L'hôtel est situé dans une position stratégique, vous devez demander au côté du golf pour éviter le bruit du trafic. Le seul truc irritant était d'envoyer des aliments par intercom, le répondant de la restauration n'était pas ami et semblait se battre avec l'anglais. Durant le temps de curfew de COVID (7h), vous vous battrez pour accéder à un supermarché ouvert coz it's CBD. Je suis sûr que je vous check-in à tout moment.

Chaque fois que je voyage en Ouganda, je reste toujours dans cet hôtel. J'ai réservé une chambre avec balcon. La chambre était grande et confortable. . . L'hôtel est également très grand avec une piscine. Tous les soirs, un orchestre joue sur la pelouse. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a bon goût et le prix est très abordable. . . Louer

We booked a one bedroom apartment. It was agreed in writing by email. On arrival on the agreed date we were told there were no one bedroom apartments available until the next day. So we were given a studio for the night. It was agreed there was no charge for that first night. The next day we went into a one bedroom apartment. It was reasonably OK but nothing in the kitchen actually worked. The cooker didn’t work. A cupboard door fell off. The oven didn’t work and so on. We were given a two ring gas hob as a temporary solution but it took up what little available space we had on the worktop. Despite being promised the cooker would be sorted the next day we were stuck with the “temporary” solution till we left. 13 days before our month was up, we asked to move to a two bedroom apartment. Staff were happy to arrange that but I was asked to pay $700 for the upgrade. I pointed out that $700 was the difference between a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment for the whole month. Surely as there were only 13 days left in our stay it would be fairer to pay, say, $350, instead of a full month’s difference of $700. This was out of the question, apparently. So, I told them we would leave at the end of the month instead of extending it to two months. We picked a two bedroom apartment with a washing machine. Big mistake. Not only did the washing machine not work but neither did both ovens nor the toaster etc. the “washing machine specialist” who came round was a 16 year old girl armed with just a screwdriver. She confirmed the washing machine was faulty - something we already knew. Next day two men came round to fix it. When we got back there was a note to say it had all been sorted. It hadn’t. It was still broken. So we complained again. The following morning, SEVEN people turned up with another washing machine. This one worked but, unfortunately the entire control panel was in Chinese with no English at all. The fridges in our original apartment and this later one had touch screen control panels but they were entirely in Chinese. I discovered they were also counterfeit LG fridges but that’s another story. We were given the temporary gas rings we had in the last apartment as the hobs didn’t work here either. So, when our month was up they were very surprised we were leaving. “What about your second month?” I was asked. Hmmm I thought I’d made it quite clear we weren’t staying when charged $700 for 13 days’ upgrade. So, nice location. But, we won’t be back any time soon.

Après avoir pris un repas, nous étions prêts à partir, nous avons demandé la facture, après avoir reçu la facture, nous avons demandé de confirmer le type de paiement à effectuer. Nous avons demandé que le paiement soit effectué en argent mobile et ils ont accepté. C'est alors que nous avons commencé à payer le numéro et que le paiement a été effectué en transfert direct et le gardien a été témoin de cela. Nous avons été refusés de sortir, pour des raisons qui nous ont empêchés de recevoir le paiement. Nous avons parlé à la direction chinoise qui prétendait ne pas connaître les systèmes de paiement de l'argent mobile en Ouganda, qui ont commencé à être abusifs, y compris de leur personnel junior, mais le paiement montre clairement que l'argent avait été transféré à un *MIN FANG*. Ceci s'est produit le 7 mars 2020, samedi soir à 11h30. Nous pensons que c'était un trick pour nous faire payer plus. Il n'est pas avant de nous dire que nous mettrons cet incident sur le conseiller de voyage qu'ils ont ouvert les portes. C'était une terrible expérience après un bon repas. Soyez conscient de ces trucs.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Very close to some nice restaurants and in a walkable area. Rooms were nice and the hotel overall was clean. The hotel itself is big and has a lot of amenities but is dated, however kept well. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and healthy and tasty options. The hotel sells membership to its gym to people who are not guests of the hotel making it very crowded. The staff was very friendly, though at times a bit overbearing in their desire to help, offer you food or be friendly. Staff took care of guests with Marriott status giving upgrades and access to a great lounge with food and free drinks in the early evening. Overall a comfortable place to stay for people doing business in Kampala.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont très bien équipées! Le petit-déjeuner est aussi très riche! Défauts: le balcon de la chambre est ouvert, le sommeil de nuit est insécurisé! La plus importante est que le bar en dessous de la nuit & l'activité est trop épais, comme dormir sur le son. La prochaine fois, je ne vais plus vivre! La musique est extrêmement loud la nuit jusqu'à minuit. Ne dormez pas. Je ne resterai jamais dans cet hôtel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The security is excellent. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor and goes up. The chef made me a delicious Indian style curry. I will return for a longer stay in the future. This was just a one night stay before I travelled on to Gulu. Julian the security guard arranged a car for me to go to the bus station and also carried my bag down.

