My husband and I were very happy with our 5 night stay at Citadines Islington. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and very well appointed in terms of layout, the comfort and quality of the bedding, and furnishings for the kitchenette. The facility itself was very well appointed from the spacious lounge area with complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a small bar to the well equipped exercise room and convenient laundry room. The location is superb, hidden in a quiet square yet just steps from all that the Islington neighborhood has to offer from restaurants to shopping to easy public transit connections. The hotel staff was uniformly friendly, welcoming, and helpful in response to our requests for suggestions about the neighborhood.

Nous avons séjourné à l'Islington Inn le 19 août, nous avons réservé 4 chambres, nous avons tous été un peu sceptiques après avoir préparé les terribles commentaires!! Mais quand nous sommes arrivés à la réception, un homme très ami nous a accueillis toutes les 4 chambres étaient sur différents étages et peut sincèrement dire que nous étions satisfaits, à l'exception de ceux qui étaient très basiques et légèrement fatigués. Les halls n'étaient pas pleins d'articles abandonnés comme quelqu'un d'autre avait dit qu'ils étaient tous éclatés et propres, les feuilles de lit étaient crisps et propres et les lits très confortables, les serviettes fraîches dans la salle de bains étaient enveloppés et la salle de bains fraîche smelte très propre Le centre de la ville est très bien situé. Tout en tout, c'était un grand séjour de nuit et nous allons certainement le retourner dans une grande localisation et une base parfaite. Il n'est pas un hôtel 5* comme je l'ai dit est de base et fatigué, mais pas aussi mauvais que certains font savoir il y a aussi un beau café juste sur la route de l'hôtel appelé café préféré qui fait une grande brekkie.

Il est bien, pas grand. La localisation est un peu schématique et il n'y a pas de vérification réelle. Le gars vous parle via text/WhatsApp, donc il se sent moins professionnel que vous ne le souhaitez. Il a proposé d'essayer de résoudre un problème que j'avais avec les réservations en offrant un autre endroit qui était gentil, ne peut pas frapper son effort d'aide - mais le prix qu'il avait offert était un peu trop pour un lit unique et une matraque sur le sol. ' Je suis allé à Londres, je n'allais pas dormir sur le sol après ce voyage de train à longue haleine 😂 Le lit était dans l'attaque/left et je me suis maintenu touchant ma tête comme le plafond était faible, et je ne suis pas très élevé. L'emplacement de la chambre est très bien, mais la chambre est très bien. Elle répondit et était très mignonne, il y avait une barrière linguistique, elle nous a dit le 2ème étage sur le côté droit, mais il semble que nous étions le haut étage sur le côté gauche. La chambre était en plein air, et la peau de ma copine s'écrasait. Avez-vous déjà eu un partenaire en colère pendant les vacances? Oui, une douleur de tête proche. 😂 C'est un peu trop cher pour ce qu'il est, mais il est semi-décent, une position très bonne. Si seulement ils n'avaient pas facturé la commission de nettoyage de £7.50, car je ne pense pas qu'un mop humide sur le sol et rien d'autre compte 😂 Je vais répéter le livre de sondes mais seulement si c'était le dernier endroit que je pouvais trouver! Mais pas les propriétaires, car il ne semble pas être là trop pour vérifier. Faites, avec ces informations, comme vous le souhaitez.

Staff were amazing and attentive when issues arose. Booked the king size room which was large and spacious but that’s where the good parts end. - Air Condition did not work (Told reception when we got in at night and was given a fan) - Mini fridge did not work, so gave the food we bought to amazing receptionist - lamp in the corner was not plugged in, had to move the table from the wall to switch it on. - Bathroom wasn’t wiped down properly so you could see the residue of the last guests. Besides the amazing staff who helped and gave good local recommendations for bars and restaurants the quality of the hotel was lacking. Would not be staying again.
