This hotel is a true experience in terms of service and quality. It is a pleasure to spend time there. Nothing is too much for the staff. Food is excellent. Wine list extensive. Spa area is heavenly. Plus you can ski and hike. The lobby bar is something else. Fantastic cocktails and a real buzz. Be prepared to extend the limit on your credit card!

2ème séjour à l’hôtel Bernerhof et toujours autant de plaisir. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Panorama qui a beaucoup de charme, bénéficie d’un grand balcon avec vue, d’une belle salle de bains avec une grande douche et à relever divers produits de soins de marque Suisse à disposition. Également machine à café Nespresso dans la chambre. La chambre est très calme. Petit déjeuner délicieux et très varié avec produits locaux. Nous recommandons également les restaurants que nous avons testés l’Esprit Ravet, La Gare et le Blun chi. Chacun avec ses spécialités délicieuses pour ravir toutes les papilles. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le lounge très cosy avec sa cheminée. Quoi de plus agréable que de se détendre au coin de feu après une belle journée hivernale. Et pour finir un tout grand merci au personnel pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !

Week end en amoureux. Accueil par une dame très sympathique et serviable avec le sourire. Chambre spacieuse, décoration romantique très appréciée et grand balcon. Le repas du soir délicieux, mais beaucoup trop de quantité. Le personnel du restaurant était super. Il y a cependant un point que nous n’avons pas apprécié du tout. Nous avons pris une heure dans le spa privé, de 17h40 à 18h40. À 18h35 on se sèche et nous préparons à partir. A 18h40 pil poil la femme de ménage frappe à la porte et nous dit que c’est l’heure. Quand nous somme sorti elle attendait derrière la porte avec le nécessaire pour nettoyer. Nous avons eu l’impression d’être mis à la porte de manière vraiment impolie. S’il n’y avait pas eu cette personne impatiente notre week end aurait été parfait.

Le couple qui possède et loue la chalet est étonnant. Les gens sont très bons et heureux. Je me suis senti à la maison comme il est un petit client de maison. Grands vues et très proche de la ville! Je reviendrai certainement et je le recommande très fort!!!

Dès le premier accueil à la gare, on sent qu'on va passer un agréable séjour au Grand Bellevue. L'ensemble du personnel est chaleureux et professionnel. À chacune de nos visites, nous avons eu une chambre différente et à chaque fois nous avons été enchanté par la vue, le calme, la décoration et le confort de celles-ci. Le SPA est magnifique. La demi-pension au restaurant Leonard's est une très bonne option. Plats variés et délicieux servis dans un magnifique cadre à l'intérieur ou l'extérieur. Nous avons toujours été très bien conseillés pour les vins. Le sushi bar est à essayer absolument. Le poisson est soigneusement préparé et la qualité du riz parfaite selon ma compagne japonaise. On se réjouit de revenir au Grand Bellevue.
