The staff doesn't try to hide the unequal service offered to foreign guests compared to that of the locals. No staff member offered to help us with our luggage. The rooms have poor sound isolation and you can hear your neighbours and the room above very clearly, particularly foot steps, which make sleeping difficult.

We had a wonderful stay at Portom International Hokkaido and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The hotel feels very new and modern, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The onsen was one of our favourite parts of the stay. It was beautifully designed, peaceful, and a great way to relax after a long day. We also appreciated having access to a well-equipped gym, which was spotless and had everything needed for a good workout. The room amenities were surprisingly comprehensive. It wasn’t just the usual toiletries—they even provided thoughtful extras like air freshener, onsen pj, actual pj, bedroom slippers which made the stay feel extra comfortable and convenient. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and quality of the facilities really stood out. Portom International Hokkaido made our trip even more enjoyable, and we’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and premium stay near the airport.

Exceptional Private Onsen & Hokkaido Flavors. Overall Impression: A perfect blend of convenience and cozy. Despite the bustling atmosphere and classic, dark decor, the private onsen and dining experience make this a standout choice in the area. Hightlights: The room: Spacious with beautiful wooden floors and a private outdoor onsen. Soaking in the heat while snow falls is pure magic. Features like the ”His&Her” sinks and an in-room massage chair make our stay more comfortable. All complimentary in the room adds a thoughful touch. Dining: The buffet offers and impressive variety of local dishes alongside beautifully plated mains. Even when busy, the staff sustematically managed the seating, ensuring we enjoyed the stunning winter views comfortably. The Hokkaido cheese pizza and dessert are absolute must-tries. Location and Service: Perfectly situated in the heart of the sightseeing district, with famous sweet shop right nearby. The complimentary valet parking and polight, perfessional staff made our stay seamless. Observations: Atmosphere: The common areas can feel a bit crowded due to its popularity. Design: The room interiors are a bit outdated and lean toward very dark tones, and notably, Netflix is not available on the in-room TV. Note: Windows are fixed; ventilation is managed via the onsen balcony door. Verdict: Highly recommended for foodies and onsen lovers who want to be the center of the action.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable. The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy. It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. Il y a quelques mois, j'ai réservé l'hôtel pour que je puisse obtenir un très bon prix pour rester avec OMO5. Très confortable et énergique, surtout la zone commune était un endroit pour se détendre et le refroidissement. Ils ont un autre schéma pendant la journée et la nuit. L'accent de cet hôtel est le service de bus gratuit, qui se déplace autour de la ville, et le service de navette payé pour monter sur la colline pour voir le soleil. Vous savez à quel point il est chaotique de vous y rejoindre, donc il est bon d'avoir un bus de transbordement qui vous ramène à la porte de l'hôtel. En séjournant une nuit, je pouvais utiliser les services avant le check-in et après le check-out, donc essentiellement il couvrait 2 jours d'activités quand j'étais à Hakodate. Et je pense vraiment que ce groupe d'hôtel a des pensées de la perspective des voyageurs et essaie de leur mieux pour donner la meilleure expérience et pour nous aider à réduire les problèmes. Je vais certainement réserver avec les hôtels sous Hoshino Resort Group. Merci beaucoup.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For us it is the second time in this wonderful hotel and every time it is like living a dream: it feels like being in a bubble thanks to all the well-being in which you are immersed. You are pampered by every service present and by the kindness of the staff, which makes you feel at home. The food is simply divine and you would just like to have a more spacious stomach so you could taste more and more. Nature is unsurpassed, every day you find yourself meeting spectacular creatures even just going out a short distance away. You will not find a similar place in all of Japan, where man meets nature in a perfect combination of balance, harmony and deep respect. Excellent onsen with very nice private onsen in the room surrounded by Sakura trees. Very nice omakase dinner served in room, excellent service from the team. Lounge area serving beer, sparkling wines and other non alcoholic beverage all inclusive in the package price is a nice touch. Highly recommended

The location is a bit far from Sapporo city centre, but it's a close walk to the bus stop and is best enjoyed if you have a car. We stayed here to enjoy the Sapporo Snow Festival and had a great time unwinding in the onsen! Everything is very new and clean, the amenities are stellar, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
