L'hôtel est parfaitement placé à proximité immédiate des plus belles rues et du célèbre pont de la vieille ville. Même la cathédrale reste à distance raisonnable. La rue est très calme et de plus de nombreuses chambres donnent vers l'arrière. L'hôtel est doté d'un parking souterrain très commode, un peu cher surtout si l'on considère que tout excédent de séjour par rapport à 24 heures est lourdement taxé (à peu près la moitié du prix journalier, même pour deux heures de prolongation). L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très agréablement décoré, principalement en vert pâle et en gris, et tout est parfaitement entretenu (et récent, du reste). Notre chambre était raisonnablement grande pour un hôtel en centre ville et le mobilier comprenait un fauteuil confortable. La salle de bain était fonctionnelle, tout au plus la douche était-elle un peu petite. Le choix du petit-déjeuner, servi dans une salle lumineuse donnant sur une petite rue tranquille, est abondant en salé et sucré. Dans notre cas le trajet pour s'y rendre était un peu long, c'est inhérent à la structure de l'hôtel à deux bâtiments réunis par une construction récente. L'accueil est un peu expéditif mais plutôt efficace. Bref plutôt 4,5 que 4 si la note existait, et à recommander à tous ceux qui veulent visiter la ville sans s'embarrasser de véhicule.

We stayed in this hotel on two separate nights bookending a trip to Frankfurt. This hotel is not - in our experience - typical of the Mercure brand. Far too often Mercure's are in good locations but somewhat rundown, tired and in need of attention. This is quite the opposite. It appears to have been wholly refurbished in the last five years, it is looked after. The hotel is conveniently situated near to both the old town and the main, new shopping area, both being no more than five minutes walk away. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk from the railway station or (for us) a €10 taxi ride. There is paid for car parking if required. This is a deceptively large hotel, the short frontage belies the fact that it has 141 rooms. The hotel stretches back from its frontage - we felt it was long and not very wide. It is spread over four floors and possibly an attic. We were on the fourth floor for our first visit and on the first floor for the second. Entry into the hotel from the street leads to a small reception area with ottoman seating. Screened from reception is a small bar and another soft seating area. The bar had elusive opening times - but seemed not to operate before 18:00 hours. Service was good. There is a restaurant that is not the breakfast room but that was not open during our stay with no sign of opening on the horizon. All public areas were clean, tidy and well maintained, albeit with a Alpine overtone! Access to the upper floors is via dedicated lifts or stairs depending upon the location of the room, with some rooms there is quite a walk to the lift. There is a small garden and paved area with seating. We saw no specific provision for disabled access but believe that the hotel is easy enough to negotiate. There is a separate breakfast room which works very well albeit it is not large. It is at the furthest end of the hotel from reception and bypasses some of the meeting rooms. Whilst these rooms were used during our stays we experienced no difficulties. We took breakfast early and the restaurant was never full or cramped. Breakfast is generous but prettty standard continental fare. Our first room (413) was a standard room and disappointing although it was clean and well cared for. Our second room however (136) was an upgrade and provided exceptional space and comfort for a reasonable price. Had we been able to satisfactorily understand the room descriptions and attributes on the website a room such as 136 would have been our preference. It had a large and comfortable double bed, a small seating area with table, a separate desk along with the usual accessories of a safe, TV, wifi etc. We didn't try the TV but everything else worked. There is no aircon but there is very effective radiator heating. We can imagine that opening the windows for some rooms would produce a great deal of street noise, but both our rooms were towards the rear of the hotel and quiet. There was no noise from the corridor or between roo

Installations: La conception de l'hôtel est excellente et indéniable. Le sentiment moderne est fort, les murs infinis de l'autre côté, le bain chaud et les petits labels de la maison, etc. La seule insuffisance est sans minibar. Santé: Bien, je me sens propre. Environnement: Bien que près de la gare, les choix de cuisine et de boisson sont moins nombreux. Et la consommation est préférable. Manger 30 à 40 euros. Service: Vous êtes loin de vous consacrer à la conception de l'hôtel! Les avantages de la conception ont permis aux serveurs d'avoir une superiorité et de créer un créneau de conscience du service. Par exemple, le client a été en train de se faire passer, deux récepteurs ont été en train de se faire passer, l'autre s'est arrêtée directement, a éteint le cabinet et laisse les clients attendre.

À Erfurt, nous avons choisi l'Opéra Hostel pour arrêter notre tour de vélo. Il est assez central et offre beaucoup de place dans tous les domaines: dans l'entrée, des places de parking étaient prévues pour les vélos et on arrive à la réception au 1er étage par les larges escaliers et parcours. Nous y serions accueillis et nous avons reçu notre grande chambre triple, équipée de lits simples et de matraques plutôt durs, mais très spacieuse et, entre autres, très décorée avec un tube sous le toit. Le soir, devant le bâtiment, un peu de bruit a été éclaté par le terrain, qui avait été créé à la suite d'une rencontre de jeunes, mais il n'y avait que des bruits modérés et des temps limités. Le matin suivant, il y a eu un bon petit déjeuner en service en grande partie dans la salle de repas, similairement décorée et généreusement mesurée au sommet. En général, un séjour tout à fait réussi, précisément en termes de prix abordable pour la chambre à trois lits. C'est une recommandation claire, pas seulement pour les voyageurs budgétaires!

