La réceptionniste a préparé tout avant de venir, pendant notre arrivée, elle a tout expliqué très bien. Même quand je me demandais où obtenir de la nourriture malaise, comment payer le parking. Vous pouvez facilement trouver un parking de la voiture derrière l'hôtel. La propreté de ma chambre qui m'a impressionnée. Une chose que je ne pouvais pas oublier est comment ils ont fourni une chambre selon mon message sur ma demande de réservation. Le signe qiblat dans la chambre était utile pour les voyageurs musulmans. Il est tout à fait bien pendant le checkout le lendemain, pouces jusqu'au récepteur. Les chambres sont très confortables et propres.

Hotel was great and room was comfy! The staff at the concierge was warm and friendly. Ariff was his name. Free parking was an annoyance as it was in a separate block. You either end up taking lifts and moving several towers to get to the place, and signage was poor so you might get a little lost initially. Or just walk outside and skip the confusion and lift waiting. just pay for parking outside the unit to avoid all these hassle. The free onsen for those who stay there was good, albeit one of the pool was being maintained. Wished it was a bit more open air and authentic in design. Again, staff here is really friendly to explain and help.

Located in Tanah Rata, near the night market, but on the higher side. Move along the road and you will see the palace above. The wind was strong and you could feel the cold breeze here. L'hôtel dispose d'un thème lavender, tandis que vous serez accueilli avec l'odeur de lavender partout autour de la propriété. La chambre était spacieuse, le lit était confortable et la propreté était bonne. Le petit déjeuner était simple, mais suffisant pour remplir votre tampon.

CNY staycation at Erya by Suria Hotspring Bentong. This was my second stay. Hotel was full house and quite crowded. Breakfast was basic with 5 main options plus toast and cornflakes. Coffee, tea, milk and juice provided. Food just average. Room was clean but on the second day there was no hot water at all. Hot spring has two pools with different temperatures, both hot and comfortable. Overall, okay for a short stay.
