The hotel was very nice. Neatly maintained. Also the house keeping people cleaned the room everyday and restocked on tea, coffee packets. But room services is the only thing that i have a complaint about. They don’t bring your items for atleast 45 mins to one hour. Even items like water bottle which require no preparation time. One day we had ordered coffee and they altogether didn’t bring anything that entire evening and night. So they really need to work on their room services. Rest is good. Unfortunately i do-not have any pictures

Good easy accessibility and center of city. Bit noisy as the hotel is just opposite of the main road and vehicles honking like anything. Hotel need to have better sound proof glass windows so that noise problem getting eliminated.

Le petit déjeuner est correct, le jus est délicieux ~ peut ajouter un lit supplémentaire, j'ai vu quelqu'un avec un espace pour enfants séjourner dans le centre de la ville, il y a de la nourriture à vendre, pas mal; il y a un parking ~ Je ne sais pas si c'est un changement de chambre ou pourquoi Oui, je me suis connecté au wifi et j'ai déconnecté le réseau pendant un moment. Il n'y avait pas de connexion Internet pendant deux jours. Il a fallu quelques minutes pour que l'eau chaude soit disponible. Il y avait aussi deux Réceptions, l'une haut de gamme et l'autre bas de gamme. Le chauffeur Oolong m'a porté à la réception haut de gamme, mais les gens m'ont dit que je n'avais pas de commande. Plus tard, j'ai attendu un moment pour le savoir avant de dire cela à la réception bas de gamme. On peut imaginer la mentalité de l'écart. La chambre sentait la fumée et cela ne ressemblait pas à 28 mètres carrés à première vue ~ Je suis immédiatement allé demander un changement de chambre ~ Plus tard, j'ai donné une chambre similaire ~ Pas une expérience très agréable ~ J'ai appris une leçon.

The hotel has a locational advantage. The rooms are spacious and well kept except of the ceiling and walls in the room i stayed where there were some speepage marks. The room walls need some cleaning and painting. The bathrooms were decent size. Hot water was not available 24 hours but only till mid morning. However the climate was good so i did not require hot water 24 hours. Cleanliness was good. The staff were very hospitable and friendly. You do not get any non veg here but the vegetarian food was good. Any escalations were taken seriously and managed with a lot of courtesy. Overall it is value for money. If you step out with your key don’t forget to get it recharged at the reception or else you will have to come down again. Best is to leave the keys at reception before you go out and collect when you return.

I recently stayed at Olympia inn and was thoroughly impressed. We had an absolutely amazing time at Turnpike Lodge. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back

Location was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. The specifications of king size bed was not met. Room did not have hair dryer. I wanted to use hair dryer before heading out for work, it was not provided even after 45minutes of waiting. Suggestion: Swimming pool timings could have been beyond 6pm. Buffet breakfast and staff serving were excellent 👌
