Le séjour était super. Vous ne pouvez pas entendre les avions, il était très propre et le lit est très confortable. Ne vous attendez pas beaucoup pour le petit déjeuner, ils n'avaient pas de fruits, de jus d'orange, de pancakes ou d'œufs. J'avais un bagage et mon ami avait une waffle, mais ils étaient bons. Je retournerais là !

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I like to stay at different properties across the Hilton portfolio. For this trip to West Palm Beach, I chose this Embassy Suites too add some variety to my week of stays at other Florida hotels in the Hilton family. Most Embassy Suites have their rooms built around an open atrium. Not this one. Yes there's something called an Atrium where the restaurant is, but it's only the restaurant and bar, nothing else. The first thing I noticed was poor signage. Having checked-in and choosing my room the day before arrival, I wanted to go straight to my room. Upon arrival into the lobby by Uber, I saw no signs directing me to the elevators leading to the rooms. I was walking around the Atrium looking at areas called East Tower and South Tower, and the only maps said that guest rooms are located on Floors 3 and up. Where? Finally I found the hotel's desk, walked past it, and went upstairs to my room. When I got there, my Digital Key did not work. I heard the lock move, but the door would not open for me. So I had to do the Walk of Shame and return downstairs to ask for an old fashioned plastic key at the desk. There was no apology that the Digital Key that Hilton encourages guest to use thus bypassing the check-in desk, did not work. I got my plastic key and returned to the floor, only to find that initially the plastic key also did not open the door. Only this time I jiggled it, and was able to then enter. Apparently I had to pull before pushing! I later went downstairs again to purchase items from the small gift shop for snacks. The place was depleted -- many items were out and the selection was very poor. I took my items to the desk to have the charge put on my room, and I also had to ask for the bottled water I was entitled to, which should have been offered to me when I was at the desk the first time to get the plastic key. I did not make use of the living room section, only the bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom had ample space for my belongings, but I thought it was odd that there was no-place on the desk to plug in my electronics. No outlet or charging station. I did find a power strip on the floor and used that, but it was awkward and uncomfortable. WiFi and TV worked OK. The bathroom was relatively small, but it was just adequate. I had no issues with water pressure or water temperature. In the morning I went to the Atrium to have my complimentary breakfast. Nobody ever greeted me nor offered to serve me the whole time I was there. Nobody even checked to make sure I was a guest at the hotel. I partook of the buffet, and enjoyed it, and I did save money on gratuity since there was nobody to tip. Overnight, my receipt was e-mailed to me, and when I woke up, there was a charge of $8 for ”late cancellation”. What? If I had cancelled I wouldn't be there, would I? I was so disgusted I had wanted to just check-out on the Hilton app as I usually do, but I had to correct this

Je suis heureux de me surprendre! C'est l'un des meilleurs séjours d'hôtel que j'ai jamais eu et j'ai eu beaucoup. Je suis descendu à WPB pour une croisière aux Bahamas et a séjourné dans cet hôtel la nuit précédente. Grand personnel! Chambres propres et bon petit déjeuner. We just returned from a lovely month at Hampton Inn WPB Central. At check in we were warmly greeted and recognized as Diamond Hilton members by Dejon and Jean. Throughout our stay they were both warm, welcoming and helpful. Also greeting us upon arrival was the Sales Manager Joanne Schroeder, happy to see we arrived safely and making sure that check in went smoothly and that we were happy with our accommodations. Our suite was large, very clean, bright and well furnished. The refrigerator could have been a little larger with a more adequate freezer section, but we managed nicely with what we had. Elande of housekeeping was wonderful and did a great job cleaning our room. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices. A suggestion might be to serve a variety of yogurt flavors instead of one flavor that has to be hand spooned out of a large bowl. Also, decaf coffee would be a nice addition to the regular coffee left for guests in the lobby throughout the day. It is only there during breakfast. The kitchen staff, Kari, Maria and Clifford, all did a marvelous job replenishing items as well as keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and updated. We did not use the pool although it was lovely. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was not conducive to rest and relaxation. On the plus side, the Hampton Inn is connected by a very short path to a Hilton Garden Inn and we were welcome to use the pool there which was very nice and quiet. The gym is excellent with new and updated equipment. We would like to thank all staff members in every capacity for their kindness to us. They are all professional and an asset to Hilton hotels. If it were possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars and highly recommend it for a short vacation or an extended stay. We are looking forward to returning next year to experience Hampton Inn hospitality once again.

