Very conveniently located along the route from the airport to the central Hakodate!! The ryokan is a beautiful traditional style ryokan with tatami mat and delicious kaiseki dinner. The place is very quiet and peaceful and there is onsen available. It is located near the beach if you want to take in some fresh sea breeze.

The hotel looks a little far at first (about 10–15 min walk from the station), but with the cool windy weather, it felt like an easy walk. Maybe in mid-summer or snow winter it could be tougher, but during our stay it was very comfortable short walk for us. The room was spacious and spotless. The sofa was already prepared with bed sheets and pillows, making it easy for a 3rd or even 4th guest to sleep (just make sure to put the correct number of guests, including children, when booking). The onsen was excellent – clean, large, and with real spring water. There’s also a washing machine (bring your own detergent), and a kitchenette in the room, though you need to borrow cooking utensils from the front desk, guest need to clean them after use. (No condiments are provided) Breakfast was very good, but the only downside is the 40-minute time limit. Most of the staff were polite and friendly, though one female staff at reception and a male staff at the breakfast area seemed less welcoming. Overall, I’d recommend this place to families who want a spacious room with a small kitchen and a proper onsen. Definitely choose the breakfast plan if you book.

La chambre double est spacieuse et confortable. La distance de marche vers la chaîne alimentaire rapide M à côté de la porte et Aeon shopping près.

We had a wonderful stay at Protom International Hokkaido, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. The hotel kindly surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to the Junior Twin Suite, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were so happy when we entered the room — it felt bright, modern, and very relaxing, especially after a long day of travel. What touched us the most was the kindness of the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, warm, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed, not just as guests, but like friends. We are very grateful for the upgrade and the wonderful service. This stay made our Hokkaido trip even more special. We will definitely choose Protom International Hokkaido again next time. This was my second stay at this onsen hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, although the receptionist could have been more welcoming, as he did not greet guests with a smile. The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the night lounge area, where guests could relax with mulled wine, coffee, and fresh grilled apples while enjoying a foot spa. The hotel was clean throughout, and the meals served were fresh and of good quality.

J'ai séjourné dans le bâtiment Est ; il était propre et bien rangé, mais la vue depuis les fenêtres était assez limitée. Le principal atout de l'hôtel était son excellent onsen (source thermale), une expérience à ne pas manquer. J'avais réservé une formule avec petit-déjeuner ; honnêtement, il était correct, sans plus, mais copieux. L'accès à l'hôtel est très pratique : il est situé juste à côté de la gare JR de Noboribetsu, il suffit de prendre le bus et d'arriver tôt pour faire la queue. À quelques pas à droite de la sortie de l'hôtel se trouve le site touristique de Jigokudani (la Vallée de l'Enfer), idéal pour une promenade. À gauche de l'hôtel se trouve une rue commerçante avec deux supermarchés, dont l'un fait office de supérette où l'on peut acheter des en-cas et des boissons. On trouve également plusieurs restaurants, il n'est donc pas indispensable de réserver un dîner à l'hôtel. En résumé, Noboribetsu est une destination qui mérite vraiment le détour.

Fantastic City Center Stay with Relaxing Onsen My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless and convenient. The on-site hot spring was a real treat: clean, spacious, and with perfectly warm water that melted away all stress. Soaking there after a day out was pure bliss and true relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with quality bedding and all necessary amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was genuinely polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. This hotel offers the ideal mix of prime location, soothing facilities, spotless rooms, and warm hospitality. A wonderful experience I’d highly recommend!

Modern classic hotel with high class interior design. Service was good. Attentive staff who tried to communicate using the translator device. Shower cap is not provided, otherwise the amenities provided are essential & necessary for a comfortable stay. Pyjamas are provided too. It was stuffy in the middle of night, so we informed front desk. Not long after, the service staff came up with a portable fan & opened our window a little. Buffet breakfast was a delicious spread. Location - conveniently located between Odori & Sapporo stations.

Dans l'ensemble, c'était un hôtel magnifique et confortable, proche de la baie d'Hakodate et du marché du matin. L'hôtel offre un onsen gratuit à tous ses clients.
