Hôtels avec sources thermales de Jawa Barat, Indonésie

The hotel itself was good, but unfortunately we had to wait for almost 2 hours because of a Trip.com system/server issue. I had booked and fully paid for 3 rooms in one reservation, but the Mercure Hotel system only showed 1 room. As a result, my elderly parents and children had to wait for nearly 2 hours after a long flight. In the end, only 2 rooms could be checked in, and my sister had to book and pay for the third room as a walk-in, even though it had already been fully paid through Trip.com. This was very disappointing and embarrassing for me as I was hosting my family. My family will continue their trip to Lembang and Ciwidey, Bandung. Since all of these bookings were made and fully paid in early June, I expect Trip.com to ensure that every reservation has been properly confirmed. After the serious issue at Mercure, I do not want my family to experience any more check-in problems. Regarding the refund for the extra room payment, please process it as quickly and smoothly as possible. I have already paid in full over a month in advance, so this situation should never have happened. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment, and I expect Trip.com to resolve it properly.

La place est super positionnée. Il est près de la ville, mais en fait situé dans la zone chaude de Springs. Il y a beaucoup d'activités que nous pouvons faire à l'hôtel, comme le cheval, l'alimentation des animaux, le canot, le vol de la râpe, la nage, même la pêche. La propreté des chambres n'est pas si bonne. Peut-être n'était pas facile de maintenir un tel grand endroit. Les enfants aiment les activités offertes là-bas. Parce qu'il y a beaucoup de personnes qui n'étaient pas à l'hôtel qui pourraient acheter un billet pour y nager, la piscine n'est pas très confortable pour y nager. Les gens achètent beaucoup de noodles instantanés et de cafés, et ils jettent juste le sac partout. Le restaurant est très confortable, mais il est très confortable et très confortable.

C'était une expérience étonnante de rester au loft ... les feuilles de lit étaient brillantes propres ...towel étaient toujours en couleur blanche même certains autres hôtels encore utilisés même s'il avait déjà été transformé en gris ... The hotel is superb. The location, the ambience, car park, staff, food (breakfast), and especially the pool and jacuzzi. The water quite hot for the javuzzi, but if can be hotter it will be good. For the room, a little bit small and the queen size bed is a minus for my perspective. Overall for my family and me, we love our vacation and stayed in this hotel, and recommend this hotel to someone to plan visiting Garut

Le lieu emule un village construit sur l'eau. C'était amusant. La piscine était bonne et grande. L'expérience de la pêche était amusante, même si nous n'avons pas réussi à obtenir des poissons. Mais l'audience était très attentive et nous a aidé à capturer certains. Tout le monde est grillé ou fritté. Personne n'a mentionné cela dans la colonne d'examen. C'était un très bon touche à notre séjour. J'aime vraiment cet hôtel. Reviendra si nous visitons Garut.

Di tiap sudut ruangan wangi, bener2 wangiiii. Semua staffnya ramah, jam set2 udh bole check in dan main di playground (pdhl blm dapet kamar). Mesti coba Ofuro spa nya!!! Super recommended, tmpt gymnya juga lengkapp dan sepi (kalau sore) Will be back soon!

Kamarnya baguss bgt, ok pelayanan, staff ramah, makanan enak2.. hotel sangat kids friendly.. bakal nginep lagi

I booked for my colleagues and they are happy with the hotel and its surrounding. Service is good with nice receptiont. Late night hanging out in the resto-bar at lobby quite nice. Breakfast variation is good.
