The hotel is close to the Southbank shopping area and has great views. The hotel is on a very busy intersection and we had a lot of difficulty parking out the front. The hotel entrance is confusing and not obvious. The reception and restaurant area is all black and very dark, which may be fashionable but its not practical. The 2 bedroom apartment was surprising small and the bathroom and shower were too tight for tall people. The closed balcony was safe and allowed for a little fresh air. The air conditioner in our room did not work and it was to hot to sleep. The lighting was also a strange set up, you could not turn on the bathroom lights without turning on all the lounge lights. We had dinner and breakfast at the venue and dinner was very good. The cold breakfast selections were average and only melon was available for fresh fruit. The orange juice was terrible. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Si je pouvais donner ce lieu à 0, je le ferais!! Nous avons loué une suite familiale qui dorme jusqu'à 6. Alors que la suite était spacieuse qui est sur où les positifs se terminent. Je suis entrée et je voulais immédiatement sortir à nouveau! Cet endroit était détestable! L'intérieur était extrêmement dépassé, il y avait des pierres manquantes du sol de la cuisine, et il y avait un odeur de merveille. Il y avait des débris, des poussières et des débris de cuisine, des fenêtres étaient froides, et il y avait des moules dans toute la salle de bains. L'aircondition dans la chambre de maître manquait le filtre et il semblait ancien. Je n'ai même pas regardé les lits!! C'est certainement pas un environnement que je voulais mes enfants. Nous avons fini par nous rendre à l'extérieur et nous avons séjourné ailleurs, l'idée de passer tout le temps dans ce lieu m'a fait sentir physiquement malade. J'aurais aimé avoir des photos pour prouver, mais je ne voulais pas passer plus de temps dans ce lieu horrible.

J'avais ma propre cuisine avec ses couverts (plats, fourchettes, couteaux, tasses...). Il y avait aussi un micro-ondes dans la buanderie, ce qui était très utile lorsque je voulais réchauffer mes plats à emporter. J'ai adoré le fait que dans la salle de bain à côté du lavabo, il y avait du savon pour les mains et de la lotion pour le visage et que dans la douche il y avait des shampoings, des revitalisants et du gel douche, qui étaient fournis en abondance. C'était également pour un prix très abordable, moins de 80 $ la nuit. C'était aussi propre. Sans oublier que l'équipe de contrôle ne m'a pas poussé à partir et que je n'ai pas reçu d'appel me rappelant de partir, mais le personnel était très sympathique et poli et a attendu mon départ quelques minutes après l'heure de départ. Un séjour vraiment agréable !

C'est le toit de cette chambre double que j'habite super haut, et il y a un tube d'eau qui n'a pas fait de son, le son de l'eau courante. Il y a un magasin de glaces très célèbre en bas, souvent des gens en file d'attente.

Nous avons eu un magnifique 2-night séjour dans une suite Melba dans ce grand vieux palais. Les seuls défauts étaient la petite télévision (22 pouces) qui semblait quelque chose de l'un des 80 et était difficile à voir du lit, et la pratique inhygiénique de mettre les installations de thé et de café dans la salle de bain juste au-dessus du toilette. Pas ce que vous attendiez d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Nous sommes arrivés à Melbourne à partir de Sydney le lundi 10, avec l'intention de rester dans un appartement que nous avons réservé. Nous n'avons pas pu rester dans cet appartement particulier parce qu'il n'était pas à notre satisfaction et n'était pas sûr parce que nous avions 4 enfants avec nous. Nous cherchions à trouver des appartements alternatifs et nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel Nesuto. Nous avons appelé les garçons et nous avons demandé si nous pouvions regarder l'appartement avant de prendre une décision, car nous voulions s'assurer qu'il était sûr pour nos enfants. Krisha et son personnel étaient étonnants et très soignants. Elle a vu comment nous étions stressés et qu'elle voulait être heureux. Le lendemain, elle a appelé ma chambre pour voir si je ne pouvais pas me sentir bien, elle a vu combien je suis nerveuse et stressée. Le centre de la ville est très confortable, le centre de la ville est très confortable et le centre de la ville est très confortable. Je recommande très fort cet hôtel.

Il faut un peu plus de détails dans le domaine des nettoyages et des services. Globalement un bon endroit mais pourrait être beaucoup mieux si la gestion vérifie les chambres après la garde et si elle n'est pas impossible d'informer la personne à l'avance quand la garde est en arrivée et conseiller gentilment la garde de nettoyer la chambre quotidiennement comme à mon 3 Le séjour de la journée Housekeeping n'est venu qu'une fois quand je suis sorti et rien n'a fait au nom de nettoyage a juste déplacé les choses d'un endroit à l'autre.

