スーパーホテル川越さんは初めての宿泊でした。フロントの男性がとても丁寧に対応してくださいました。 部屋もとても綺麗で観光で疲れた身体をよく休めることができました。また、温泉もかたまでしっかりつかることができて、疲れがとれました。 朝食は健康朝食と言われていて無料でいただくことができましたが、品数が豊富で料金をとった方がいいくらいだと思いました。ご当地の食材を使ったメニューもあり、朝からしっかりといただいてパワーチャージできました。家族も泊まりたいと言っておりました。次回は家族も連れてきます。お世話になりました！

來到了秩父，想要享受温泉，於是入住了木テ兒美やま 從酒店到秩父鐵道秩父站或者西武秩父站都有一小時一班的送迎bus 房間為桔梗，很寬敞 非常可惜的是，露天澡堂不是温泉水，衹有大澡堂是用的温泉水 晚餐感覺有些無趣，埼玉縣不臨海，所以海鮮不太好吃，甚至還有魔芋刺身在充數，也許可以在肉類上加強!! 我很喜歡聊天，但在這裏沒有很體會到工作人員的服務，總感覺對別的旅客比對我更加熱情。比如對某兩位客人就幫他們提着包介紹到房間….希望是我的錯覺。 武蔵國の埼玉で1日を過ごしました! 秩父に來て温泉を楽しみたくて、ホテル美やまに宿泊しました。 泊まったお部屋は「桔梗」というお部屋で、とても広々としていました。 ただ、少し殘念だったのは、露天風呂が温泉ではなく普通のお湯だったことです。温泉水を使っているのは大浴場だけでした。 タ食は少し物足りない感じがしました。埼玉県は海なし県だからか、海鮮の味はイマイチでしたし、こんにやくの刺身が出てきてちょっと量稼ぎっばい印象も……。その分、肉料理をもっと充実させてほしいなと思いました!スタッフさんのサ一ビスについてですが、普段私はおしやベりが好きなのに、ここではあまり交流を感じられなかったのが少し殘念でした。また、他のお客さんヘの対応の方が丁寧に見えたのも気になりました。例えば、あるお二人の宿泊客には荷物を持って部屋まで案內していたようで……。きっと気のせいだと信じたいです!

Araki Kousen Ryokan was absolutely lovely and felt very welcoming for our family. This was our first stay at a ryokan in Japan, and while we were initially a little worried it might feel old or uncomfortable, it was actually very clean, cozy, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home, even helping us secure a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. The onsen was relaxing and the water temperature was just right. Breakfast was a highlight as well—delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day together. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with our family again.

Je recommanderais très fortement cette Ryokan comme un plaisir de sortir de la ville pour vraiment voir et expériencer le paysage du Japon tout en n'ayant pas à voyager jusqu'à présent.

J'ai visité un voyage d'affaires, mais il est agréable d'avoir un bon parking et de profiter des printemps chauds. J'avais dîner à Maguroya dans la salle, mais je suis satisfait. C'est dommage que je ne puisse pas prendre le petit déjeuner parce que j'ai vérifié tôt.

Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

The hotel is stunning. Breakfast was great. 3 onsen pools (2 outdoors, 1 indoor) and sauna. Clean and spacious. Service was awesome. Staffs friendly and helpful. Big parking lot for those driving to Chichibu. Within walking distance there is AEON, some shopping (ABC Mart, Daiso etc) and cinema

foreigners beware.  the bald headed guy with glasses at the reception is a terrible host. he declined to offer to show us to our rooms and help us with our luggage.  he also did not help with the luggage when we asked for help with our luggage out when we checked out. when we checked out he was also not friendly to help with taqbin. luckily familymart was kind enough to help us with our taqbin luggage

L'hôtel dispose d'une grande localisation et d'un grand parking, bien que les points les plus proches de l'entrée soient remplis rapidement. Le ron est petit mais suffisant. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel offre une excellente valeur, avec un grand service, des installations et un petit déjeuner.