Je suis à chaque fois dans un hôtel en Ouganda, les installations sont vieilles, mais l'emplacement est très bon, le petit déjeuner est bon, le service est chaleureux. Great hotel, beautiful ambience, but the thing that makes this such a phenomenal experience are the amazing and professional behaviour of staff. Everyone is incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice and due to these, my mother and I had an awesome stay. Everything was perfect. Our stay was only supposed to be a 3 nights stay which didn't start great but thanks to Swalik and his care, support, fullfilling my mother and my needs, we decided to stay for another 4 nights. ( This holiday in Uganda was supposed to be split into different hotels for different experiences). As it was a very hot day, 30°C, he immediately brought us a mini fridge in the room, enough tea bags & honey (my mum is a tea lover), it was the little things that were needed and Swalik ensured the clients needs were met. We were suppose to check out on our last day, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for few more nights. Swalik was always smiling and welcoming us whenever he was at the check in desk or at the hotel entrance duty. He went beyond his time to help us feel comfortable. Patrick was another member of staff who was very helpful and could not stop making sure everything was fine. Samuel, Nicholas and Esther, their managers are such experienced people and both their help and knowledge were amazing. We will miss our chats!! Additionally, the room was immensely clean and spacious. Excellent relaxing place in the balcony area, best house keeping services. Could not fault anything. Thank you Sharon and Barbara for everything. You were wonderful ladies, always happy to see us and fulfilling our needs. The food was excellent. So much variety in the breakfast buffet, up to the point, the chef in charge, Manoj went out of his way to cook what you wanted to eat if you fancied something else. Every morning there was a couple of chef's special dishes but the ”Poha” and the freshly cooked ”Pooris” were out of this World. Manoj, you went above and beyond for us and we are forever thankful for your care and support. Godfrey the chef was amazing too, he went out of his way every morning to ensure we had what we needed and also the type of egg one wanted was cooked to perfection even with a busy restaurant every morning. Jasper in the restaurant was always smiling and welcoming and so caring, always made sure every need was met. He is a credit to the restaurant. Derick, thank you for the lovely coffees you made for me in the mornings. I shall not forget them as I restarted drinking coffee after 15 years! They were delicious. Manoj, you have a fantastic team and a big thank you to you as well for everything. What makes this hotel great is the staff who are extremely friendly, approachable and go out of their way to help no matter what kind of day they have had. In a nutshell they're beyond professional. Contexte : Deux filles de 90 ans se rendent en Ouganda. Arrivé à 5 heures de l'après-midi. Le patron masculin du même vol était en retard, et un jour plus tard, nous sommes d'abord allés tous les deux en Ouganda. 1, l'adresse est particulièrement difficile à trouver. Ramassez notre ami et nous a envoyé pour trouver l'hôtel depuis longtemps. L'hôtel est au sommet de la montagne, mais il est impossible de trouver le chemin à parcourir. La porte n'est pas particulièrement visible. J'ai trouvé une heure et j'ai couru sur la route de montagne. 2, après notre enregistrement, les amis qui nous ont envoyés partiront. A notre arrivée, nous vivions dans une chambre communicante. Je ne sais pas si quelqu'un est à côté. Vers neuf heures, nous avons fait nos bagages, pris une douche et nous nous sommes assis. Nous avons placé deux valises de 25 kg et deux valises de 11 kg à la porte. Branché sur la chaîne de sécurité. A cette époque, le pays s'est bien amusé au petit matin. Puis nous nous sommes endormis. . 3, Ouganda à 1h15 du matin, j'ai été réveillé par le bruit des gens qui frappaient à la porte. Trop fatigué et trop somnolent, volant pendant une douzaine d'heures de la Chine à l'Ouganda. Quand je me suis réveillé, j'ai cru que je rêvais. Parce que j'ai ouvert les yeux et je n'ai plus entendu les gens frapper à la porte. Quand je ferme les yeux, je vais m'endormir. Mais le sentiment de la porte qui claque est particulièrement vrai. Je ne peux pas dormir. Un appui solide. Écoutez attentivement l'extérieur. Après moins de trois minutes, j'ai recommencé à frapper. J'avais tellement peur que je me suis levé et je me suis habillé. Appelez mon collègue. Les deux filles n'osèrent rien dire. En écoutant la porte devant notre porte, je n'ose pas parler et faire un bruit. Au bout d'un moment, je suis allé à la porte et je l'ai regardé. J'ai trouvé que la serrure de la porte était ouverte. La valise que j'ai pressée de quelques kilos a été repoussée, et seule la chaîne de sécurité y était accrochée. La chaîne de sécurité est coincée et ne peut pas être poussée. Nous n'osions pas parler. Je ne sais pas s'il était temps que deux filles soient vues pendant la journée. J'ai peur que les autres sachent qu'il y a quelqu'un dans la pièce, que la porte s'écrase et que la chaîne de sécurité s'ouvre. Nous a fait peur d'appeler nos amis tout de suite. L'ami s'est immédiatement précipité. J'ai dormi dans notre chambre la nuit. L'anglais de mon ami n'est pas très bon. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de gens qui s'occupent de l'hôtel, donc quand les gens entrent, ils entrent dans la chambre. On n'ose plus le laisser sortir. J'ai dormi dans la chambre la nuit. Nous sommes allés à la réception le lendemain matin. Le jour, je n'ai peur de rien. La réception nous a dit que c'était une tournée. Vérifiez la chambre à une heure du matin. J'ai vu quelque chose à l'intérieur bloquer la porte et frapper la porte. Heureusement, la chaîne de sécurité est usée. Dans un pays étranger, je ne veux pas parler à l'hôtel. Je ne veux pas causer de problèmes. Dites, ne retournez plus à la ronde, puis retournez à la maison en silence. Ceci dit, rappelant à chacun de sortir, la chaîne de sécurité doit être mise en place. Vous devez faire très attention à votre hôtel étoilé cher. Cet endroit en Ouganda n'est vraiment pas adapté aux filles. Je n'y retournerai plus jamais à l'avenir. Les filles ne sont pas en sécurité. L'économie est vraiment trop arriérée.