J'arrivais à l'aéroport de Tullamarine tard dans la nuit, j'avais donc réservé une nuit à l'hôtel Ciloms avant de m'installer en ville le lendemain. La navette de l'hôtel était très facile à réserver, il suffit d'appeler l'hôtel une fois que vous avez récupéré tous les bagages et la navette passe presque toutes les 15 minutes. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très sympathique, la chambre est spacieuse et propre.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The tram is at your doorstop, which takes you straight into the city. If walking is your thing then it will only take you 25 minutes. I was lucky enough to get a room with a view of Albert Park. My room had plenty of space to set up a work station as well as relax. The team on the front desk were welcoming and faciltated a speedy check in and out.

Best Western Melbourne Airport is a fantastic place to stay pre or post air travel, especially when you have an early or late departure or arrival. This was our second visit and both times it was immaculately clean, exceptionally comfy and very quiet. The shuttle service is great, a quick call on arrival and in about 10 mins the BW mini-bus is there to pick you up - or schedule drop-off to the airport with the friendly faces at reception - too easy. Very affordable for the facilities and services provided. Highly recommend!

Regardez attentivement la lettre lors de votre enregistrement. C'est un peu loin du train. Horaires, si vous souhaitez prendre le train à 10h30, il est recommandé de sortir avant 8h30, car ils se heurteront à leur pointe matinale. Nous avons choisi Miami parce qu'il était très proche du lieu où nous allions voir un spectacle en direct à. Quel bijoux. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel était utile et amiable. Rien ne semblait trop de problèmes. Nous avons été mis à jour, ce qui nous a donné une vue fabuleuse de la ville.Notre chambre était grande, lit très confortable, salle de bain bien équipée (ils avaient même une crème de rasage), deux chaises à se poser et, une chose que nous aimons, des boulangeries pour le thé ou le café. Tout était sans place. Wi-Fi était bon. Il y a un parking sur le site à un prix. Certains sous-couvrement mais aussi des espaces pour les véhicules plus élevés qui ne peuvent pas s'adapter en dessous. Il y a une cuisine invitée qui serait grande pour des séjours plus longs. Nous avons séjourné le vendredi soir et nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes de bruit. En voyageant dans la ville, nous restons habituellement dans un hôtel beaucoup plus cher, mais à partir de maintenant, à Miami, nous allons à la propriété.

Cet endroit était une bouffée d'air frais par rapport aux 4 derniers endroits où j'ai séjourné dans la région. L'endroit très très propre et bien rangé, les photos sont très précises ce qui est rare. Le lit était confortable. La dame à la réception m'a même donné le choix de la chambre si je voulais une chambre à l'arrière qui aurait moins de bruit de la circulation ou une au milieu. Elle les a même ouvertes et m'a montré. Les deux étaient tout aussi propres. Super impressionné reviendrait à 100%.

We stay at mantra hotels all the time as they are usually reasonably priced and good value. This time they did not disappoint! The location is great, lots of alleyways nearby with bars/restaurants. Parking not too far away. We booked at Wilson's online and got a deal. The restaurant was only open for breakfast but that's ok when you have a kitchen! The rooms are very spacious! Especially for the city. You get bath robes which were a great addition. My only complaint was the towels. They were tiny and very worn. Improve this and I'd rate our stay 5/5!!

I arrived in the evening in Melbourne and I wish the hotel has better information regarding their on-demand free shuttle. I researched previously but not much info found so ended up paying $25aud for a short taxi ride. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was surprised that they did not have my booking despite I had it pre-paid and received confirmation number. It took more than 30min to sort it out. Room was okay though nothing special. The air conditioning vent was blowing directly onto the head rest area on the bed, and it was rather uncomfortable, so I ended up sleeping sideways. Shower and bathroom were generally clean but don’t expect a lot of amenities. Next morning when I checked out, I was surprised the staff asked me again whether the room payment had been settled! Given the whole ordeal the night before, I was surprised that no messages were passed on regarding my booking! Good thing was Trip.com was quick to respond to help sort out the situation but little apology was given by the hotel. Will I book this place again? Highly unlikely!