We came down to breakfast the next morning, my pre-operative day, in hopes to see one of the lovely ladies we had met last year, who was a burst of joy and radiated love. Luckily for us, she is still here and making people feel seen everyday. Before the end of breakfast, we saw Whitney, and upon my gleeful callout we were greeted with warm hugs and words of kindness. When we asked for assistance with our room, she jumped on it and by the time we came back downstairs, she had it all settled. Throughout our time at the hotel, we would have never known that we were even in a time of renovations and whole-floors being worked on, based on how much she did and her continued positive and calming demeanor. Her smile day after day, along with her positive affirmations kept me going most days. Whether she knows it or not, she was the bright spot in most of my days, just because of who she was and her genuinity. In a world where one can often feel alone, it was nice to be seen. Her kind demeanor and positive personality did not go unnoticed and we are forever grateful to have met her. She is patient and accommodating, genuine and compassionate, helpful and overly-giving. She constantly goes above and beyond her role, while making you feel cared for and important. It would not be the same place without her. Whitney’s character makes Homewood Suites the home that it is to us, as well as for many others, and for that we are forever appreciative and thankful. Not only did Whitney make such a difference in our time in Florida, but as stated before the entire staff and personnel of the hotel was extremely generous, friendly, compassionate and welcoming. Thank you to Whitney and the staff of Homewood Suites for all you do to give us a home away from home.

L'hôtel n'est jamais déçu ! J'ai séjourné ici plusieurs fois et le personnel du bureau frontal est toujours si gentil et invitant. Procédure rapide d'entrée et de sortie. Je n'ai pas eu la chance de prendre un petit déjeuner mais il a pu être étonnant ! Les chambres sont propres et proches des restaurants, des boutiques et de l'aéroport.

Cet hôtel n'est pas grand, il n'y a qu'un petit lac à la porte et les équipements des chambres sont très vieux. Il est très pratique d'avoir un centre commercial similaire à un point de vente à proximité. Il y a des restaurants et des supermarchés dans le centre commercial. Mais le sentiment général n'est pas si sûr. À 12 heures du soir, l'homme malodorant dans la pièce voisine bat sa femme, et la femme hurle toutes sortes de cris, et personne ne s'en soucie quand il entend toutes sortes de bruits de claquement. On a l'impression que la femme est sur le point d'être battue à mort. Notre langue n'est pas bonne. Il n'osa pas ouvrir la porte et attendit avec le canapé contre la porte. Heureusement, quelqu'un a frappé à la porte pendant environ une demi-heure et a emmené la femme. De temps en temps, il entendait les injures de l'homme. Ce fut l'expérience la plus terrible de ce voyage. Je n'ai pas vu l'hôtel avec sécurité et le parking de l'hôtel était ouvert. La pièce peut être utilisée pour cuisiner, il y a une machine à laver dans la pièce et le canapé ne semble pas être ouvert comme un lit.

Où commencer? J'étais de passage et j'ai réservé pour une nuit. Je suis arrivé tard dans la nuit et il y avait des invités avec de jeunes enfants qui traînaient juste devant leur chambre. J'ai trouvé cela étrange parce qu'il était près de minuit. Je me suis enregistré et il y avait aussi plusieurs invités qui erraient dans les environs. En me dirigeant vers ma chambre, j'ai remarqué que les parties communes de l'hôtel étaient sales et avaient l'air assez délabrées. Je pouvais entendre que de nombreux invités étaient toujours actifs dans leurs chambres également. J'ai ouvert ma chambre et ça sentait la fumée de cigarette rassis. J'ai allumé les lumières de la chambre et de la salle de bain et j'ai vu un cafard grimper le mur. Tout dans la chambre avait besoin d'être rénové. Avait l'air vieux et bien utilisé. Le lit n'était pas confortable et très ferme. Je n'y retournerais pas.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre-ville West Palm Beach. Vous pouvez facilement marcher où vous voulez en centre-ville et prendre une très courte distance de la plage. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très ami et utile. La propriété est propre mais plus ancienne. Les chambres sont assez petites. J'avais une suite agréable et la fin du lit touche essentiellement le mur devant elle. Alors une très courte lacune pour vous de marcher pour aller à l'autre côté du lit. Ce qui a été dit que la chambre était propre et efficace. Je resterais encore si dans la zone.

Todd était à la table de front et je dois dire que j'étais plutôt ennuyeux de changer nos plans, donc je n'étais pas le client le plus agréable pour Todd. Todd restait professionnel et nous demandait si nous voulions deux reine ou un roi. Je me suis dit que je suis probablement rude, donc je suis désolé. Je applaudis Todd pour son professionnalisme. Il a commencé à se faire occuper à l'inspection, il a saluté chaque invité. La chambre était propre. L'AC était super. Le réfrigérateur a gardé tout froid et le petit compartiment congélateur a congelé mes paquets de glace.

L'établissement est très bien situé pour faire une halte sur la route du sud de la Floride. Il est proche de l'autoroute et à côté d'un grand outlet pour les fans de shopping à prix réduits. Les chambres sont réparties sur 2 étages formant un grand carré au centre duquel se trouve la piscine. L'accueil est sympathique et efficace et le petit déjeuner correct que l'on peut prendre en terrasse au bord de la piscine. Cette dernière est ouverte du lever au coucher du soleil ce qui permet de bien en profiter. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un grand placard et une salle de bain équipée. Par contre si la localisation est pratique elle n'est pas vraiment glamour. La rue le long de l'hôtel est très passante et assez bruyante. Ajouté au bruit de la climatisation ce n'est pas très reposant. La décoration est assez datée mais rassemble tous les clichés des ”motels” américains. Pour les environs de Palm Beach le rapport/qualité prix reste tout a fait correct.

