Super stay at this traditional onsen inn! It’s an easy 5 minutes walk from the tram stop and it is a peaceful and hospitable place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included (you have it in your room, the staff come to roll up your tatami 30 mins before - we just went to the onsen during this time) which was traditional Japanese style and delicious. The onsens are not too big but there are outdoor and indoor sections and perfectly adequate. The staff look after you warmly and we loved our experience of traditional Japanese culture here. Oh, and it’s near the Botanical Gardens where we saw monkeys bathing in the onsen.

Le vent est vraiment bon. L'hôtel est propre et confortable. La chambre est grande. Mais la vue n'est pas aussi belle que prévu. Peut-être parce que la rivière est sèche.

Excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers visiting Hakodate! convenient location - easy to get around, with a short walk to the tram station. The tram connects you to many popular attractions around the city. Plus, the airport transfer bus stop is just a stone's throw away, with affordable fares to New Chitose Airport (13,000 yen). We also discovered a lovely 2nd-generation ice cream parlor right opposite the bus stop! The hotel's breakfast was impressive and delicious. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its price. We had a family room with excellent view for sunrise 🌅.

hôtel beau avec un spa et une sauna de l'onsen. Cependant, il est à 15-min à pied de la gare et le service de navette est limité. Beaucoup de mariages et de visites royales à ce resort. La chambre double est spacieuse et confortable. La distance de marche vers la chaîne alimentaire rapide M à côté de la porte et Aeon shopping près.

We had a wonderful stay at Protom International Hokkaido, and it became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. The hotel kindly surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to the Junior Twin Suite, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were so happy when we entered the room — it felt bright, modern, and very relaxing, especially after a long day of travel. What touched us the most was the kindness of the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, warm, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed, not just as guests, but like friends. We are very grateful for the upgrade and the wonderful service. This stay made our Hokkaido trip even more special. We will definitely choose Protom International Hokkaido again next time. Excellent hotel avec bon service, tous les plats sont superbes et la plupart des attractions sont à pied. Le bus est à l'avant de l'hôtel si vous voyagez à Sapporo et à partir de Sapporo. Onsen privée à l'intérieur de l'hôtel avec les réservations nécessaires. Il est bon de rester, même si c'est un peu cher.

J'ai séjourné dans le bâtiment Est ; il était propre et bien rangé, mais la vue depuis les fenêtres était assez limitée. Le principal atout de l'hôtel était son excellent onsen (source thermale), une expérience à ne pas manquer. J'avais réservé une formule avec petit-déjeuner ; honnêtement, il était correct, sans plus, mais copieux. L'accès à l'hôtel est très pratique : il est situé juste à côté de la gare JR de Noboribetsu, il suffit de prendre le bus et d'arriver tôt pour faire la queue. À quelques pas à droite de la sortie de l'hôtel se trouve le site touristique de Jigokudani (la Vallée de l'Enfer), idéal pour une promenade. À gauche de l'hôtel se trouve une rue commerçante avec deux supermarchés, dont l'un fait office de supérette où l'on peut acheter des en-cas et des boissons. On trouve également plusieurs restaurants, il n'est donc pas indispensable de réserver un dîner à l'hôtel. En résumé, Noboribetsu est une destination qui mérite vraiment le détour.

Fantastic City Center Stay with Relaxing Onsen My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless and convenient. The on-site hot spring was a real treat: clean, spacious, and with perfectly warm water that melted away all stress. Soaking there after a day out was pure bliss and true relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with quality bedding and all necessary amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was genuinely polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. This hotel offers the ideal mix of prime location, soothing facilities, spotless rooms, and warm hospitality. A wonderful experience I’d highly recommend!

L'hôtel se trouve à environ 700 mètres de la gare JR, et il était très agréable de prendre un bain thermal chaque soir. Les environs sont un peu déserts. Nous avions initialement réservé deux nuits, puis nous en avons ajouté une. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, et comme nous mangeons principalement des œufs, des légumes et des fruits, et buvons du café, cela nous convenait parfaitement. Le service de l'hôtel est chaleureux, et l'insonorisation est excellente. La chambre est beaucoup plus grande que celles des hôtels japonais habituels. Tous les hôtels japonais sont extrêmement propres.

L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité des attractions touristiques. La chambre d'hôtel est équipée d'un lave-linge, ce qui nous a bien aidés pour notre lessive. Un parking est également disponible juste à côté de l'hôtel. À deux pas du marché matinal. Je recommande vivement !
