Un hotel a 4 stelle meritate x’ non manca nulla ma con un prezzo da tre stelle pertanto facilmente ottimizzabile Tutto nuovo e appena entri una vista meravigliosa , associata ad un profumo di pulito e ordine che già rendono tutto molto accogliente e per me fondamentale. Parcheggio gratuito all’aperto e garage a pagamento.(prezzo corretto) Vacanza in famiglia 2 camere una doppia e una family : personale voto 10 educato cordiale efficiente e super disponibile…informativa dettagliata su internet ma da pigri non letta , subito riassunta dal personale della reception e subito fornite soluzioni personalizzate! Camera doppia con vista mozzafiato moderna curato l’arredamento pulitissima e profumata! Migliorabile vediamo il kit da bagno (ma attenzione c’è un vero phone non di quelli a muro!) , e il riscaldamento che forse non abbiamo programmato correttamente noi ma non riuscivo a far asciugare gli accappatoi che pertanto dovevo far cambiare in toto il giorno dopo. Ma assolutamente camera calda. Chiesto cuscino extra subito disponibile. Camera family grandissima. Di notte super silenzio. Materasso confortevole. Accappatoi da bagno di spugna e profumati ! Voto camera 10! Ristorazione: colazione 10! Non manca nulla ! Abbiamo pranzato un giorno in albergo ci hanno aspettato se pur stessero x chiudere , molto molto bene Cena servita, piatti un po’ troppo particolari, abbandonerei il pesce anche x’ se pur ben cucinato purtroppo Si sente che è congelato, porzioni super sempre disponibili a cambi x i bambini maitre Filippo sempre cordiale e tutto personale efficiente e sorridente che è la cosa più difficile. Concordo con altre recensioni manca buffe’ di verdure e frutta ma gusti personali, x noi bastava spesso una sola portata ma gradivamo il contorno fresco che comunque veniva subito preparato . Dolci plauso al pasticcere …. Ribadisco gusti personali altri finivano tutto dall’ antipasto al dolce e disponibili ad un “ripasso”!!!!! Spa carina piccola ma molto elegante , pulita , vista dalla piscina bellissima, graditissima la grotta di sale….. personale carinissimo intefacciati con Stefania che ha fatto un massaggio a mia figlia richiesto all’ultimo minuto ma subito disponibile dolcissima e molto professionale da provare!!!! Educazione clienti 5- , hai la tua ora rispettala , rispetta le regole di evitare il nudo ( non so quanto scaldi il costume in sauna)! Disponibile senza prenotazione dalle 10 alle 16 x cui quando arrivi o quando parti puoi goderti il tempo che vuoi …. Sicuramente ampliabile magari con una spa x famiglie stile Austria e area ristoro ma ovviamente il prezzo cambierebbe… Quindi per la nostra esperienza è considerato il rapporto qualità prezzo e le nostre priorità voto SUPER!

It was our first trip to the mountains and Trentino. We actually booked using a Smartbox we were gifted for our wedding. We are both sea people, but we left a piece of our hearts in this place. The hotel is just beautiful, every angle so nicely decorated, the location is wonderful, you can reach many places from here, and the view is just amazing. The staff at the reception always had a smile for us, check in and check out were very easy. We loved the bar, we had an aperitif while playing pool; the restaurant where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner is nice, the staff even nicer. They are very kind, polite and open to give advice on wine with the chosen menu, which was fantastic. Breakfast was simple but had everything, including some delicious home made cakes. There is a small wellness area where you can relax. We definitely felt like new after a couple of hours of sauna, tea, relaxing zone and pool. We also had good old fun with ping pong in their game room. Parking is available in two floors. The place is very quiet. There is incredible peace. It's where you want to be if you're looking to disconnect from the world and connect with people and nature. We are surely coming back.

L’hôtel affiche 4 étoiles mais est, au mieux, d’un niveau 3 étoiles. Il y a très peu de personnel et donc le service est assez médiocre. La climatisation de notre chambre n’a jamais fonctionné, malgré notre demande lors de la réservation notre chambre n’avait pas de vue, la piscine n’est pas accessible aux mineurs (ce que le site de l’hôtel ne précisait pas). Le mini bar est vide, pas de bouilloire ni de plateau de courtoisie en chambre. Pas de stylo ni de papier. Pas de room service. Pas de service lingerie. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées de la semaine dans une des chambre, le ménage le matin était juste passable. Le bar de l’hôtel n’avait souvent pas les boissons demandées et aucun gâteaux apéritifs. Seul l’emplacement était conforme à nos attentes.

NH Trento is the only hotel we ever stay at in the Trento area. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the staff are ALWAYS extremely friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts are great. I would also add that on a relative and comparative basis NH Trento is very good value for money. Like NH Villa Carpegna in Rome, the NH Trento is a very well managed hotel.

