Had the package inclusive of breakfast and cocktail everyday, breakfast was amazing with excellent service and smiles on the staff's faces. Cocktail was good and can be redeemed at different places & we could enjoy it in the room. Absolutely loved the details handled in this hotel, even the smallest ones such as the patterns made in the cigarette tray above dustbins. Housekeepers cleaned our rooms thoroughly and topped up amenities promptly. Loved the service and their efforts in maintaining clean, neat and tidy rooms. Would point out names of staffs that I really enjoyed the service from, however, ALL of the staffs that Ive came across were equally professional and friendly. :)

We Booked for a week. Location is great if u like to have a nitelife in seminyak. Unfortunate me with family so my room is just nearby the street to the seminyak busy area. A lot of noise from the street until 3am. But the supervisor (Ibu Sari) is nice enough to listen to my problem that i cant really sleep properly with that level of noise..so she changed the room for me to a better villa.Love the villa, the staff, the pool is really deep make sure you check first before let the kids swim in it. Also walking distance to money xchnge,convnt shop and seminyak strip..Pict below is the new room villa. Huge and awesome. Parking lot and buggy services. 😄😄Worth the price for a week. Dont forget to tip the awesome staff. They all are really nice and honest.

Il a été demandé de voir trois chambres plus différentes, toutes avec une grande moule et du vapeur sur une paroi, des étages sales et la plupart avec beaucoup de moule dans les salles de bain. C'est terrible pour la santé et vous ferait mal - l'hôtel ne devrait pas être autorisé à mettre les gens dans cette situation et devrait fermer jusqu'à ce que le problème soit résolu. L'hôtel n'a pas fourni de remboursement et malgré la soin de voyager avec mon budget, j'ai dû prendre la décision pour la première fois de quitter l'hôtel et d'avoir gaspillé l'argent. L'hôtel n'a pas l'air de s'inquiéter de la moule, alors malheureusement, cette question sera abordée par eux.

This was the most amazing stay The staff are incredible and very attentive, nothing is too much trouble, even when I changed the menu for my orders! The food is delicious and they have nightly themed meals which at the moment are sadly very quiet, which is a shame as I had it both nights I was here and it was delicious. The food isn't cheap for Ubud, but it's delicious and great portion sizes. The location is stunning and you feel very close to nature and the surroundings, you can even watch the man in the field working the rice. Beautiful decor, stunning rooms and all in all a piece of paradise and relaxation! Don't hesitate to book Menzel for some peace and tranquility! I was staying alone, and was made to feel very welcome and I can see this being the perfect place to enjoy with a partner/ for a special occasion! I loved it alone for some peace and luxury!

Gus est un excellent hôte qui va jusqu'à la fin pour faire profiter ses hôtes d'un bon séjour. L'équipe qu'il a entouré s'occupe de tout le jour de la bonne et confortable. Si des feuilles sont placées sur le sol, on les déshydratera, si des maillots sont nécessaires pour les lits, ils seront réglés à la minute. Notre villa était insensée et était comme prévu, la douche est aussi bonne, votre chambre est nettoyée à votre demande, par un panneau. La villa était près de la rue, mais il y a des oreilles dans la chambre qui nous ont fait dormir. Mon amie était la soirée t**** que nous avons séjourné ici à l'anniversaire et je voulais la surprendre. Un app à Gus suffisait, il savait tout de suite ce qu'il devait faire et dans 10 minutes, nous avons discuté un menu. Comme convenu, il a organisé un dîner à la lumière de la bougie près de la piscine avec des décorations respirantes. Nous avons été même servis à la piscine par un agent de la garde qui a également fourni le menu/la nourriture. En général, cet hébergement est un conseiller épais!

Je suis resté ici avec mon ami pour 2 nuits. Je n'ai pas le choix de dire ça dans un auberge ou un hôtel. J'ai 1 chambre avec 2 lits uniques cz. J'ai été ici avec mon ami pour 2 nuits. Je aiime le lieu. Il est proche de la célèbre rue Legian moins de 5 minutes à pied. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le personnel est très bien, c'est tout pour cette évaluation !

