Hôtels Thermaux de Jawa Barat, Indonésie

La chambre était propre. Le service était super. Le personnel était agréable. Tout spécialement la garde de la piscine appelée «Hadis», il nous a aidé à trouver notre transport pour aller à Jakarta. La cuisine est très bien, la cuisine est très bien, la cuisine est très bien. La location était très photographique.

I will not stay in this hotel if I have a chance to visit Karawan in upcoming trips. Got some mosquitos in Japanese restaurant and in my room. The bar service is nice. They offer us free three pots of hot teas while we were making an internal meeting. The food served in the morning was too local. No real coffee. Eating places and food serving place are too far away.

Love the location which far from the crowd but near when you want to find japanese dinner and convenient store. Love the ofuro, relax and feels like in japan

L'interface est facile à trouver, à comparer les prix et à faire des réservations en quelques clics. L'une des meilleures caractéristiques est les descriptions détaillées de l'hôtel et les réexamens authentiques des clients, qui m'aident à prendre des décisions informées. En outre, le soutien au client est réaliste et utile chaque fois que je pose des questions. En général, cette application a fait la réservation des hôtels sans problème et agréable.

Even the hotel was old but they maintained it quite well. I was told that they doing some renovations on the 3rd and 4th floors but that doesn't effect us at all as couldn't even hear a noice. Only feedback is that maybe the hotel can look at the towels as they seems old and need to be changed... Other than that they are good.

Wonderful experience! The location is excellent, being just 3 km away from the high-speed train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The hotel is also very kids-friendly, with plenty of activities that kept kids entertained. The dinner and breakfast buffet were exceptional, offering a wide variety of food options. I especially loved the BBQ, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great place for families to stay, with great food and a fantastic location. Highly recommend!

One of hidden gem for staycation at Garut! Love the warm swimming pool, it usually get quiet in early morning plus the fresh and cool water of Garut make the swimming experience wonderful. Love the breakfast section. Though the food selection is almost similar to the other santika hotel, but the chef made it more tasty than the other! Choose the Mountain View room and didn’t disappoint a bit!

Il est très amusant, bien qu'il soit un ancien hôtel mais il est assez élégant et bon, il y a des installations avec eau chaude naturelle, la nourriture est spacieuse joggingbtrack .... est assez impressionnant.
