J'ai réservé deux nuits pour ma femme et moi et son frère avec sa femme et deux enfants adolescents. L'hôtel était ”” dans les années 60 et rien ne semblait avoir changé. Le réfrigérateur était à peine réfrigéré et aucun prix n'a été posté sur le réfrigérateur. Les chambres sont étrangement arrangées et la vue était par les grands chauffeurs extérieurs nécessaires pour les intenses L'éclairage du soleil. La climatisation était bonne une fois que le garde-fous l'a fixé pour moi! TV adéquate. Baignoire avec de belles toilettes. Chambre était sans spot mais datée. L'endroit était confortable. La piscine au troisième étage est très grande, non chauffée mais dangereuse. Toutes les choses pré ADA n'existent pas. L'eau était propre. Tout le monde avait un grand temps. Il y avait aussi une très grande quantité de chaises de pont et une grande vue sur le parc. C cet hôtel est la meilleure position dans le centre-ville d'Asuncion. Service alimentaire disponible à des prix raisonnables. Le petit déjeuner buffet était très bon avec beaucoup de fruits frais. J'ai commandé des œufs frits et il a été facturé environ 50 cents chacun! Le personnel de l'hôtel était très ami. Nos neveu de 13 ans était au ciel parce que les équipes de football restent ici aussi. Le parking sous-terrain a été une expérience.Nous resterons ici à notre retour au Paraguay andjoy la piscine laissez tomber.

The Palmaroga Hotel is my favorite hotel in downtown Asuncion. The historic building has been beautifully restored, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, the rooftop terrace with its poo and view is wonderful, and most importantly the staff are exceptional. The people who work at reception and at the door are always ready to greet guests warmly and to provide friendly and authentic service. The hotel has a good restaurant on site, a steakhouse next door, and is walking distance from many other excellent dining options. Within walking distance to all major points of interest in the downtown area. 10 puntos!

We checked in and were given a room at the front. We had been up since very early in the morning and were tired by early evening but the room was very noisy due to a nightclub next door. We went to reception and asked the man on the desk to be moved to a quieter room - he told us the hotel was full and there were no rooms available. He really wasn't interested in what we had to say. We went back to the room and tried to sleep but the noise carried on until almost 6am. The room was also very shabby, dirty and run down. In the morning we went back to reception and a very helpful lady not only gave us the choice of rooms but also upgraded us to a suite. This room was at the back of the hotel so very quiet and very large; however the room was very grubby and run down- the net curtains were filthy along the bottom and the bed covers had stains on them. Swimming pool area is fine but only about half a dozen sunbeds and no shades for them though there are some tables and chairs to sit at. Breakfast was good. This hotel has the potential to be a lovely hotel but it needs a lot of upgrading and cleaning - they also need to get rid of the man on reception as he really isn't interested in the customers who are paying his wages.

Nous avons passé deux jours ici après une semaine dans le paysage. Nous avons été reconnus comme Spire Elite et mis à niveau au #601 comme je l'ai demandé parce qu'il a une vue sur la rivière. La chambre était sans spot, confortable lit, grand tube avec une marche dans la douche. La grande sélection de chaînes sur la télévision. Grand piscine à cinq. L'eau était froide mais propre. Le salon du club est fermé, le petit déjeuner était dans le salon de niveau rue ainsi que l'heure heureuse. Peu d'invités en raison de la quarantaine. Aureliano nous a vérifiés et les autres dames à la réception étaient toujours utiles, je recommande cet hôtel à n'importe qui et nous resterons ici quand nous rentrons.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, très bon. La chambre n'a pas de thé et de café, mais il y a de java [monnaie en exploitation; bonne tristesse] dans la réception, mais cette zone n'a pas le confort de l'hôtel sur la route. Il y a un réfrigérateur stocké qui est passé inutilisé comme des réfrigérateurs stockés que j'ai vu ailleurs dans le monde. La piscine et le bar Negroni au 15e étage ont un emplacement impressionnant. Le restaurant principal de la planche Takuare'e était le petit déjeuner, un grand buffet. Le restaurant est très vaste, l'hôtel dispose d'environ 300 chambres. L'hôtel n'a peut-être pas tout à fait vécu à son nom, mais c'est une bonne option.

