Me and my wife travels to India for the first time since she has to take an exam at Corporate Solitaire Park. Since I am not familiar in the place, I google any nearest hotel on the exam venue. This hotel is 5 min walking distance and since their rating in *********** is quite high, I booked online. Imran, the duty ***ager was so prompt in replying on my email inquiries as the date of our arrival is coming. As I requested, airport transfer was arranged as it was our first time in India. Bijay the driver was there on the airport even before we landed and he was helpful in showing us the way out of the airport. It was almost 9 pm when we arrived in the hotel and we met Yogesh, the front desk who was very helpful and who just gave us a quick info on our booking. I felt his anticipation that it was late night already and we need to take a rest after a long day of travel. Sunil who was the housekeeping attendant on that night was there as well to accompany us on our room and gave us the wifi password. Our room was actually an upgrade on what was initially booked in ***********. Big thanks to Imran for giving us that upgrade. Then we ordered our late dinner via room service and for our surprise, the food was really good. It really taste good as if you were in a 5 star hotel. Very affordable and with a lots of variety. The following morning, I noticed that my phone charger needs adaptor since their socket is different. I called the front desk if they have any adapter and confirmed it will be delivered to our room in a while. Then Sunil came over after few minutes and gave me the adaptor. Then we ordered an early breakfast (6:30 AM) since my wife needs to leave at around 715AM and the room service team find a way to prepare the soup that my wife wanted even if their kitchen opens at 7 AM. Around 645, the soup came and we really appreciate their flexibility. Imran is flexible as well in allowing us to check out late as my wife's exam will be finished supposedly by 1 pm. Since our flight back to Abu Dhabi is 950 PM, we requested for an airport transfer at a nearby hotel at the airport. Without hesitation, they have provided us and to our surprise, Sunil Swami (operation ***ager) accompany us together with Yadav (driver). Overall, that was a memorable experience and even it was a short stay only, they have provided us with a very excellent service that I can really recommend to those who will travel on that particular area. Kudos to the ***agement and staff of the hotel and keep up the good work.

I was looking for a place to stay in Mumbai before I catch an early morning flight. My criteria was value for money, economical and near to T2 terminal. Thanks to Agoda for suggesting Hotel Jyoti Dwelling. This hotel ticked every criteria on my list. Located just 10-15 mins from T2, this hotel offers great connectivity to the rest of the city. The hotel is clean,hygienic and has the courteous staff. They have an in house restaurant and gym. Room was spacious, well maintained with all modern amenities. Bathroom was also clean and hygienic. The food from the restaurant was delicious. Overall my 12 hrs stay at this hotel was wonderful. I would definitely consider this hotel for my future visits in Mumbai.

Though I am staying at another hotel here in Bandra West, Mumbai. I came to Bawa Suites to buy takeaway dinner, and returned for breakfast the next morning. I am here again for coffee and toast while waiting for a hair appointment on the 2nd floor of the Dentzz Dental building. The Cafe, though small, has a very pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Sadaf made my double shot coffee today, which is so good. Devram, Omkei, and James are very conscious of their roles in the cafe and so helpful and prompt. Last night after my dental appointment I called in here on mithe way back to my hotel to grab a coffee brewed with beans😁 So happy I have Bawa Suites to purchase a good cup of coffee. Also the food is good too!

I visited Mumbai for Business purpose. This time I decided to make use of Gym facility. The first day I went, I met a person named Justin, gym trainer. I was amazed with his attitude and the way he treat guests. He helped me so much to do different variations of workout and gave free advice on the diet as well. Thanks to Mr.Justin for giving personal training and making me to understand each and every workout with the available machinery itself. I suggest every guest to make use of the Gym and get trained by Mr.Justin. This helps you to maintain healthy body physically and mentally. Thank you Justin sir ji. I hope next 3 weeks during my stay, I ll gain some good muscles 😉😉. Thanks to Holiday Inn,Mumbai for having a professional Gym Trainer.

