Le paysage est magnifique, le hall est très beau, mais il y a peu de places de parking, et si vous vous enregistrez trop tard, vous devrez vous garer loin. La chambre familiale de style japonais est très spacieuse. C'était une expérience de voyage très relaxante. J'ai hâte de revenir la prochaine fois

I chose this hotel because it is close to lake biwako and my friends area. To my disappointment, my room was at the end of the hallway supposedly facing the lake but upon entering my room, there was no window facing the lake instead my view of the window is the car parking of the hotel. The room is definitely dated, old television, i only had tea bags, on my first day and they never replenish until i checked out., no coffee as well. The carpet is red which looks so old, has some old marks too and the bed is old too, but nevertheless the room is clean. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast was great. But if i will compare it to a business hotel where i stayed before in the same area, the beds, amenities of the business hotel and the hotel rate is more worth it than this one. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again. My impression is, it is an okay place but not great. I paid almost double the price of the business hotel where i stayed last year, which had modern beds and nice amenities but for the price this hotel is charging i don't think it is worth it. This hotel needs to update a lot of things my room looks so old and feels so old. I thought staying in a hotel like this was going to be a nice treat for myself as it was more expensive than my usual budget but it was a disappointment. Really sorry if i had to say all of these on my review but the room is really dated.on every single thing.

Very clean with nice view and comfortable accommodation. Buffet breakfast is very yummy and offer a variety of different dishes for the guest. Free carpark is well done and allow you in and out at anytime during your stay. Will stay in this hotel next time for sure.

從抵達到退房，我對一切都很滿意。由其是服務，所有員工都有良好的工作態度，令我們有賓至如歸的感覺。 進入房間，琵琶湖就在眼前，心情舒暢。房間乾淨、寬敞，並且有足夠的設施。有洗面乳、乳液、乳液、浴巾、面膜等，室內穿著舒適，可以在晚餐或洗澡時穿著。冰箱裡的水很充足，每層樓都有飲水機。 期待頂樓的休息室，我們一邊欣賞琵琶湖的美景，一邊享用迎賓甜點、藍莓派和飲料，度過了輕鬆的時光。飲料包括酒精、咖啡、茶、橙汁，除了飲料之外還有爆米花及堅果。 一樓的公共浴場的水溫恰到好處，一邊眺望眼前的琵琶湖一邊放鬆身心。還有桑拿浴室。公共浴室提供毛巾也很好。洗完澡後，我們喝了醋梅黑豆茶。 晚餐也很棒。尤其是近江牛和近江米的美味給我留下了深刻的印象。這也是我第一次品嚐烤茄子濃湯。 自助早餐無論是品質還是數量都非常好。 炒近江牛肉和大津菠菜、甜肉和馬鈴薯與近江米飯很相配。新鮮蔬菜、鹽曲和蔬菜醬也不錯。 我非常喜歡新鮮出爐的法式吐司，所以我又點了一份。甜點有布丁、鬆餅和餅乾等烘焙食品。飲料包括冰沙和豆奶。 退房時工作人員幫我搬運了行李，並禮貌地與我告別。 這真是幸福的兩天。我想再次訪問。

De Kyoto à Tokyo, pour s'adapter au temps utilisé pour les coupons de voyage, il était prêt à réserver à la gare de Miyao, mais l'ouverture de la carte a trouvé que le rhizome était près du lac de Myanmar et à proximité de la ville de Myanmar, et il était là pour une nuit. L'hôtel est très chaleureux et très confortable, car le temps d'arrivée est plus tôt, mais pas encore le temps de séjour, je suis resté dans la salle de l'hôtel pour un moment, la réception est très enthousiaste. Après avoir nettoyé la chambre, j'ai fait le premier séjour. L'hôtel est à peu près de la station JR Wugan, et il y a beaucoup de boutiques de soins à proximité de 711.

After a crowded Kyoto, I love the peaceful and tranquil environment of this beautiful onsen hotel-ryokan and charming castle town. Everything about the hotel speaks of relaxation and well-being. It's only a 7-8min walk away from Hikone Train Station but there is a hotel shuttle that leaves at 9, 10 and 11 am if you need a drop off. Pick up could probably be arranged too. The hotel offers a pretty outdoor terrace with Castle view, an on-site spa with massage, a library lounge with free drinks till 10pm, a foot reflex corner and a compact onsen with a silk bath (all with Castle view) and hot stone benches. I had the whole onsen to myself in the evening, so it was very relaxing. The staff are kind and lovely too, making an effort to explain all the services and amenities in English. The buffet breakfast was also one of the better ones I've seen in my trips to Japan. If you're visiting the Castle, the entrance road is right outside the hotel. The main castle road is about 5-10 min away but you will pass by a famous Japanese confectionery, Taneya and Club Harie. Their souvenirs are one that even the Japanese cherish. I would wish to come here again with my partner one day. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Mon meilleur ami et moi voulions vivre l'expérience d'un séjour dans un ryokan et nous avons choisi Yuzanso car ils étaient musulmans en termes de restauration (ce qui était excellent et la nourriture et le service étaient tout simplement excellents) et avaient également un onsen privé. Ce fut un séjour très agréable avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Biwa et des futons moelleux ! nous recommandons également fortement cet endroit aux voyageurs musulmans !

Je donne une note élevée car c'est vraiment un bon endroit, mais je ne le recommande pas en raison de ma mauvaise expérience. J'ai acheté une chambre de style japonais Manyo pour une nuit, dîner et petit-déjeuner compris et je m'attends à une expérience parfaite dans un hôtel Onsen. Cela correspond parfaitement à mes attentes avant minuit, un service client parfait, une excellente source chaude en termes d'onsen interne ou public. Excellentes boissons et collations fournies dans l'espace public. Bien que le dîner ne corresponde pas à mes goûts, je pense que c'est simplement une question de goût personnel. Le cauchemar arrive quand il est midi Il devrait y avoir un réglage automatique de la température des onsen privés dans la maison. Il devient chaud à minuit, alors j'appelle la hotline et cherche de l'aide pour le remettre en température. Cependant, le personnel travaillant la nuit ne parle pas anglais et m'a dit que mon onsen était cassé. Les onsen deviennent immédiatement froids. Ils m'ont proposé de changer de chambre mais je ne veux pas les déranger la nuit alors refusez de le faire. En conséquence, le onsen n'a pas été réparé par la suite, même demain matin. Et ils ne me remboursent que moins de 10 % en guise de compensation. J'aurai donc ici 2 suggestions à vous faire si vous voulez vraiment essayer cet hôtel : 1. essayez de ne pas acheter la chambre premium. Vous pouvez profiter de la nourriture, du onsen public et de la gentillesse du service client même si vous achetez simplement le moins cher. 2. Si vous achetez la chambre premium et qu'il est peu probable que votre onsen soit cassé, n'hésitez pas à changer de chambre. Vous ne trouverez aucune raison de payer si cher pour une chambre sans source chaude privée.

L'hôtel n'est pas cinq minutes de la gare, la position est très pratique. Le personnel de service est poli et les procédures d'hébergement sont rapidement achevées. Bien que la chambre soit petite, la chambre individuelle a toujours un espace de roulement et est équipée d'un sac à main, et peut être placée dans un petit casino. Ce prix est ajouté au petit déjeuner, c'est vraiment super.