We enjoyed our time in the Prana Mountain resort quite a lot and appreciate the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The garden and surrounding of the resort is remarkable in the middle of the nature and invites to take hikes in rice terraces or the rain forest far away from the typical tourist spots on Bali. The resort is build on old rice terrace and the garden is beautiful and natural. The pool with fresh water without chemicals is a nice highlight after a hike. We stayed for three nights with the children and could get well along. The restaurant is also nice and serves good delicious food throughout the day. A few things could be improved: - the cleanliness in the rooms could be improved, also the bedding cleanliness - the mosquito protection around the beds is getting old and could be replaced or repaired - a hair dryer in the rooms would have been nice

Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et très bon. La vue par la fenêtre était superbe. La chambre était propre et sans odeur. La piscine était propre et belle. C'était dommage que nous n'ayons pas fait de réservation pour le spa de l'hôtel. Le personnel était très poli et les services de base étaient très bons. Inconvénients : Il n'y a pas de service chinois. La plage de l'hôtel n'a pas récupéré les clients et manquait d'expérience dans la gestion des urgences. Heureu*****t, Ctrip a aidé à communiquer et à gérer le problème. Je suis très reconnaissant envers Ctrip cette fois.

Nous avons séjourné à The Kirana Ungasan pendant une semaine à Bungalow avec une vue sur la piscine incroyable. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le silence et le personnel était toujours prêt à vous aider. Nous avons ici notre scooter, notre lave-linge et même notre massage sous notre bungalow. Vous devriez vous proposer un loyer pour explorer la zone d'Uluwatu (Ne louer pas si vous n'avez pas l'expérience de conduire un scooter ou si vous avez trop peur de la circulation!!!) Il y a beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants à proximité. Le centre de la ville est très bien placé pour vous rendre visite.

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai apprécié mon séjour ici, l'emplacement était génial et facile à trouver sur la carte, c'est très pratique. Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant, les sourires sur leurs visages et les salutations étaient une chose régulière. J'ai aussi apprécié la vue depuis mon balcon, je pouvais voir le parcours de golf ainsi que les superbes paysages de la nature, c'était tellement rafraîchissant. La piscine juste à l'extérieur était également l'une de mes choses préférées à apprécier au complexe. J'étais juste un peu déçu des équipements de la chambre, ils n'avaient pas de lotion pour le corps, ils en avaient vraiment besoin. Il y avait aussi une odeur désagréable dans l'ascenseur, j'espère qu'ils pourront réparer cela bientôt. A part ça, c'est un super endroit où séjourner chaque fois que vous êtes près d'Uluwatu.

Le centre de la ville est un endroit pour rester pour quelqu'un qui cherche une nuit ou quelques jours. Il est très bon endroit, mais il y a quelques choses que je n'ai pas aimé là-bas je suppose pour le prix qu'il est un marché mais à ce moment-là, il n'y a pas de restaurant ouvert ici, je suppose parce que c'est covid . La douche est belle et chaude , le frigo AC et le lit est très confortable. Situé dans une zone résidentielle et dispose d'escaliers et n'a pas d'ascenseur. 3 étages. Pour le prix il est propre et propre chambre pour séjourner avec une piscine.

Sometimes you find a hotel or resort that immediately makes you feel calm, relaxed, and grateful you've booked the right place. Bagus Beach Resort is definitely in this category. From the moment I stepped into the vast grounds resplendent with old Bali charm, I knew it was going to feel like home very quickly. I was immediately greeted by the resort manager, Pak Widi, who is extremely friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable about the region's attractions and history, as well as about Balinese culture. Make sure you spend some time talking to him, he's a really lovely guy! The resort itself perfectly captures the mood of North Bali tourism: peaceful, relaxed, slower-paced, it's a bit like stepping back in time to 20 years ago, when travelers stayed for about a month, learnt some Indonesian and Balinese, whiled away the days reading books and walking, and just growing to really love and respect the place. The room I stayed in couldn't have been cozier, and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast prepared by Pak Widi's beautiful wife, Ibu Jero Made, was absolutely delicious - she makes the island's best 'jaje Bali' - traditional sweets. She's extremely talented, and a very kind soul. Bali's tourism industry will be suffering from the impact of Covid-19 for a long time to come, and the more remote parts of the island especially so. If you want to really make your rupiah count, skip the south and head up to the north. You'll be rewarded in spectacular sunsets and grateful smiles for doing so! Thank you so much Pak Widi and Ibu Jero Made, sampai ketemu lagi!

L'hôtel est situé dans un emplacement extrêmement central à Kuta Bali (popies 1). Le tarif était de 13 dollars australiens avec une chambre basique et une bonne climatisation, un lit charmant, une télévision, une armoire et une salle de bains. Ce n'est pas du tout de grande classe mais la chambre était repeinte récemment et la salle de bain était un peu vieillie. Ils ont une piscine et tout le monde était très sympathique. Il y a une petite cuisine dans la zone de réception où vous pouvez préparer votre propre café ou votre propre nourriture. Il y a un très bon bar au coin de la rue en entrant dans l'hôtel avec un grand Bintang à 3,50 $ aus et un nasi gorang à 2,50 $ aus. Au début, nous n'avons pas été impressionnés mais réchauffés par l'endroit, nous avons décidé d'ajouter trois nuits supplémentaires ici. Je ne peux pas me plaindre de 65 $ aus pour 5 nuits.

