⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Family Escape at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel, Anji County (11–13 July 2026) We recently stayed at Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel in Anji County from 11–13 July 2026, and overall it was a wonderful family experience. This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests. A more professional arrival service would better reflect the quality of this beautiful resort. 🌧️ Typhoon Weather — More Indoor Activities Needed During our stay, a typhoon affected the weather and some outdoor facilities were closed. While this cannot be controlled, more indoor childr

La réception nous a surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre de niveau supérieur avec vue sur le lac, ce qui était également très bien. (Il n’est pas nécessaire que ce soit une chambre plus chère face au lac) On a plutôt l'impression d'être intégré à la nature, avec des lacs, des montagnes, des arbres et des fleurs. Je me suis réveillé le matin avec le chant des oiseaux Les équipements de la chambre sont un peu vétustes et peu aérés. Ce serait bien qu'elle puisse être équipée d'un purificateur d'air, notamment le couloir à l'extérieur de la chambre car le couloir est relativement long et peut être un peu étouffant. C'est super d'emmener sa famille ici en vacances hors saison. C'est calme et on ne voit presque personne quand on prend un repas~. Service : Les femmes de ménage sont très bonnes et il y a aussi un service de préparation de lit. Elles nettoient en temps opportun. Du lait de bonne nuit et un spray d'encens Appelles vous seront offerts. Petit déjeuner : assez riche en variété Le chauffeur du bus qui est venu me chercher était également très gentil. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel est plutôt sympa et donne envie de revenir.

Nous avons eu un grand temps à Ke Gamer. Je préfère toujours réserver des hôtels boutiques avec caractère et il n'a pas été déçu. Nous avons apprécié notre thé et la séance photo d'après-midi, le dîner au restaurant principal était aussi délicieux et accueillant. Grand chocr pour notre voyage mère-filtre 👍

Mon meilleur séjour à Hangzhou, petit déjeuner était finesse~ de jus frais, commandement de faire de la soupe de wontons, bois rouges de la boue de volaille, les installations de la chambre étaient de haute qualité de la nuit, aime les ensembles de toilettes aesop et robe de soirée de lin confortable , Le bain de chambre dispose d'un flux d'eau chauffée rapide et constante, à l'inverse des autres hôtels qui peuvent avoir interrompu le chauffage de l'eau jusqu'à ce que le tube soit plein.

Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

L'expérience du séjour a été formidable. La chambre était grande et propre, avec des installations complètes, une bonne isolation phonique, un balcon confortable avec une belle vue et pleine de détails. Il y avait un lavabo spécial pour les enfants et un petit lavabo à côté des toilettes. Une balade à vélo gratuite d'une heure et des petites collations au réfrigérateur sont offertes. Le restaurant a une grande capacité, la nourriture est riche et délicieuse, et les repas sont réapprovisionnés à temps. Chaque membre du personnel est très enthousiaste et prendra l’initiative de dire bonjour. Les agents de sécurité ouvriront les portes des voitures, tireront les bagages et aideront ceux qui ne peuvent pas faire de vélo à le pousser. Il existe un service de majordome individuel. Le majordome Mingyue vous donnera divers rappels de service et vous demandera si vous avez besoin de quelque chose chaque jour. Elle est enthousiaste mais pas envahissante. L'hôtel dispose d'un parc aquatique extérieur et d'un petit parc, ainsi que d'un grand parc d'attractions souterrain et d'une piscine chauffée. La zone de trampoline et la piscine, qui présentent des risques pour la sécurité, sont surveillées par un personnel dédié, et le personnel du parc d'attractions est également très préoccupé par la possibilité de conflits entre les enfants. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel familial avec une excellente expérience globale

Globalement, le séjour était correct, mais ne vous attendez pas à un niveau de confort japonais. Apparemment, l'établissement a ouvert ses portes le 15 avril, en douceur. On voit bien que tout n'est pas encore parfaitement rodé : Trip.com indique qu'il faut réserver le spa la veille, alors que sur WeChat, il était précisé qu'aucune réservation n'était nécessaire et qu'on pouvait y accéder à tout moment. Le deuxième jour, nous avons voulu retourner au spa, mais un membre du personnel nous a dit que ce n'était pas possible, ce qui nous a surpris. Plus tard, un autre membre du personnel nous a confirmé que c'était possible. Le spa offrait une vue spectaculaire, mais la piscine extérieure était étrangement remplie de pommes à moitié mangées et pourries. Après avoir interrogé le personnel du spa, on nous a expliqué que c'était pour des raisons esthétiques et que les clients les avaient probablement mangées sans le savoir. Un point d'hygiène inquiétant 😨. Mis à part cela, l'hygiène générale semblait correcte. Chaque chambre possède sa propre cour privée. Il y a donc deux portes : la porte principale en bois et la porte vitrée donnant sur notre chambre. La porte d'entrée en bois s'est cassée à deux reprises – impossible de la verrouiller (probablement parce que le problème n'avait pas été entièrement résolu la première fois), ce qui nous a fait perdre du temps car nous avons dû attendre que le personnel de maintenance la répare. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, mais la moitié des plats étaient beaucoup trop salés à mon goût. Un étrange mélange de plats « occidentaux », « japonais » et chinois. Il était plus économique d'acheter sur place (168 yuans aujourd'hui). Le service n'était pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. La réceptionniste semblait réciter un texte appris par cœur ; nous ne l'entendions pas la moitié du temps, même après lui avoir demandé deux fois d'articuler plus clairement. On avait l'impression qu'ils étaient là pour nous surveiller plutôt que pour s'occuper de nous. Au lieu de nous demander « Comment puis-je vous aider ? », ils nous ont répondu « Qu'est-ce qui ne va pas ? » à deux reprises. C'est inadmissible ! De plus, certains membres du personnel n'accueillaient pas correctement les clients.

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.
