This hotel deserves its 5star rating for many reasons even there is a area for improvement. Location: near U1 metro station and near airport train. Newly built area with lots of public services, stores, etc. Interior: modern rooms with open space. Walls are a bit depressing, navy blue color is not my favorite, otherwise it has nice design. Friendliness: reception staff is the most professional. Restaurant needs to improve the service. On one hand it is nice to have freshly hired young people, but on the other hand it’s good that they have a support, so the orders are correct. Reception could communicate better late c/o request with housekeeping. Ladies were sweet, but first knocking at the door was at 11:45, regular c/out is at 12:00. Following knocking were at 12:10, 12:30 and 12:40. It was annoying. I asked for 13:00 c/out time. Food and drinks: great breakfast buffet with an option to make your own carrot/apple/ginger fresh. Julius Meinl coffee is a good addition. Lunch buffet had always different choices every day. Dinner was not my favorite part. Cleanliness: room was perfectly clean, everyday service is a great option as for a budget hotel. Public areas were clean as well. Hope it will remain the same in the future. Safety: safe is available in the room. There is a luggage room in the lobby area. I left my two bags and I haven’t got any tags, or somehow my luggage was not identified. The same lady was at my return. So I got my bag with no question. It will feel more safe if there is a tag, because I haven’t seen before guys from 3 pm shift. There is no need to use a key to get to any of the floors, so it easy to invite anyone you want and not register them at the reception. In general I would recommend this place. There few things to work on, but my 5 stars were deserved.

Convenient location close to tram and supermarkets. I had a very well equipped apartment for one with garden view but without private terrace, however I used the large communal roof terrace which is large and well furnished, I had the use of it to myself on two evenings and for breakfast. Staff helpful, great kitchen, comfy bed with lovely linen, good air conditioning, lots of room and storage. Just to mention that there is no daily housekeeping however I didn't feel it necessary. I'd very happily stay here again

I stay here once a week every week for 2 nights and it feels fine overall. There are some odd little things that would make life just a bit easier - a better stocked kitchen for example. As a regular commuter, I prefer to cook rather than eat out every day, that's why I stay here, and its annoying that you have to cart basic items with you - salt, cooking oil that sort of stuff. Also very weird that there's no kitchen towels, unless theyre very well hidden :) Also no microwave which would make a difference. And coffee policy could be a bit more generous :) only two coffee pods and the rest you have to pay 40 cents for ... but the room is nice, staff are friendly and beds comfortable. Room is a nice size The place is a bit far from the city and while others like the view I find it a bit dispiriting, lots of highways. There really isn't anywhere to go for a quiet walk nearby really. Overall, happy to come here every week, not crazy about location but the rooms and staff make up for that. a few little things could perhaps be better, keeping in mind the business traveler with a kitchen :)

We booked a five night stay at the hotel for extended valentines weekend with a view to doing some tourist things around Vienna during each day. Location of hotel is not close to any of the “touristy” sites in Vienna and requires use if taxi/buses/trams/trains to reach. The distance to centre was a miscalculation on our part when booking as it is clearly shown on map! That being said the public transport in vienna is excellent and easy to use, with stops directly outside hotel. The hotel itself is very new and looks very modern. On checking in the staff were very pleasant and explained hotel to us and gave us a tourist map of Vienna. The rooms are nicely finished but small touches like bottled water, minibar/fridge and safe are missing from a hotel of this standard. Being a high rise building the rooms have only air conditioners, that dont really do much, so at night room was very stuffy. Housekeeping needs some attention in my opinion. The sheets on bed were not changed once during our five night stay. Towels were changed intermittently, one day not, next half changed another all changed etc?!? The kettle under the TV we wrote our name in the dust on second remained there till we left. On first night we took an ice bucket and wine to our room....we had to leave these in the hall outside our room on morning three once it became apparent housekeeping were not doing anything other than remaking bed, emptying paper bin and sometimes attending to towels! On Valentines evening we decided to eat in hotel restaurant.......nice setting and lovely view across Vienna from 22nd floor......the waiting staff were very polite, although completely understaffed/disorganised. On entering restaurant I was told needed reservation (Inspoke face to face to same waiter 30 mins earlier to reserve😏)....we were then seated and given one menu, despite being told there were two to choose from when booking.......40 mins later I gave up and called a waiter to take a drinks and food order...... the starter of beef tartare was very good, my OH wanted a plain salad....she was presented a bowl with three a pile of diced iceberg lettuce, a spoonful of pickled cabbage and some, what we believe was, tzatziki.......not really the standard expected. For main I opted for Octopus, which was very good. OH had veal again very good. We ordered a cheeseboard and dessert to share. Both were brought simultaneously. When the cheeseboard was brought there were no crackers/biscuits or bread. I requested these from waiter who told me that he would have to ask....he reappeared 5 mins later to say that that biscuits would take 10-15 mins....after 20 i got up and took bread myself from waiters station....he then appeared a further five mins later to say he had no biscuits and placed two slices of white bread on my which point my OH AND the table next to us could not help themselves but to laugh out loud! For over €140 for the two of us I would expect the servi
