Cet hôtel semblait être sympa sur le papier avec une décoration locale. Je ne sais pas si c'est la période (avril) ou la très faible occupation de l'hôtel mais les espaces communs semblaient abandonnés et le petit déjeuné, qui d'habitude sont géniaux en Allemagne, était franchement nul. Je pense que la prioritaire a remarqué que j'ai pris une photo du buffet (vide) et m'a demandé, après 3 nuits, si je voulais quelque-chose. La chambre était grande avec terrasse, pas franchement belle mais conforme aux photos. Le sauna était top (il n'y avait que nous qui y allions). Bref, si l'hôtel n'est pas près à accueillir des clients, il pourrait prévenir et revoir leurs tarifs (425€ pour 3 nuits à deux). On trouve mieux et moins cher ailleurs.

En août 2022, nous étions à l'hôtel Silberfelsen pendant une semaine et nous sommes toujours très agréables dans le regard de retour. Les deux femmes qui dirigent l'hôtel s'efforcent de rendre le séjour aussi agréable que possible. Cela commence avec les petites choses non spectaculaires, comme le check-in chaleureux de l'après-midi, mais ne cesse pas avec les choses importantes, comme la propreté et l'ordre. La poussière n'a pas de chance dans cette maison. Il s'agit d'une stratégie de Corona, qui est impérative mais efficace: on a été conduit à la place du petit déjeuner et le buffet devrait être là pendant quelques minutes seulement pour les clients de table. Voici le salut personnel demain, là un bonjour quand on rentre chez nous et se voit par hasard. Le buffet a été refroidi immédiatement en cas de défaut, mais le meilleur était la crème de café frais peint, qui a été servie à un même endroit avec le meilleur laune sur la table. Puis on reviendrait à la conversation, qui décrit le caractère personnel et le cœur de la maison. Ainsi, le jour a commencé. En bref, une région magnifique, une situation calme, des meilleures possibilités de marche avec un logement qui est de fond sur le terrain. Un lit et un toit sur la tête ne sont pas toujours trouvés partout, attention, service amiable et un sentiment de base chaleureuse. Nous revenons.