Struttura nuovissima e molto curata nell’arredamento. La camera che abbiamo scelto è molto comoda, con bagno ampio. Le dotazioni sono più che sufficienti x la tipologia: set di asciugamani completo, saponi con dosatori sia nel lavabo che in doccia. Frigo in funzione ma vuoto: in corridoi sono presenti distributori di bibite fredde e calde a prezzi assolutamente nella norma. Abbiamo anche preso il posto in garage, cosa molto comoda perché a Trento non è facile parcheggiare. Consigliatissima x soggiorni brevi o anche di media lunghezza. Appena sotto la struttura bar, ristoranti e altri locali sia diurni che notturni. Insonorizzazione perfetta, ma comunque il quartiere è silenziosissimo. Distanza da centro 700m. Torneremo.

Grand hôtel pour un séjour de 1 nuit. Lorsque nous nous sommes montés pour nos vacances nous avons fait un séjour rapide ici. L'hôtel. est idéalement situé juste après le passage du Brenner. L'hôtel est situé à 1 ou 2 km de l'autoroute. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, le petit déjeuner était très bon et le check-out était rapide et indolore. Tout en tout une bonne expérience.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Grand de Trento pendant une semaine en juin, en ville pour une célébration familiale. Quel grand endroit et quel grand séjour nous avons eu! L'hôtel est moins de cinq minutes à pied de la gare. Les chambres sont belles : le lobby, le bar, la salle de petit déjeuner et la terrasse incroyable du sixième étage étaient classiques, confortables et bienvenues. Le personnel n'aurait pas pu être plus agréable. Les chambres étaient magnifiquement décorées et de bonne taille. Le petit déjeuner était très vaste et varié.

Hotel situato fuori dalla Ztl e a pochissima distanza da stazione e centro, posizione top! Top anche il personale che è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per tutto il soggiorno, complimenti! Venendo alla struttura, l'impressione è che viva sui fasti di un tempo lontano. Infatti, oggi necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto all'interno delle camere (io avevo una standard). A tal proposito, note positive sono state il letto king size e la TV (che era comprensiva di sky). Tuttavia, il letto l'ho trovato molto molto duro (magari sarà un gusto personale), la doccia in muratura, anche se grande, era poco funzionale e senza pannelli, sicché l'acqua finiva ovunque. Le mattonelle del bagno in alcune parti erano rotte, mentre in alcune zone delle pareti mancava l'intonaco. Nel complesso la pulizia mi è sembrata buona, peccato per alcuni ”particolari” come ad esempio una macchia su di una tenda e una su di una parete. Per il resto albergo un po impersonale che avrebbe bisogno, oltre che di una ristrutturazione, anche di una caratterizzazione che ricordi un po di più la splendida città che lo ospita. Va bene l'alta stagione (ponte dell'Immacolata) ma ho trovato il prezzo troppo alto per quanto offerto. 3/5

NH Trento is the only hotel we ever stay at in the Trento area. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the staff are ALWAYS extremely friendly and welcoming and the breakfasts are great. I would also add that on a relative and comparative basis NH Trento is very good value for money. Like NH Villa Carpegna in Rome, the NH Trento is a very well managed hotel.

Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, avec petits gestes complimentaires comme (grands et délicieux!) les pommes locales et des prix raisonnables à partir du minibar. Le centre de Trento est situé dans les collines de Trento (mais à moins de 10 minutes à pied, vous trouverez des magasins et des équipements). Seuls quelques négatifs : l'écoulement des chambres dans l'ancien bâtiment et les équipements de salle de bain pourrait être amélioré, pour un hôtel de cette catégorie et à ces prix, Les chambres sont à la pointe de Trento (la zone est calme, mais vous êtes un peu à la merci de la civilisation de votre voisin, comme tout bruit des autres chambres peut être entendu).

La posizione è molto buona, in 5 minuti a piedi si arriva in piazza duomo. Le camere sono pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario (TV, asciugacapelli, tisane con bollitore, condizionatore). La colazione è top!! Le torte sono fatte in casa e ce ne sono molte di ogni gusto, dalla semplice ciambella alla torta simile alla pastiera napoletana. I ragazzi dello staff preparano al momento per chi vuole la colazione salata con uova, speck, formaggi e affettati. Poi c’è il resto: brioches, yogurt, cereali, frutta. La nostra stanza si affacciava sul castello, molto suggestivo soprattutto la sera quando la piazzetta è tutta illuminata. Diversi bar proprio sotto alla struttura.

Un week-end relaxant à Trento. Situé à proximité du centre et de la gare, les attractions les plus importantes sont accessibles à pied de 10 à 20 minutes. Lave-linge et des services excellents, le mobilier est moderne et de bon goût (je n'aurais pas installé le lampe/mauvais dans la chambre ...) question de goût ... Nous vous recommandons de fournir des documents pour les attractions et peut-être pour des informations sur le vélo de location. Le personnel est gentil et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement ...

Many things about this hotel are great, but then others, not so much. First, it is situated on a highway, so part of the hotel faces the busy, noisy road and part faces a lovely lake. The noise from the road is somewhat muted if your room faces the lake. The front desk staff could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, but the morning crew was surly and inhospitable. The evening staff was excellent, and we had a wonderful meal there. Some of the breakfast items were included with the room but there were a number of things that were not, such as crepes or pancakes for 8 Euros.