Pas si 5 étoiles. Petit-déjeuner était bruyant moyenne. Le personnel du lobby est très gentil. Cependant, la télévision à distance ne fonctionne pas correctement. Les boissons/ snacks complimentaires n'ont pas été re-remplis le lendemain. Le dernier jour, je appelle à l'office frontal et demande un complimentaire, mais ce n'est pas arrivé. L'arrivée de serviettes supplémentaires a pris du temps. Les plaques et les bagages que nous avons laissés à la porte frontale n'ont pas été nettoyés en temps utile. Pour 300 $, je peux choisir un autre hôtel 5 étoiles meilleur.

Après 3 ans d'absence dus au covid nous sommes retournés là où nous allions tous les ans depuis une vingtaine d'années. Le jardin est toujours magnifique et bien entretenu. Les gens sont toujours aussi gentils . La période covid a été difficile mais ils n'ont pas changé. Dommage que lovina ne soit pas un peu plus fréquenté.

Un charmant petit hôtel à l'image de la somptueuse Ubud. Dans les petites rues typiques du centre ville avec un temple et beaucoup de verdure. Il a tout ce qu'il faut, une vue sur la verdure sans vis à vis c'est beau et rare au centre. Le personnel est très gentil serviable et comprend bien et parle bien aussi anglais. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et vraiment ce qu'il faut. Les chambres sont confortables. Je recommande vraiment.

Stayed 3 nights and Dewa and his team were extremely kind and helpful,. Dewa booked several trips for and sorted the taxis so and from the port. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures, and the had the best and hotest showers in all the places we stayed in Breakfast was lush and we all enjoyed the banana pancakes. Everything we had planned was no more then a 10 minute walk and in a very quiet road, me and all the family would highly recommend. Thank you to Dewa and his team for a lovley break And Dewa you was an absolute star and thanks for all you done

La chambre est très bonne, le chat va crier un peu plus de nuit, mais il y a des chats qui ne peuvent pas entrer. Dans la plupart des cas, le réveil est essentiellement le paysage du vulcan. Le matin et le soir sont les meilleurs à voir. Le service est très bon pour tous. Si vous ne pouvez pas appeler la voiture pour aller aux attractions, le personnel peut aider à fixer le conducteur, Le guide de l'hôtel prendra également des pieds dans les champs de l'hôtel. Il introduit les cultures. Ce menu n'a pratiquement pas de point de rayonnement. Après trois jours de repas différents, il est délicieux, et en résumé, il y a une chance de vivre.

J'ai quitté l'aéroport à dix heures du soir et j'ai pris un taxi à l'aéroport pour 600 000 roupies indonésiennes, soit environ 300 yuans. Le chauffeur était un vieil homme. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à Ubud, il m'a demandé d'utiliser la carte Google sur son téléphone portable pour naviguer et a conduit pendant encore 15 minutes. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur une route de campagne noire, le vieil homme a presque pensé c'était un mauvais lecteur. . . Après avoir suivi la navigation et conduit pendant quelques minutes, nous avons trouvé l'hôtel. La réception est bonne, le check-in est très rapide, puis on nous emmène sur le toit de l'immeuble où se trouve la chambre dans une petite voiture. La rampe le long du chemin est très raide, et la petite voiture peut monter et vers le bas librement. J'ai pris le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel tôt le lendemain matin et j'ai apprécié le paysage idyllique, qui était très confortable. La piscine est bien aussi. Malheureusement, il a beaucoup plu l'après-midi. Après avoir nagé un moment, je suis retourné dans la chambre. Il a beaucoup plu cette nuit-là. Avant de quitter l'hôtel le lendemain matin, il y a eu une inondation. Heureusement, le problème n'était pas grave, j'ai quitté Ubud sain et sauf et je suis allé sur l'île de Lembongan.

L'hôtel est un peu loin, mais il est calme et bon pour la relaxation. La plage Pandawa est 10-15 min à pied. La plage de Green Bowl est à 10 minutes avec un scooter, qui par la façon dont vous pouvez louer dans un hôtel. L'équipe est si jolie. L'hôtel est super propre. Il y a des restaurants locaux à proximité (bon repas). Vous pouvez aussi manger à l'hôtel. Vous avez certainement besoin de vélo si vous prévoyez de déplacer plus.

Les gens ici sont très gentils. Toujours avec un sourire sur leur visage et prêts à aider! Je essaie 2 chambres et elles sont propres et chaudes. La piscine et le petit déjeuner sont également super. Lave-linge, scooter et scorkling, ils gèrent tout. Je recommande profondément.