L'hôtel est situé dans une des grandes villes de Kampala. Je suis particulièrement impressionné par le professionnalisme du personnel où ils vous accueillent chaleureusement.. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et avec connexion Internet rapide. Le restaurant est aussi l'une des grandes choses de l'hôtel et vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre de manquer l'atmosphère qu'il vient avec elle.

L'hôtel est situé dans une position stratégique, vous devez demander au côté du golf pour éviter le bruit du trafic. Le seul truc irritant était d'envoyer des aliments par intercom, le répondant de la restauration n'était pas ami et semblait se battre avec l'anglais. Durant le temps de curfew de COVID (7h), vous vous battrez pour accéder à un supermarché ouvert coz it's CBD. Je suis sûr que je vous check-in à tout moment.

Meilleure expérience j'aime la clientèle, merveilleux petit déjeuner rapide bonne internet chambres fraîches merveilleuse communication ses proches du centre-ville et dispose d'une bonne vue sur l'air avec de larges fenêtres pour l'air frais, la destination parfaite

The staff were helpful from the moment I booked, answering many questions and making changes to my booking easily. My airport transfer was arranged by the hotel for my 2am arrival and was a safe ride to the hotel. The suite was really spacious with a great shower, a small kitchenette, iron and iron board all supplied. The restaurant on the top floor has a roof top terrace with a magnificent view over the city and was a highlight of each morning and evening. Breakfast was substantial and varied each day.

I stayed at this hotel as we had a work meeting located at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Allan working at the front desk! Big shout out to Allan who was so helpful and kind! The rooms were very spacious and clean. The TV inside was huge and they had A/C! The restaurant they have is a wonderful place to have a meal with delicious food. I was sad I was only there the one night and will definitely return again.

Excellent emplacement à Kampala., Bel endroit et se sentir comme chez soi. J'aime la verdure et j'aime aller me promener le matin et profiter de la verdure. La nourriture est bonne et bel environnement. Le service peut être amélioré mais je suis très content.

Nous sommes arrivés de Jinja le soir et nous avons été envoyés jusqu'au 6ème étage pour nous rendre visite. Le gentleman de la table frontale a transporté nos sacs jusqu'à la chambre pour nous et a montré quelques choses dans la chambre. Nous l'avons vu quelques fois plus dans nos 3 jours là et il était toujours utile. Ce lieu n'est pas un hôtel touristique typique. Il y a plus d'un hôtel d'affaires de séjour plus long. Il n'y a pas de piscine et pas de petit déjeuner. Il y a une salle de sport sur un des étages inférieurs que vous pouvez utiliser et un très bon restaurant sur le premier étage. Certains des appareils sont datés, mais très fonctionnel. Le lit était très confortable, la deuxième majorité des 6 hôtels que nous avons séjournés sur notre voyage en Afrique de l'Est. Il n'y avait pas d'AC et ce n'était pas un problème pour nous, car le temps en octobre était merveilleux. La route de Kampala est située à environ 100 pieds de bas et est occupée jour et nuit avec boda bodas et matatus hanging 24/7. Avec la porte fermée, nous ne pouvions pas l'entendre. Nous avons donc bien dormi toutes les nuits. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur le balcon, regardant la ville se promener pendant que nous étions dans sa chambre. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé.

