Friendly check in staff. Special mention Peter who checked us in and very kindly offered a bigger room seeing we've our daughter with us. The sofa bed was comfortably made. Clean plush white towels and bath robes. The dinner served at Bistro was excellent. The whole Hilton vibe was homely ,warm and welcoming always pleasantly and subtly scented with Crabtree & Evelyn's. We did not have enough time to use the gym but the spa was clean and relaxing. Hilton is close to other eateries like Industrie Kitchen, St Pierres sushi ,McD if guests want to try and all within walking distance too. Thank you Hilton and my husband has now signed up as Hilton Honors member.

J'ai séjourné dans un chalet pour trois personnes. Bien que pas particulièrement spacieux, il était mieux que d'autres hébergements que j'ai pu trouver en Nouvelle-Zélande. La salle de bain et la douche étaient très propres, et la connexion internet fonctionnait bien. L'arrivée tardive était conseillée, et il y avait beaucoup de places de parking.

Très bien. Prenez les enfants pour jouer à la plage de l'eau chaude très proche. Parce que le vol est tard. L'heure de l'hôtel est 23 heures. Vous pouvez également prendre votre aide. Vous pouvez louer 5 lits de chaussures. Vous êtes très pratique. Vous arriverez plus tard.

I stayed here with my mum and brother in a kitchen cabin. The cabin itself was quite basic and very small – fine for one night, but it would feel too cramped for a longer stay. That said, the campsite itself is lovely and the swimming pools were an absolute highlight. We really loved them and would happily stay here again just for the pools alone. Next time, I’d definitely upgrade the accommodation to something more spacious. An on-site café would also be a great addition and would really enhance the overall experience.

A good first stop over for our campervan trip as it is 1hr away from auckland airport. We checked in after opening hours (they close pretty early) but we could easily find our way and the check in instructions were clear and easy. Plenty of flies attracted to light at the campsite. Our camper was filled with flies and spent a long time chasing them away. So do be careful when turning on the lights when moving in and out of the camper.
