Hôtels avec sources thermales de Alajuela, Costa Rica

Very nice and beautiful hotel, built with high-quality materials and a great design. However, my biggest disappointment was that a 5-star hotel did not provide complimentary water in the room, instead selling it for $4.50 per bottle. This is especially surprising in Costa Rica, considering that the room costs over $1000 per night. It feels quite disappointing and even greedy that they are unwilling to meet basic international standards of service. In my opinion, the management should take inspiration from hotels in Asia and the Middle East, where guest service is often much more thoughtful and complete. I felt that instead of providing small essentials as part of the service, they were trying to charge extra for everything, which negatively affected the overall experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Casa Luna! The hotel property is beautiful with an amazing garden. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious! The hotel staff are very nice and ready to help. One night we were walking in the garden, we ran into a hotel security, Dimas (hope I got the name right). We asked about animals. Dimas right away gave us a tour and showed us so many animals! We saw sloth, snake, frogs (including the green one), alligator, fresh water crab...all in the hotel garden!!! The garden is a paradise. Inside the hotel property, all we could hear was the sounds of insects, frogs, birds... We are so happy that we stayed at Casa Luna!

La chambre est trop grande, une personne vivant un peu perdue hhh, adapté à la famille pour voyager ensemble, la chambre peut être chaude, l'hôtel de jardin, l'environnement est très bon, si vous partez pour le projet, il ne peut pas avoir le temps de profiter de ce qui est dans l'hôtel, il y a une distance de la ville de fortune, Allez à la ville pour prendre votre propre voiture pour dîner. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est également bon ～ Recommander la bière de viande bovine

The Lodge was so amazing and the staff was so friendly. Includes a free breakfast that is fantastic, a clean room, and is located right in La Fortuna but away from the most touristy areas.

hôtel situé près de la Fortuna Waterfall et de la voie vers le cercle chato (lac où une fois était la cratera d'un volcan). Excellente option pour qui veut faire le trajet, car les non-invités doivent payer un frais de 15 dollars pour entrer dans la propriété (le trajet commence à l'intérieur du terrain de l'hôtel). Le trajet n'est pas pour tous, le niveau de difficulté est élevé. Les anciens, mais fonctionnels, des fonctionnaires sympathiques et performants.
