A fairly nice hotel with fair, reasonable and affordable price in the area with accessible location, quite easy to be accessed by foreign travellers. The breakfast was good and delicious, offering a range of nice food choices. Will be more than happy to recommend the hotel to all types of travellers.

Kotohira Onsen Oyado est un hôtel thermal au charme japonais. Situé non loin du sanctuaire de Kotohira, il convient parfaitement aux voyageurs qui prévoient de le visiter. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, et la salle de tatami crée une atmosphère japonaise traditionnelle propice à la détente. Les sources chaudes de l'hôtel sont d'excellente qualité. Après un bain, la peau est douce, idéale pour soulager la fatigue après avoir gravi les marches de pierre. Les plats proposés par l'hôtel sont préparés à partir de produits frais et locaux. La cuisine kaiseki et le petit-déjeuner sont délicats et délicieux. Le personnel est aimable et attentionné, et le service est chaleureux et attentionné, vous faisant sentir comme chez vous. L'environnement général est calme et confortable, idéal pour les voyageurs souhaitant découvrir la culture traditionnelle japonaise et se détendre dans les sources chaudes. Seul petit bémol : le bois du bassin thermal est moisi, mais l'entretien général est bon et ne nuit pas à l'expérience de l'hébergement. En résumé, c'est un hôtel thermal à recommander, qui vous donnera envie d'y retourner !

The hotel is about 20~25 mins walk away from the JR rail station. The facility is on average. Room is small but is fully equipped. I am traveling with my wife and the double bed is small even for our Asian sizes. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement. We stayed at Dormy Inns at other locations and have much more varieties and choices than this one at Takamatsu . Putting another set of pillows in the room will be welcomed by most guests.

First of all, I must say the service was absolutely fantastic!! They really work hard and did a really great job, especially the lady with a pair of glasses! So sorry I didn’t get the name, please transfer my big thank you for the assistance for checking in, picking up my baggage and driving me from the hotel to JR station. You are very cute by the way lol Secondly, although the price is a bit high, I do recommended it if you come here for a rest, a celebration or even with friends. A quiet, spacious hotel which must try once in a lifetime.

The staff of Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel are professional and considerable. Their service are excellent, especially 1) The shuttle bus driver (morning shift strong man, forgot asking his name). When we arrived at Shodoshima Ferry Pier at 11:00am on April 7, we found a hotel shuttle bus, but not sure if it's the one of our staying hotel. We asked the driver if it's the one that waiting to pick us up. He said yes, but the hotel check-in time should be 3:00pm in the afternoon. He suggested us to have the sightseeing first and helped register the afternoon time for picking us instead. Also, he suggested taking our hand carry bags to the hotel front desk to avoid we carrying too heavy bags while travelling. 2) The lady staff (sorry for forgetting her name) at the lobby hall, who was very proactive. She came over immediately to help taking photos for us when she found we're taking a selfie. She also served us with free drinks for enjoying the sunset at the hall. 3) The staff at the reception desk are very professional. They helped us for check-in, explained the details of the time for meals, and provided all the information required. 4) The foods for dinner & breakfast buffet are very nice and yummy. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Overall, Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka Hotel is a very professional and comfortable accommodation for stay. We're pleased and feel glad choosing this hotel.

L'environnement de ce lieu est propre et relaxant. La cuisine de pierre est excellente et délicieuse, ce qui permet aux gens de profiter de la cuisine japonaise. En plus de l'expérience confortable et chaleureuse, que ce soit la soupe de sauce ou le goût de la nourriture, les gens sont même oubliés. Très adapté pour les voyageurs qui veulent fuir le chaos et reprendre le calme de leur cœur. Recommandé à ceux qui aiment la nature et la nourriture!

L'hôtel de la rivière Liuping est très pratique. Il est à huit minutes à pied de la gare JR Liuping ou de la gare Liuping. L'hôtel est une rivière. Vous pouvez voir le pont rouge et le pont blanc en plein air. Bien que les installations de l'hôtel ne soient pas comparables à des hôtels chauds, ils sont bien situés dans un environnement calme, une bonne santé, un personnel gentil et gentil, à quelques minutes à pied à la rue des magasins et à l'entrée de montagne près du Palais de Pilote de Golden Sword. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais délicieux, absolument disponible, le prix de l'hôtel est élevé, il est recommandé.

The hotel’s service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The scenery was breathtaking, offering stunning views that made every moment special. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding, featuring delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. To top it off, they surprised us by preparing a famous local cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which was a delightful and thoughtful touch. Everything was perfectly arranged, and their attention to detail truly impressed us. This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a quiet hot spring experience away from crowds. It is located a bit remotely from the city and surrounded by nature, which I absolutely love! Driving here is quite accessible. Since I planned to stay for more than one day, they provided a free pickup from the Kotohira JR Station, which is also very convenient. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. This low-density hotel has around 26 rooms, so it sells out very quickly, especially during peak season. There is a small gift shop, but I found everything I needed there. The room met my expectations, offering enough space with an outdoor deck and a private hot spring tub. I could hop into the hot spring tub anytime. If in the summer, I would be sitting on the outdoor deck to take in the views of the woods and nature, listening to the birds sing. The lotion provided is of very good quality; I use it every time I finish in the hot spring, as it smooths my skin. I should check if the gift shop sells it. The minibar is well-stocked with coffee and tea, and a 2-liter bottle of water was provided, along with a filtered water tap in the washroom. The public hot spring is spacious, allowing for plenty of privacy. One thing I wasn't sure about was that they provided us with a twin bed room. Since I was there with my husband, we expected a double bed room. We didn’t check with them about it because we decided to use the futon bed instead, which was surprisingly comfortable. I ended up sleeping even deeper than on a regular bed.  We were also confused about the futon bed setup requiring an extra charge, guess it was considered an extra bed. However, they arranged it for us without charging extra, which we really appreciated!  The dining experience was fantastic as well. There are different sessions in the restaurant, and they assign different tables for each meal, making it feel like dining in various restaurants. The service was very professional, with the staff explaining each dish to us. Even though one server covered two tables, I felt like they were serving us privately and gave us enough personal time. The restaurant closes after breakfast and before dinner, which gives you a great opportunity to explore the area during lunchtime. There are also delicious udon restaurants nearby. Just a heads up, though—I didn’t notice any room service available, so if you want snacks in your room, it’s a good idea to prepare your own. I am looking forward to staying in their other branches!

괜찮습니다만 료칸을 기대하고 가면 아쉬울 수 있습니다. 전날 키요미산소에서 숙박을 해서 그런지 부족한 점들이 보였지만 충분히 만족할만한 숙소이긴 합니다. 인기가 많아 식사를 하지 못해 아쉽네요
