This hotel is everything that you will be looking for in Bandung. From service, location (if you plan to do activities on North Bandung), view, food, and esthetic OOTD spots. All are marvelous! Recommended and seru banget!

We booked a loft room, and I think it was a very interesting concept and very fit for families. The room was great spacious but unfortunately the cleanliness was lacking. The crew didn’t check the room thoroughly and we found some left over food left in the fridge by the previous occupants of the room. It was stated in the hotel description that this hotel had a warm water swimming pool and actually we were very interested in staying here because of that. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any and the swimming pool that they have is very very small it couldn’t be described as a swimming pool, but only a dipping pool. The sauna wasn’t hot at all. And the parking lot is lacking so we had to park the car in the building adjacent to the hotel.

Il est très bon hôtel. Le personnel était très aimable et utile. Le petit déjeuner était très impressionnant, la quantité de choix est également énorme.
La location est également convenable à proximité d'une zone de loisirs.

Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.

Kamarnya bersih,AC dingin sekali,petugas disana ramah-ramah..mulai dari Security,reception,gardener,staff resto..Kolam air hangatnya best banget sih ditambah view nya yang JUARA !!,sedikit masukan untuk rotasi menu breakfast mungkin & live cookingnya lebih variatif lagi. Dua hari stay kurleb hari pertama & kedua hampir sama item menu buffet nya.

The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

Originally living in Dubai come to Karawang for short trip.
Got a very long flight from my last 2 weeks trip from Europe, and continued from Dubai to Karawang.
Jetlag, my daughter 3 years old complaining about bad smell ( i guess from the cigarette smoke)
Even the room and corridor it’s non smoking but quite strong. I guess the hotel have to take this concern seriously.
After first day long sleep and asking for the kettle and borrow the iron from 10 AM have to wait until 2 AM next day to get it.
I don’t understand why there’s no explanation because i have to follow up until 3 times then i got the iron almost next day.
Below far from my expectations,sadly.
Anyway i have extended for the 3rd night check ou on 25th. Hope gotta feel better feelings about staying here for The first time.

UUtilisateur anonymeThe place has a super location. It’s near the city, but actually located in the hot Springs area. We love the landscape and the view. There are a lot of activities that we can do in the hotel, like horse riding, feeding the animals, canoeing, flying fox, swimming, even fishing. The cleanliness of the rooms are not so good. Maybe it was not easy to maintain such big place. My kids love the activities offered there. For me it is a little bit too bustling, especially in the swimming pool area. Because there are a lot of people who weren’t staying in the hotel that could buy a ticket to swim there, so the swimming pool area is not very comfortable to swim in. People are buying a lot of instant noodles and coffees, and they just throw the garbage everywhere. There are cigarette butts, cups, and noodle bows littered absolutely everywhere. I think they should limit how many outsiders could buy a ticket to swim so the area will be still comfortable for the hotel guests, and hire more people to clean. The food was horrible, especially for breakfast, it was almost inedible.

LLisdaLe nouveau hôtel de Garut est bon, pas le meilleur, mais pas le mauvais.
La chambre est très confortable et vous trouverez des chambres confortables.
La chambre elle-même est nouvelle, mais la qualité de la construction n'est pas bonne. La tête est brise sur certaines parties, et vous pouvez entendre une personne sur vous marcher la nuit. Les chambres sont bonnes. Mais pourquoi seulement 1 sachet de café ? cette chambre est pour 2 personnes --
La piscine et le bateau chaud sont si bons que la plupart des hôtels à proximité de Cipanas Garut.
Le service de l'hôtel est un service de qualité, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel.

Sdh bbrp kali menginap di sini, suasananya tenang sehingga cukup nyaman untuk istirahat. layanan dan fasilitas termasuk kategori sangat baik dibandingkan tarif hotel yang ada. Kebersihan...ok, hanya ada satu komplainnya: ada semut ! Jadi, tdk bisa meletakkan cangkir teh manis berlama -lama.

UUtilisateur anonymeHotel ini benar-benar cocok untuk keluarga yang ingin berlibur dengan nyaman. Kamar-kamarnya luas, bersih, dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas lengkap. Anak-anak juga sangat senang karena ada kolam renang yang cukup besar dan terawat dengan baik.
toilet standar jepang, dengan offura dan sauna yang sangat luas…
Sarapan paginya sangat variatif, dengan pilihan menu yang cocok untuk semua usia, baik untuk anak-anak maupun dewasa. Staf hotel juga sangat ramah dan sigap membantu saat kami membutuhkan sesuatu.
Lokasinya cukup strategis dan tenang meskipun bersebelahan dengan jalan tol tp jauh dari kebisingan, sehingga memberikan suasana yang rileks. Dengan suasana yang nyaman dan pelayanan yang memuaskan, Hotel Delonix Karawang menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk liburan keluarga.
Pasti akan kembali menginap di sini lagi!

IInvitéIl a séjourné quatre nuits dans une chambre standard. Il était joli et propre. Le petit déjeuner était bon, beaucoup de variété, et ils changent les choses chaque jour. De nombreux canaux de télévision internationaux. La chambre était standard 24 mètres carrés – pas de garde-robe, mais ils avaient quelques hangers. Il n'était pas au centre-ville, mais facile à atteindre par voiture.
