⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. Cet hôtel a été recommandé par un ami. Il est assez loin de la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse, mais il vaut vraiment le détour. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre de luxe avec vue que j'ai réservée est située au 3ème étage du hall de l'hôtel. la vue est bloquée par des arbres et je ne peux pas voir d'autres vues à l'extérieur. Donc si vous voulez voir le paysage, communiquez avec la réception à l'avance. Même ainsi, ne tardez pas à féliciter cinq étoiles.

Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

Les agents de sécurité ouvriront les portes des voitures, tireront les bagages et aideront ceux qui ne peuvent pas faire de vélo à le pousser. Il existe un service de majordome individuel. Le majordome Mingyue vous donnera divers rappels de service et vous demandera si vous avez besoin de quelque chose chaque jour. Elle est enthousiaste mais pas envahissante. L'hôtel dispose d'un parc aquatique extérieur et d'un petit parc, ainsi que d'un grand parc d'attractions souterrain et d'une piscine chauffée. La zone de trampoline et la piscine, qui présentent des risques pour la sécurité, sont surveillées par un personnel dédié, et le personnel du parc d'attractions est également très préoccupé par la possibilité de conflits entre les enfants. Cette fois, je suis sorti principalement parce que je voulais trouver un hôtel qui m'épargne l'effort de me baigner et qui ne m'oblige pas à marcher. Chunzhiwu est plutôt bon. J'ai commandé un menu Chunhe et Yakiniku pour le dîner à 600 yuans par personne. J'étais très rassasié. Ensuite, j'ai pris rendez-vous pour un spa chinois traditionnel. Le massage par la dame était assez confortable, mais le prix de 498 yuans ne me semblait pas très rentable (pas aussi bon qu'un bain de pieds en boutique), donc je ne le recommande pas. Après le massage, je suis allée dans la zone des sources chaudes pour prendre des boissons et des collations. Manger à volonté est génial. J'ai vu l'aire de jeux pour enfants et j'ai pensé à emmener mon bébé à l'hôtel de la station thermale la prochaine fois. Les adultes peuvent se baigner dans les sources chaudes et les enfants peuvent jouer dans l'aire de jeux. Elle doit être très parfumée. Ce n'est pas mal pour des vacances occasionnelles. Une journée suffit vraiment. Ce sera ennuyeux après un long moment car il n'y a rien d'autre à faire aux alentours. L'hôtel est à environ une heure de route du centre-ville de Hangzhou, mais les plats à emporter peuvent toujours répondre à vos besoins. La Spring House avec plus de 30 chambres donne aux gens l'impression d'être chez l'habitant, chaleureuse et belle

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

We really enjoyed everything. We came from Hangzhou for a weekend getaway to relax and visit 诸葛仙山, and also to swim. The surrounding nature is magnificent, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful — exactly what we came for. There's an excellent outdoor pool where you can swim under the moonlight. On the hotel grounds, there are black swans, rabbits, a fox, and raccoons. We stayed for two nights. For the first breakfast, we had a choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. On the second morning, there was a buffet — and it was fantastic. We definitely preferred the buffet. There were green olives. The food was very tasty. Most importantly, black coffee was available for breakfast — strong, just the way we like it, and no sugar! What could be better than a cup of Americano in an Italian castle in the morning? The mini pastries were exquisite. The hotel itself is very beautiful — we felt as if we had visited Italy. The staff were extremely polite. The rooms were delightful, with a bathtub and even bath foam provided. Upon arrival, a small buggy took us to the main building with the rooms — that was a pleasant surprise. At checkout, they gave us a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift — unexpected but very nice. We loved everything and think we'll come back again many times.”

Nous avons choisi la chambre individuelle de trois chambres qui nous a plu. Elle est vraiment très confortable et idéale pour une grande famille. Elle comprend trois chambres et un salon. Chaque chambre dispose d'une serrure indépendante. Le salon est également très spacieux. Chaque chambre dispose d'un balcon indépendant. L'essentiel est que la famille puisse profiter d'un séjour tranquille dans un bâtiment. C'est tout simplement merveilleux. La chambre dispose d'une baie vitrée panoramique et d'un balcon privé. Les détails sont encore plus intimes. Il est très agréable de boire un thé et d'admirer le paysage sur le balcon. On peut également savourer du thé au coin du feu au bar du hall. L'ambiance est excellente. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. En plus des plats habituels, on y trouve des boulettes de riz et des nouilles spéciales du lac Qiandao. Le goût est excellent. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très complètes : piscine intérieure et sources chaudes, salle de sport et même une aire de jeux pour enfants. On a l'impression de pouvoir jouer toute la journée à l'hôtel. La piscine extérieure est également très agréable. J'ai dit à mes amis que je reviendrais cet été. Le charmant parc animalier de l'hôtel mérite d'être admiré. Dans la montagne située à l'arrière de l'hôtel, vous pourrez vous dépenser et nourrir de petits animaux, comme des paons, des petits cochons parfumés, des ratons laveurs, etc. La montagne ressemble à un verger, et les arbres fruitiers fleurissent les uns après les autres. J'apprécie beaucoup cet environnement. C'est un endroit idéal pour un voyage en famille ou entre amis.