Je viens de quitter ma chambre du city palace. Bilan. Déjà, je suis sur de ne pas avoir eu la chambre que j'avais réservé par bravofly. La dessus, je ne félicite pas bravofly qui ne m'a transit aucune info à montrer à mon arrivé. J'ai eu une chambre de moins de 4m2. Pour dormir, c'est suffisant. Pas de douche ni toilette dans la chambre biensur. Hygiène correct si on ce réfère au hôtel en général. Personnels très nombreux et plutôt souriant. Maintenant, les côté moins fun. Le prix, sûrement 800 la nuit me reviens à moins à presque 1000.. Pour Mumbai, c'est correct à 800, un peut moins à 1000 mais je suis passé par un intermédiaire alors je retiens 800.la télé annoncé ne marché pas et c'était une petite à tube cathodique. Je n'en avais pas besoin mais elle est dans l'annonce comme un point fort et c'est pas fort du tout. Le vrai problème que j'ai eu, c'est le bruit. Ormi le brut de la rue, clarkson toute la nuit ou presque, ce sont les va et vient incessant du personnels et des clients. Des portes qui claques, des discutions devant la porte... 3 nuit comme ça, autant dire que je suis très content de partir, rien que pour dormir enfin. Je l'avais oublié mais j'étais venu dans cet hôtel avec ma femme il y a 6 ans. Ils avaient vue le couple de touriste qui sort du train à 23h30 du soir près à tout pour pas passer la nuit dehors et nous on louer une chambre de 4m2 sans fenêtre à 2000 roupie. Bref, je ne recom***de pas cet hôtel à moins de venir réserver en début de matinée et de bien choisir le côté et pas à plus de 800. Ou alors, peut être on til de belle chambre dans les autres étages mais j'ai des gros doute Voilà voilà

The rooms are tired and could do with some care and attention. We stayed in one of the balcony rooms on the road side it had 2 double beds and a large seating area a dining table balcony loungers. The cost is 3500 Rs or just below for a night. Try not to get the back rooms or the annex. There is a lift. It’s very close to the Taj hotel and india gate great for food in this area fab juice stands and great kebabs available on the street , and hundreds of restaurants. Walking distance to gallery’s and museums.

C'est un privilege de séjourner dans ce magnifique hotel historique, authentique palace fréquenté par tant de stars et de chefs d'Etat. Il y a une aile historique (1900) et une tour moderne (1972), et meme dans la partie moderne ou j'ai sejourné, les chambres sont char***tes, beaucoup beneficiant d'une vue directe sur la mer et la Gateway of India. Literie parfaite (les draps sont delicieux !) et decoration impeccable. Les parties communes de l'hotel sont superbes, parfaitement entretenues, et vous transportent dans un monde parallele. Malgre le nombre de clients et l'impression de mouvement perpetuel qui habite cet hotel, le service est particulierement attentionné et courtois. Petit-dejeuner buffet tres frais et tres varié, digne des lieux. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien équipé, et il est très bien équipé. Nous avons dîné sur le toit et c'était la meilleure nourriture que nous aurions eue quand nous étions en Inde. Le service était aussi super. Le petit déjeuner était un peu de base mais bien pour ce que nous avons besoin. Vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel, mais vous trouverez un petit bijou à la troisième étage.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at JW Marriott Juhu, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We weren’t entirely happy about the check-in process as we got assigned to a room which had arrangements for another guest however it was taken care immediately after being addressed. I would like to commend three staff members who went above and beyond to make my stay truly remarkable - The front office ***ager Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Rushikesh from the housekeeping department, and Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge. Rushikesh, from the housekeeping department, deserves special recognition for his attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean and well-maintained. He consistently went out of his way to fulfill any special requests I had, and his warm and friendly demeanor made me feel truly valued as a guest. Mr.Abhishek, the ***ager at front office, made a lasting impression with his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to him for the hamper placed in my room. It really made our day. I would also like to mention Mr.Vinmesh from the executive lounge as his warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere in the lounge, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind Apart from the exceptional service provided by these individuals, the hotel itself was outstanding. The facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and easily accessible. My experience at Dashanzi is also worth mentioning as I had an impeccable experience there! The entire service team worked flawlessly to make my evening absolutely amazing. In conclusion, my stay at JW Marriott Juhu was an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Rushikesh, Abhishek, and Vinmesh.

Nous avons réservé une suite King One Bedroom avec View Sea - Fumer. Nous avons toutefois découvert lors de l'arrivée que nous avions une chambre non-fumeur. Pas une rupture de marché, mais il serait bon pour l'hôtel de garder la chambre vendue si ils ne peuvent pas offrir ce qui est indiqué. Pour co****sare, ils nous ont mis à la 2e chambre la plus grande de l'hôtel avec la vue de la mer et de la ville, qui était jolie. La chambre était belle et spacieuse, en général était propre, mais les coupes et verres dans la chambre n'étaient pas propres, la même pour la zone de petit déjeuner. Le personnel était très bien placé et bien placé, le service de la chambre était rapide et ils se sont très attachés à leur client quand il est venu servir le petit déjeuner. La location de l'hôtel est l'une des meilleures de Mumbai, et la vue est magnifique - la queues des reine. 100% recommandé :)