We stayed with 6 adults in 3 standard rooms. Rooms very neat and clean and good sound insulation. Breakfast was ample everything you would expect was there. Staff at reception and bar was friendly, staff at breakfast was rather stiff and came across as a bit cold. All in all a pleasant stay.

parce que la réservation via notre portail d'entreprise n'a pas fonctionné, j'ai été arrivée à cet hôtel via le service de réservation HRS téléphonique. J'ai été positivement surpris par l'équipement de l'hôtel. Je peux le recommander. Le personnel est très aimable et préventif. Les chambres sont propres, mais malheureusement à un niveau de 1990.

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und auch das Parken am Hotel war möglich, auch wenn wir dabei Glück hatten, den viele Parkplätze gibt es am Hotel nicht. Ich denke jedoch, in der näheren Umgebung wäre das Parken möglich. Im Hotel selbst wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Lobby wirkt, meiner Meinung nach, recht altbacken, so wie das gesamte Hotel ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind klein und auch in die Jahre gekommen, aber unser Zimmer war sauber. Leider befindet sich genau gegenüber des Hotels im Moment eine Großbaustelle, die für uns, als Langschläfer sehr lästig war; am Wochenende jedoch kein Problem. Des Weiteren war das Lüften in unserem Zimmer kaum möglich, da sich unser Fenster über dem Außensitz-Bereich befand, wo geraucht wurde. Für uns als Nichtraucher war das mehr als unangenehm. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein, für uns aber vollkommen ausreichend. Ich hatte durch das kleine Buffet den Eindruck, dass nicht so viel weggeworfen wird, weil immer nur kleinere Portionen nachgelegt worden sind, das finde ich gut. Ich vermute, dass im Hotel Personalmangel herrscht, den mit dem Abräumen der Tische und dem Nachlegen am Buffet kam das Personal kaum hinterher. Da wir nicht in das Hotel gekommen sind, um dort viel Zeit zu verbringen, sondern nur dort zu Schlafen, war es insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter möchte ich abschließend nochmals sehr hervorheben!

L'hôtel est proche de la gare et proche du centre-ville (il faut prendre une petite promenade). Il n'y a pas de parking, mais des garages sont disponibles dans la zone. Le service est très bon. Les chambres sont propres, de jolie conception et très tranquilles. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, mais pas de nourriture chaude ou de lait vegan.

Le centre de la ville est situé à 2 minutes à pied de la cathédrale Erfurt. La chambre elle-même n'est pas ce qu'on attend d'un 4-stars-hotel. Absolutement inconfortable, froid, ancien meuble qui ne convient pas à un tel hôtel. Horriblement bruyant, basiquement vous pouvez entendre vos voisins, terrible! Ne pas mentionner le vieux bruyant a/c! Il est très agréable de vous demander de passer à la réception et d'acheter du café ou des boissons de la machine de vente. Si vous n'avez qu'un certain nombre de tissus, vous devriez changer l'ensemble du paquet plutôt que d'attendre qu'il soit vide ...or je suis erroné ? ! Durant mon prochain voyage à Erfurt, je vais certainement essayer d'autres hôtels pour la comparer, ce qui me donne le plus bas marquage possible !

Wir waren am 13.10.23 im Hotel für zwei Nächte. Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, weil die Erfahrungen in Tuttlingen in der selben Hotelkette sehr positiv waren. Leider kann ich das von Erfurt nicht behaupten. Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig mit Straßenbahnanbindung circa 4 km außerhalb des Zentrums. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und es gibt kein getrenntes Bad und Toilette. Für zwei Tage ist die Zimmergröße gerade ausreichend, jedoch gibt es keinen Schrank. Der Service ist sehr unmotiviert. Das merkt man schon beim Check in. Im Restaurant muss man mit sehr langen Wartezeiten rechnen und auch an der Bar geht es nur sehr schleppend voran. Wir wollten abends einfach ein Bier trinken und haben über 45 Minuten auf unser Getränk gewartet. Für ein vier Sterne Hotel unzumutbar. Obwohl die Zimmer am Wochenende nicht gereinigt werden, wie uns gleich mitgeteilt wurde ,ist die Sauna von 10:00 Uhr bis 15:00 Uhr ebenfalls nicht benutzbar, weil das Personal für die Zimmerreinigung benötigt wird. Alles in allem ist das Hotel mit dem Übernachtungspreis sehr überteuert, zumal der Service unglaublich eingeschränkt ist. Wir werden uns nicht noch einmal für dieses Hotel in Erfurt entscheiden.

Tout le reste est bien, c'est que la lumière est trop sombre. En outre, le check-in est en ligne, le numéro de réservation à remplir n'est pas facile à trouver, et le numéro d'ordre de Trip.com n'est pas une chose. Le chef a pris du temps pour effectuer le check-in. À la suite de cela, le téléphone portable n'a pas pu afficher le mot de passe de la porte, il a été désormais désormais désormais logé pendant longtemps, il a changé le téléphone portable pour voir le mot de passe.
