand and the room very clean and comfortable. Even more impressive was the hospitability and the warm and friendly service. The house has three levels and even a lift to use, though we stayed on the ground floor. They serve a complimentary light breakfast and there is an espresso machine. Very nice finishings and facilities in the room. I would recommend this place for young travellers looking for a place to stay near the ski resort. There is also a driver for drop-off/pick-up services to the ski-resort and Yabuli-West station.

We recently stayed at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli February2024 We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property. The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere. The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised. There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience. The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes. Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway. Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste. Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable. One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates. The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station. Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session. Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of. Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway. Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay. While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile. In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

Ce fut une très bonne expérience d'enregistrement. L'hospitalité chaleureuse du personnel Yang Feng nous a rendus très satisfaits ! La source chaude de l'hôtel est très confortable. J'y suis allé en semaine car il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde le week-end. Les fontaines d'eau de l'espace enfants n'étaient pas allumées car il n'y avait pas d'enfants. Quand j'ai vu mon fils là-bas, je suis venu l'espace réservé aux enfants spécialement. Les enfants se sont bien amusés et ont grandi. Les visiteurs se sont bien amusés !

不知道是不是綏化當地最好的酒店，價格比伊春便宜不少。樓下有洗浴中心不過沒有體驗。房間夠大不過有不少花大姐，幸好拉着窗簾不會飛進來。早餐不算豐富不過沒吃飽。房間有股味道，聞着像木頭。附近外賣比較多。

Cette expérience est superbe! La position de l'hôtel est excellente, il est très pratique de visiter les attractions et les boutiques. La soeur de la réception souriait particulièrement gentille, elle s'occupait de la vitesse de séjour et elle a informé intimement les conseils alimentaires environnants. La chambre est propre et propre, les lits sont doux et confortables, et il est bon de se coucher à l'aube toute la nuit. La séparation de la salle de bains est très bonne et l'eau chaude est suffisante pour assurer la stabilité de la température de l'eau. Le personnel est également très efficace lors de la sortie de la salle de bains. L'expérience est particulièrement confortable tout le temps, le rapport coût-efficacité est super élevé. La prochaine fois, vous choisirez ici, fortement recommandé à tous!

我們也是看**介紹去的，果然沒讓我失望！設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境優雅！説到服務，真的可以讓我長篇大論了，上到總經理，下到服務員，這服務真是沒的説，總經理對我們很關心，每天遇到了都會問一些暖心的話，然後介紹了張經理（很漂亮的姐姐）我們認識，媽媽突然肚子不舒服，她和幾位員工無微不至的照顧，讓我有説不出的感激，還特意讓後廚立刻煮了薑糖水送過來，一直在我們身邊陪伴着直到一起把媽媽送回別墅，晚飯前又親自給送了薑糖水，太用心了！客房部服務員姐姐還送了電暖器，怕我們冷（入住後沒覺得冷），還可以在別墅裏泡温泉（別墅裏自帶大温泉池）！還有餐廳的徐經理（很有氣質的姐姐），長者衣服上弄了油，她眼看八方看到了，趕緊上前詢問一下情況，並轉頭去廚房拿來了洗滌靈，每天去餐廳都能看到她，她很熱情，姐姐很愛笑（愛笑的人，運氣都不會差），總結一下吧：就是服務態度真是有時候五🌟酒店都難遇到的！水師森林温泉裏的所有員工，衹要你能看得到的，一定都是面帶微笑！這次出行雖然短短的3天，卻給我留下了深刻的回憶，謝謝你們，以後還會帶家人朋友一起去的！未來可期，期待我們下一次的相遇！

帶兩個娃來雪谷玩，本來沒報多大期望，沒想到真的物超所值，雖然只是民宿的設施，到客棧的服務保障真是五星級的（比在哈城市區的一千多一晚的民俗強太多了），特別是老闆老畢總和小畢總特別熱情周到，不誇張的説只有你想不到，沒有他們做不到的，安排的各項遊玩項目甚至來回包車都給你安排的妥妥當當，我們全家玩的非常開心，客棧的美食也很棒（冷水魚推薦），總之，來雪谷玩住他們家就對了，全程不用操心。

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

南方人第一次來東北旅遊，最擔心住宿踩坑，在刷了各類旅遊網站後終選定這家作為伊春行的開始和結束，事實證明沒選錯。酒店有電梯，房間面積很大，床睡得舒服，房間設施應有盡有，和大城市的星級酒店沒區別。洗浴乾濕分離，除了洗澡水小了點其他沒毛病。