En toute honnêteté, l'hôtel est toujours bon, mais il y a un défaut. Cela peut être qualifié de propagande frauduleuse si c'est plus grave : il est clair lors de la réservation qu'il y a une navette aéroport gratuite. Mais quand je suis arrivé à l'aéroport de Palm Beach, j'ai appelé et je t'ai dit directement que non.

L'hôtel peut utiliser quelques améliorations de maintenance. Il bénéficie d'un navire aéroport qui a été agréable. Le personnel est toujours très bien ici, avec 80 degrés de temps au début du mois de janvier, il n'y a pas grand chose à plaindre au cours de l'hiver. En fait, vous pouvez aller à cet endroit en toute sécurité ou prendre le transbordeur de l'hôtel.

Nous avons eu un bon séjour dans le WPB pour célébrer l'Année Nouvel. L'hôtel est propre et une super position. Notre suite était magnifique, avec vue sur le lac et le centre-ville, y compris les artifices de feu! Je ne commente pas habituellement sur le personnel par nom, mais Kim était exceptionnel. Elle est très bien placée pour la première personne que vous rencontrez le matin.

Il y avait une femme formidable à la réception, très serviable. l'enregistrement a été facile. J'ai toujours adoré Hampton Inn, ce n'est pas aussi bien que dans mes souvenirs, il y avait de la musique forte et de la fumée de cannabis tout au bout du couloir et j'avais mon enfant avec moi. Pas de petit déjeuner à cause du Covid-19. J'ai accidentellement réservé une suite King ordinaire, puis un handicap et ils m'ont fait changer de chambre le deuxième jour ici, même si elle a dit qu'ils n'étaient pas très complets. Le magasin était à peine approvisionné, pas de jus pour les enfants.

Mon mari et moi avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant des séjours de longue durée ces dernières années Cette visite nous y avons été 22 jours C'est un magnifique hôtel dans la meilleure position à pied pour tous les endroits, y compris Clematis St. Le nouveau lieu de la ville de Rosemary Square a de nombreux restaurants et une distance de 15 minutes à pied de l'aéroport pour l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était toujours bon et la piscine est très jolie dans la plupart des jours j'avais la piscine à moi-même. Le personnel du bureau de front Charlie, Eduardo, Yvon, Jessica et Ariel étaient toujours amis et vous appelaient par nom. Un remerciement spécial à Samantha et Jay pour nous avoir hébergés avec la chambre que nous avons demandée et leur amitié À la direction, Emily Karen Elizabeth et Ken vous devriez être très fier de votre personnel des gentlemen à la valet , les dames en La chambre de petit déjeuner qui a toujours eu un sourire, à l'équipe de garde-house qui garde l'hôtel immaculée! Merci Residence Inn pour un autre séjour merveilleux

We just returned from a lovely month at Hampton Inn WPB Central. At check in we were warmly greeted and recognized as Diamond Hilton members by Dejon and Jean. Throughout our stay they were both warm, welcoming and helpful. Also greeting us upon arrival was the Sales Manager Joanne Schroeder, happy to see we arrived safely and making sure that check in went smoothly and that we were happy with our accommodations. Our suite was large, very clean, bright and well furnished. The refrigerator could have been a little larger with a more adequate freezer section, but we managed nicely with what we had. Elande of housekeeping was wonderful and did a great job cleaning our room. Breakfast was more than adequate with many choices. A suggestion might be to serve a variety of yogurt flavors instead of one flavor that has to be hand spooned out of a large bowl. Also, decaf coffee would be a nice addition to the regular coffee left for guests in the lobby throughout the day. It is only there during breakfast. The kitchen staff, Kari, Maria and Clifford, all did a marvelous job replenishing items as well as keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and updated. We did not use the pool although it was lovely. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby road was not conducive to rest and relaxation. On the plus side, the Hampton Inn is connected by a very short path to a Hilton Garden Inn and we were welcome to use the pool there which was very nice and quiet. The gym is excellent with new and updated equipment. We would like to thank all staff members in every capacity for their kindness to us. They are all professional and an asset to Hilton hotels. If it were possible, I would give this hotel 10 stars and highly recommend it for a short vacation or an extended stay. We are looking forward to returning next year to experience Hampton Inn hospitality once again.

Le séjour était super. Vous ne pouvez pas entendre les avions, il était très propre et le lit est très confortable. Ne vous attendez pas beaucoup pour le petit déjeuner, ils n'avaient pas de fruits, de jus d'orange, de pancakes ou d'œufs. J'avais un bagage et mon ami avait une waffle, mais ils étaient bons. Je retournerais là !

Nous avons eu un bon séjour à l'hôtel Canopy. La chambre était grande. Un lit très confortable, spacieux, propre et une grande salle de bain. Nous avons fait un bon usage de la chambre et nous avons trouvé les choses très belles. La télévision a bien fonctionné. Le restaurant, le restaurant et le bar de toit sont fantastiques.