Nous avons séjourné ici pour 3 nuits. L'hôtel est propre, confortable, bien situé et un personnel amiable. Il est très bon de prendre des trucs et de prendre des trucs. La piscine du toit a été très bien vue, le bar agréable pour les cocktails de soirée et un menu de bar décent. Le petit déjeuner est à l'étage, très standard, petit déjeuner d'hôtel. Personnel partout amical et utile. La réception vous propose une carte de l'Asuncion. Nous avons utilisé Uber pour se rendre à l'hôtel, qui a bien fonctionné A côté de l'hôtel est Del Sol, un centre commercial occidental - air conditionné et plus de restaurants

Great hotel, very cordial staff, very complete gift store (with even a messi signed shirt for the football fans), good breakfast and good restaurant overall. Only two things to keep in mind: since the hotel is not near the center of asuncion, if possible, rent a car if you are going to see the city as ubers will get expensive. Only downside to the hotel and more specifically the room: the TV was outdated and on the smaller side, but i still managed to watch sports and news with no worries

Our stay at Sheraton started on the wrong foot although it might not have been the hotel’s fault. My Marriott Suite Night Award request was approved but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that suites were fully booked and they had no idea why my SNAs went through. So we stayed in a club room for the first night but were moved to the presidential suite on the second night and which was highly appreciated. The first room was an old generation Sheraton room: rough carpet, shower in tub, subpar soundproofing, toiletries were unbranded local stuff, also the bathroom door did not close properly and there was no lock. One positive was that the bed was unmistakably a Sheraton bed = comfortable. The presidential suite was equivalent to 4 normal rooms in terms of size according to the floor plan. It was still a fairly aging room but with the extra space it was very useful to us including our 18-month daughter who was very happy and could run around. Service was quite good during our stay with various staff members addressing us by name which is not that common at a hotel of Sheraton level which is not supposed to be considered luxury like Ritz Carlton or St.Regis. One manager was quite visible during our stay, she welcomed us at check-in, she was greeting guests in the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, same during happy hour in the lounge, and she also stopped by before our departure when we checked out. I also received an e-mail after our stay to inform us that they found one item in the room and asked if we wanted to send someone to pick it up. Most hotels don’t even bother with a “lost and found” service so kudos to Sheraton Asuncion. Regarding dining, happy hour in the lounge and breakfast in the restaurant were above average, and the in-room dining menu and prices were quite good relative to what we could find in the city including in the large shopping mall next door. I also noted that wifi was blazing fast at 350+ Mbps, one of the best I have seen anywhere in the world – not the kind of hotel where I would have guessed this to be the case. Overall this is not a new and modern hotel but when judging a hotel I always compare to the local competition. The other choices I noticed are an Aloft, an Ibis, a Holiday Inn Express, and a Crowne Plaza. Except for the latter I don’t think there are any other international hotel chains remotely close to the level of Sheraton and given the good service and dining, as Marriott Bonvoy Elite I would return to Sheraton.

El hotel queda en el corazón de Villa Morra rodeado del mejor shopping de la zona, sin embargo no invade la actividad para un bien descanso, salvo que en mi caso la habitación era bien pequeña y una de las paredes era un ventanal de pared a pared y aunque tenía cortina molestaba la claridad, por lo demás es el hotel ideal si uno va a hacer negocios o de turismo en Asunción. Buen wifi, tiene un Juan Valdez al lado del lobby, su bar a la noche y desayuno son en la tarraza con hermosas vistas y lindo fresco, también ahi está una piscina pero el area es pequeña. Delicioso y completo desayuno, reducida pero buenas opciones en la carta de su bar, sus tragos muy buenos y la picada que probé me encantó a precios bien razonables también. Super recomendado. Ese tema de la claridad le bajó 1 estrella, por lo demás excelente.

