La salle de bain est un peu limite niveau intimité, soyez sur de sejourné seul ou avec quelqu'un avec qui vous n'avez pas de soucis d'intimité...

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Londre sur 4 jours. Le personnel était très agréable et à l'écoute, et la chambre très confortable. Le petit déjeuné était également très bien. Le seul inconvénient était lié au manque de parking à proximité. Quelques places sont disponibles dans la rue de l'hôtel et sont gratuites les nuits et week-end. Si vous souhaitez venir en voiture, nous vous conseillions de réserver en avance vos places dans un parking à proximité.

Depuis l’accueil très agréable (merci Petronela) au confort des infrastructures, il reste toujours un plaisir de séjourner au M. Le spa est l’un des meilleurs du coin bien que le hammam et les douches mériteraient un petit rafraichissement. Le petit déjeuner continental était plus varié au niveau des pains il y a quelques années.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé au-delà de nos espérances. Le personnel est adorable et je remercie principalement Jelita qui nous a très bien chaleureusement accueilli ainsi que Dimitri, Phibi, Nikita !!!! C’est avec grand plaisir que nous recommandons cet établissement. C’est un sans faute du début jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour. Merci au Nobu Hôtel Shoreditch London !!!

Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans cet hotel en réservant sur son site. Nous avons appris sur place que le ménage quotidien n'est pas fait et qu'il faut demander chaque jour des serviettes de toilettes. Il est évident que si cela avait été clairement mentionné sur le site de réservation, nous n'aurions pas choisi cet hotel. Donc pendant 7 jours nous avons dormi dans une chambre sans aucun ménage.... Les poubelles n'étaient pas vidées un jour sur deux (celle de la salle de bain ne l'a jamais été), et nous avons du le faire nous mêmes. Et contrairement à ce qui était indiqué, les serviettes étaient parfois oubliées et le café utilisé n'était pas réapprovisionné. On peut ajouter à cela : - la wifi limitée à 30 minutes par jour (que c'est mesquin...) et qui en plus ne marche pas... - l'absence de climatisation (un petit ventilateur poussif), de frigo ou de micro-ondes dans la chambre Donc en dehors des qualités de l'hôtel (emplacement, proximité des transports), les services au client sont indignes. Très déçu
