The location is good, and the hotel has a hot spring; the time is 13:00 to the next day at 10:00. Guests can enjoy it before check-out and at night. The ********* Mr. Lin (林) at the front office provides excellent service, clear explanations, and good manners. He explained the differences between the two breakfast styles and smoothly handled the check-in operation. However, the service needs to improve. The receptionist named 小林 rejected my request to borrow a phone to call the room without authentication, although I succeeded in borrowing it one day before. I don’t know if this is a personal issue or if the reception standards are different. The bed sheet and blanket sheet had blood stains; the housekeeper needs to double-check the room before marking it as vacant. Lastly, if you have a reservation at the restaurant, you still have to wait for a table to become available. This does not make sense in terms of the definition of making a reservation, and it affects the guest’s schedule. The hotel needs to improve its reservation arrangement.

Première fois à Sapporo et je ne savais pas où loger. Je suis content d'avoir trouvé cet endroit car il était parfait à tous les niveaux. L'emplacement est accessible à pied depuis la gare de Sapporo mais les taxis sont constamment présents. Dès votre arrivée, vous êtes accueilli avec une sensation de zen qui perdure tout au long de notre séjour. La taille de la chambre était assez bonne pour nous, très propre et comprenait toutes les nécessités de base, y compris des peignoirs pour l'Onsen. Dans l'ensemble, le bâtiment était très bien entretenu. La principale caractéristique est l’Onsen et cela n’a pas déçu. Plusieurs piscines chaudes, sauna et bassin froid. Vous obtenez même de la glace après. Je n'ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner ni de dîner, je ne peux donc pas faire de commentaire sur la nourriture, mais je recommande vivement de rester ici. Je reviendrais !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques pas de la gare de Sapporo. Le coffre-fort est trop petit pour un ordinateur portable. La chambre est spacieuse mais insuffisamment meublée ; il n'y a pas de table pour préparer un thé ou un café. La salle de bain est grande mais manque de crochets pour suspendre les serviettes ou les vêtements.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!

A Relaxing and Convenient City Getaway I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Its location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with shops, restaurants, major sights, and public transport all just a few minutes’ walk away. It made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were wonderful: clean, well-maintained, and pleasantly quiet. The water was at the perfect temperature, and soaking in the onsen provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of sightseeing. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh linens, modern amenities, and good soundproofing for a peaceful night’s sleep. Housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The staff stood out for their politeness and attentiveness—everyone from reception to the concierge was friendly, professional, and quick to assist with a genuine smile. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of prime location, soothing onsen, clean rooms, and warm service. Perfect for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the city. Highly recommended!

Location: Within the airport international terminal. Short indoor walk from Arrivals. Very convenient. Atmosphere: Calm, quiet and friendly. Warm welcome. Full of artistic features. Rooms: Well appointed, spotlessly clean. Spacious. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Amenities: Library. Tea House and Onsen Breakfast: Lovely breakfast spread. Delicious ramen. We would love to be back.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, le parc Odori et la rue commerçante Tanukikoji sont accessibles à pied. Les bains thermaux sont agréables, même si la piscine est un peu petite. La plateforme d'observation est très calme et sert de petit bar. J'ai beaucoup aimé le petit-déjeuner, chaleureux et délicieux, il correspondait parfaitement à mes goûts.

Nous avons trouvé cette chambre pour quatre personnes à la dernière minute suite à un changement d'itinéraire. La chambre était petite, mais le bain public gratuit de l'hôtel était excellent ; se prélasser dans la source chaude par une journée de neige était un vrai moment de détente. Il y avait également une laverie automatique, très pratique pour les familles. Malgré la petite taille de la chambre, la vue depuis la fenêtre était magnifique, de jour comme de nuit. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, tout près de la station de métro Nakajima Park et de la navette aéroport. Depuis l'aéroport de New Chitose, un bus direct part de la porte 84 du terminal des arrivées nationales. C'est beaucoup plus pratique que de prendre la correspondance entre la ligne JR et le métro. À recommander.

The hotel provides a shuttle bus pick-up from Sapporo Station (Bus Terminal), but reservations can only be made by phone call. Email requests are not accepted. We arrived on a Sunday, and the bus was already fully packed when leaving Sapporo Station, so it is best to book early. The hotel itself is a little old, though the public area toilets appear to have been recently renovated. The public onsen pools are large and relaxing, but the stone tile flooring can be slippery from long use, so be careful when walking in the bath area. The buffet has a good spread of dishes. I especially enjoyed the dinner scallop miso soup, handmade sushi, and desserts. The restaurant was lively and fully packed with both local Japanese families and overseas tourists. One minor downside was the seasonal fruit such as lychee. It would be better if the hotel ensured the fruits were properly washed before serving. Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is strong and stable unlike the big spa hotel in lake Toya which I just stayed a few days ago.