J'ai passé la journée à changer d'argent, à faire un tour à Asuncion, à dîner, et ensuite j'ai voulu dormir. Mais le sommeil est un non-joint dans cet hôtel, car il y a ce bar Acuarela sur le sommet, où est la piscine. Je suis allé là-haut pour me plaindre, mais la musique là-haut est tellement chargée que vous devez vous mettre le doigt dans vos oreilles, et personne ne vous comprend ou ne veut vous comprendre en tout cas. J'ai essayé de se détendre, mais comment vous pouvez vous détendre avec des basses imitant des battements cardiaques rapides. J'espérais que la musique s'arrête à 12.00 o heure, mais il n'y a pas. Puis j'espérais qu'elle s'arrête à 1.00 o heure, mais il n'y a pas. J'ai espéré qu'il s'arrête à 3 h, mais la musique a continué et s'est encore plus dur que jamais. Le disco est probablement sourd. A 5 h, j'ai finalement abandonné l'espoir et je suis arrivé, comme je devais quitter l'hôtel à 8 h. Enfin, je suis descendu pour prendre un petit déjeuner, où le prochain décevant m'attendait : pas de petit déjeuner buffet, mais juste un déjeuner, vous devez attendre. Enfin, il a le temps de vous demander quel genre de café que vous voulez. Ensuite, vous devez attendre encore et tout ce que vous obtenez est un petit petit déjeuner ( 1 petit croissant, 1 coup de fromage, 1 coup de ham, jam et votre café). Conclusion: Va ailleurs si vous voulez profiter d'un bon sommeil de nuit. Évitez cet hôtel car il n'est pas un hôtel mais un discothèque.

We checked in and were given a room at the front. We had been up since very early in the morning and were tired by early evening but the room was very noisy due to a nightclub next door. We went to reception and asked the man on the desk to be moved to a quieter room - he told us the hotel was full and there were no rooms available. He really wasn't interested in what we had to say. We went back to the room and tried to sleep but the noise carried on until almost 6am. The room was also very shabby, dirty and run down. In the morning we went back to reception and a very helpful lady not only gave us the choice of rooms but also upgraded us to a suite. This room was at the back of the hotel so very quiet and very large; however the room was very grubby and run down- the net curtains were filthy along the bottom and the bed covers had stains on them. Swimming pool area is fine but only about half a dozen sunbeds and no shades for them though there are some tables and chairs to sit at. Breakfast was good. This hotel has the potential to be a lovely hotel but it needs a lot of upgrading and cleaning - they also need to get rid of the man on reception as he really isn't interested in the customers who are paying his wages.

Excellente option J'ai dû préférer à un hôtel traditionnel avant. grande localisation, toutes les comodités beaucoup d'espace, tout propre te et café de courtoisie. TV câble, Netflix et Youtuve. et le meilleur service de votre personnel un grand soutien dans tout ce que Nous avons besoin.

El hotel es comodo, accesible, el servicio es muy bueno, el buffete esta bien, el servicio es excelente la atencion siempre es amable. Las habitaciones son basicas, sencillas, suficientes, relacion costo beneficio es muy superior el beneficio. La comida y el servicio a cuartos es muy buena, los tragos bien preparados El servicio de restaurante y de desayuno, siempre con una sonrisa Graciela y Milagros muy atentas

Excelente Hotel, desayuno y piscinas. Una lástima que no realice una ”pequeña inversión, dentro de la tanta que ya hizo”, en no colocar techos en las cocheras, aunque sea de ”media sombra, porque debido a las altísimas temperaturas, los coches de los huéspedes, están muchas horas al sol, y cuando uno va a subir a los mismos para ir a pasear al mediodía o a la tarde, ya tienen arriba de los 60°, y los asientos, el volante, y toda parte de los vehículos con temperaturas que queman realmente al tocarlas o sent****. Y no hablar de dejar algo dentro de los mismos (asientos, baúl), porque se echan a perder enseguida por sus altísimas temperaturas. Por lo menos unas diez o veinte de las cocheras que las techen, ya que varias veces, superar los 50 vehículos de pasajeros que se hospedan y sus vehículos están a la intemperie de un sol y un calor arrollador. Es el primer Hotel de su categoría, que no veo que los proteja a un capital tan importante de sus huéspedes, como son sus vehículos. el resto, un Hotel para recomendar realmente.-

Hotel de mediano tamaño, pero con las comodidades necesarias. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Tienen restaurant con muy buena comida. Incluyen el desayuno en el costo. Tiene 2 pequeñas piscinas para pasar el rato en familia. Tiene wi-fi. Cercano a uno de los mejores Centros Comerciales de la zona. Personal del hotel muy cordial y amable. Recomiendo 100%