Il y a quelques semaines, ma femme et moi avons été très agréables ici, et il est très centralisé et raisonnablement cher qui sont les caractéristiques de remboursement. La situation et les chambres sont certainement plus belles dans les photos, les chambres étant grandes et bien conçues sont très vieilles et portées... réfrigérateurs dentaires, meubles endommagés, lumières de lit qui ne fonctionnent pas, etc. Il est tout parfaitement viable, c'est juste pas ce que je m'attendais Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. I don't know why this hotel is rated 4 stars. It is 2 stars at best. We stayed for four nights, and our room was never cleaned. We had to ask for fresh towels on the third day. We emptied the trash ourselves as it became apparent the property does not offer cleaning service. There isn't a coffee maker in the room, and just a couple of forks and a couple of plates. The room itself felt dirty. The main areas of the building, including the entrance and walkways, were littered with leaves and other materials. We informed a cleaner the area needed to be vacuumed and he said it wasn't his job. We informed the front desk, and they simply nodded their heads. There is a language barrier with the front desk staff. I would not stay here given the lack of cleanliness and service. There aren't many choices in Kew, but I would look in Hawthrone or Richmond, which are relatively close to Kew.

Le style architectural est très classique, très propre et hygiénique, très proche de la ville, pratique pour aller partout, le service de la dame à la réception est très bon, et les mesures de sécurité sont en place.

Le personnel est très aimable, aide et agréable, ils font tout ce qui nous rend confortable et agréable. Il y a un intercom qui donne accès aux amis et à la famille ou à l'uber. Le désavantage est que la brigade d'incendie était juste sur la route et ils sont tout le temps en train de changer sur cette sirene annoncée, donc c'était assez bruyant 😑 et la chambre n'avait pas d'air conditionné ou de ventilateur et il est assez chaud parfois. Le seul endroit avec climatisation était la salle de séjour, mais il a fallu un moment pour que la chambre puisse descendre.

L'emplacement est bon et c'est très animé pour sortir. Sur le côté, Chinatown. La nourriture est très riche. Il est également proche du lieu de concentration pour que nous puissions rejoindre le groupe de touristes. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très ordinaires. On a l'impression que c'est propre depuis quelques années mais le nettoyage est toujours propre.

Location: The location of the hotel is very convenient, many sightseeing points and shops are at walking distance (10-15 min). Moreover, there is a plethora of restaurants around the hotel and China Town was also a 10 min away. Cleanliness: Although the room looks clean at first glance, without room service available, the room can get messy and dirty really quick. Moreover the toilet and cooking area are relatively small, which makes everything cramped together and drips everywhere. Another thing to note is that the shower place in the bathroom does not have proper enclosement which will cause water to splash all around when taking a shower to bath, especially the water closet which causes a lot of inconvenience. Service: The staffs at the counter are very helpful and friendly. Not only they were polite but they will help and make your stay as pleasant as possible by assisting you with your needs (extra amenities and beds). General Facilities and amenities: Even though you can always ask for extra amenities from staffs, the facilities ans other services in this hotel is completely lacking. As mentioned, there is no house cleaning service provided nor there are any other recreational facilities such as swimming pool or in house kitchen. Another point to note is that Mentra 100 is not a big hotel, they only provide 1 or 2 room selections. If you are travelling with 4 ppl or above it is best to keep this in mind as some people might need to sleep in the living room given the limited space.

Stayed here as a Diamond Ambassador in an iconic suite - Check in experience was great, warm welcome, benefits acknowledged and welcome drink provided. Amazing room, ridiculous amount of space, comfortable bed, great little office/working area. Unfortunately, the general level of service/care factor is lacking especially when staying in a room costing over 1k a night! One of my complimentary water bottles was open/used and about half empty, yuck. Later that day I wanted to use my $25 credit on the minibar 200ml bottle of gin (which is listed as inclusive of 4 mixers). Gin was missing from the mini bar I couldn't find it. Called down to reception to ask if it was by request, they assured me it should be there and would send someone up. Waited 2 hours and no one came which frustrated me as I was waiting so called down again and was assured someone was on the way. Someone did arrive with a huge bag full of everything except the gin. When questioned didn't seem to know what I was talking about, I had to point to it on the minibar menu and was met with a very confused expression, he left. Then about 30 minutes later a different person arrives with the gin bottle, success. However upon checkout there were a bunch of mini bar items charged which I hadn't consumed, and in fact were not even missing. I hate having to have that conversation but after only 3 words they were ”happy to remove them” which makes me think this isn't an uncommon occurrence. I later noticed that the mixers were charged as well where as they should have been included with the gin purchase cost, but I couldn't be bothered wasting my time to try and sort it out. Club lounge service was attentive but did fill up and get quite busy in the evenings however my drink was always topped up and the staff there were friendly and engaging. Temperature control seems non-existent in the room and I'm convinced it makes no difference what you set it to. I had my do not disturb on until mid morning, so as I was leaving for the day dropped by reception and said I may have missed housekeeping and could they have someone make up the room. Arrived back a few hours later and it hadn't been done. All up a real mixed bag here, but can't help feel my simple requests were a bother and inconvenience.