Nous avons visité Red Chili depuis plusieurs années pour un mélange d'affaires et de plaisir, et nous sommes heureux de trouver qu'il a maintenu son atmosphère d'amitié et de plaisir après la fermeture, suite à l'assouplissement des voyages et d'autres restrictions. Nous n'avions pas pu faire notre travail à l'hôpital de Butabika si efficacement sans le soutien de Debbie, Anton, Katie et de leur équipe de gentils personnels locaux. Rien n'a été trop difficile et avec l'amélioration de l'internet (y compris dans les chambres), nous avons pu nous connecter à nos collègues de toute l'Ouganda. Et quand le travail a été fait, nous avons eu le bar amiable, la cuisine à la maison (les meilleures pizzas que nous avons jamais goûtées), et un magnifique jardin et piscine, avec de grandes vues et de nombreux oiseaux, à jouir. Les liaisons ATM sur le site et les liaisons de transport plus faciles par le nouveau ring-road de Kampala ont également contribué. À la fin de notre projet Red Chilli a organisé un superbe et bon prix mini safari pour nous, qui nous rappelle ce qu'est un pays beau et diversifié, avec des gens joyeux, bienvenus et résilients et une faune magnifique. Nous recommandons fortement le Chili rouge à tout le monde qui visite l'Ouganda avec des moyens modestes, et qui ne nécessite pas de frittes, mais veut une expérience multiculturelle dans un environnement authentique.

C'est l'un des ******s propres, bons, bons et propres que j'ai tourné jusqu'à présent. Ils servent de fabuleux aliments et de variétés de boissons. Les aliments et boissons sont gratuits aussi longtemps que vous jouez. Les sebos de sol sont courtois et amicaux. Personne ne tenterait de tirer des avantages supplémentaires.

Après avoir pris un repas, nous étions prêts à partir, nous avons demandé la facture, après avoir reçu la facture, nous avons demandé de confirmer le type de paiement à effectuer. Nous avons demandé que le paiement soit effectué en argent mobile et ils ont accepté. C'est alors que nous avons commencé à payer le numéro et que le paiement a été effectué en transfert direct et le gardien a été témoin de cela. Nous avons été refusés de sortir, pour des raisons qui nous ont empêchés de recevoir le paiement. Nous avons parlé à la direction chinoise qui prétendait ne pas connaître les systèmes de paiement de l'argent mobile en Ouganda, qui ont commencé à être abusifs, y compris de leur personnel junior, mais le paiement montre clairement que l'argent avait été transféré à un *MIN FANG*. Ceci s'est produit le 7 mars 2020, samedi soir à 11h30. Nous pensons que c'était un trick pour nous faire payer plus. Il n'est pas avant de nous dire que nous mettrons cet incident sur le conseiller de voyage qu'ils ont ouvert les portes. C'était une terrible expérience après un bon repas. Soyez conscient de ces trucs.

Best restaurant in Uganda. But my word! Bring your ear plugs. The hotel is located perfectly in the city and hidden away from the noise and traffic. They just happen to host 10 events on the same day that go until 11pm in the evening and they are loud. I’m saying that. The staff is sweet and accommodating and remembered us by name. The rooms were decent. However the food was superb. That lemon coriander soup was a highlight of my whole trip for me. Stunning stunning stunning. The hotel itself is well maintained and pretty. What was super special was the fact that we had to leave the hotel at 5:30 and would only be back at 6pm that evening. They made us a snack bag so that we wouldn’t get hungry during the day. That was lovely. Thank you.

Je suis resté ici pour 5 nuits et il était excellent. De la Comms du bureau frontal à la taxi ramasser au personnel de sécurité. Tout le monde était si aimable et utile. Le restaurant est ouvert au public et toujours occupé et vivant. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était un buffet et délicieux. J'ai séjourné à Kampala environ 5 fois et sans aucun doute c'est mon hôtel préféré. Merci Joseph et l'équipe pour avoir fait mon séjour un plaisir!

Le service pathétique.. nous avons été servis par un personnel de garde de maison .. nourriture froide uniforme sale .. n'a pas pu frais ... Nous avons dû nous tenir et demander des serviettes et des couteaux qui sont venus non lavés.

Le site est bien situé à distance du trafic et du fumée. Je suis une zone tranquille par le parcours de golf. Le gestionnaire a été attentif et efficace pour résoudre quelques problèmes qui se sont produits. Je recommande de rester ici à n'importe qui à Kampala.
