Just 30 metres to the beachfront, the top floor Condo (2nd floor) has a private rooftop entertainment area (3rd floor) overlooking the Coral Sea, and K'gari (Fraser Island). You will be stunned, relaxed and comfortable in this spacious and unique place!The gated and secure building has 2 pools, tennis court, sauna and more. With just a few short steps away from the Marina for whale watching, boating, water sports, restaurants, Boat Club and cinema, you won't need to leave the area for days!The spaceThe 3 bedroom top floor condo is perfect for a family or friends getaway. The per night charge includes 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds). The 3rd bedroom (one double bed) will be available for a small extra charge per person/per night (after the first 2 people). The 3rd bedroom also has a double pull out bed so we could accommodate up to 8 people (Please message to apply). The condo boasts 2 entertaining areas with the first being the main balcony seating 4 to 6. The second is a huge deck located up internal stairs to the rooftop. The deck hosts an outdoor dinning table seating 8 comfortably, and has a 6-7 seat outdoor lounge, and 2 deck chairs. The deck is set up with an electric BBQ, fridge, and small kitchenette. (The laundry line is located to the back and out of sight).The main bedroom has a glorious view out to sea. It is a spacious queen bed room with ample storage, TV and ensuite.The second bedroom also has a queen bed with generous wardrobe space and a light bright feel with plantation shutters.Bedroom three is also bright and roomy with a double bed and two single Giselle bedding pullouts for children under 12 years.(NB: All rooms have openable windows and ceiling fans)The main bathroom has a bath and shower with internal laundry and separate toilet.The Kitchen is set up for maximum 8 guests with induction cooktop, double sink, dishwasher, convection microwave and good size fridge. The dining table can extend out for 8 people if required.The open plan lounge has two reclining chairs and a comfy sofa (sofa bed to accommodate the up to 10 guests). The TV comes with Netflix, Stan and Prime Video for guests enjoyment. The NBN internet service is available for guests to connect to.Guest accessGuests can access all resort facilities with their key. (NB: Please, please, please be careful with your keys. This is a security building and lost keys will require guests to pay for a locksmith and new locks with a fee of up to $250).Resort facilites include; two pools, tennis court, games room, and sauna.PLEASE NOTE: This building has no lifts or disability access. The Condo is located on the second (top) floor, with 35 steps up to the units front door. Situé dans la ville la plus proche de Fisha, l'hôtel est un hébergement familial. La cuisine de la chambre est grande et est adaptée à la famille. Le passage de la population sur la route est le marché de gros de fruits de mer du port du peuple et il est très pratique de se récupérer. Les installations de la population ne sont pas comme les villages de vacances de l'hôtel, la piscine est très petite, le service est généralement disponible, il n'y a pas de réception 24 heures, il ne peut pas y aller et y aller plus tard, parce que c'est une entreprise familiale, il est impossible de nettoyer la chambre. Si vous ne vous en dérangez pas, c'est encore une bonne option de logement local.

I stated at the Ramada for two nights when I was in Hervey Bay for a trip to Fraser Island. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay. The hotel location is located near the esplanade, which is a quiet part of town about 8 km from the CBD, and has a few dining options within walking distance near the boat club. The hotel staff were all friendly upon arrival, the hotel room I was in was reasonably modern / well maintained (but your expectations should be set at ”regional Australia hotel quality” and not ”major city hotel quality”), and it has a on-site pool / restaurant (there was also a tiny 'gym' but it did not really have anything other than a cardio machine and some small weights). There was on-site parking, but the spaces were small and filled up very quickly when I was there (I didn't have trouble parking, but did find myself getting the final free space a couple of times). I had no real complaints about the place and would happily stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the space was great for us and our two little ones. We checked in late and staff were very accommodating of this. The only negative things I can say are that the brown blanket on the queen bed was crusty and clearly hadn’t been washed, we opted to use the spare blanket in the cupboard which didn’t have any obvious marks on it there was also a decently sized dead bug in the bathroom just under the door which would’ve been quite easy for cleaners to remove if they had a keen eye. Aside from those minor things, we really liked our space and would happily recommend this accommodation to family or friends visiting Hervey Bay.

Not to mention the incredible ocean views and staff doing all they can to make your stay wonderful. I have never had a bad experience at the Oaks . We’ll be back in the new year. Le chef de l'hôtel est très sympathique et agréable. Nous sommes en retard pour arriver le jour, et le chef reste enthousiaste. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très complètes, les appareils électriques domestiques sont généralement complets et les jardins extérieurs sont disponibles pour la consommation. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience de séjour est très agréable.
