Tout et tout était parfait Je n'aurais pas pu demander un meilleur endroit pour rester et profiter de la pièce et tout. Je vais certainement retourner à Stay.. et je vais dire à mes amis et à ma famille.

The entire place smells bad. It's filthy. Staff (except Don) are extremely rude and very unprofessional. In the first room i was put in the garden tub in my room was broken and not able to be used. The phone to the office was broken. The room was not very clean. In the morning I woke up to loud construction in the room next to mine. (No warning of this) and my water was turned off while I was in the shower. (No warning). The furniture is outdated and disgusting. After talking to the front desk I was told I was moving to another room on the other side of the hotel where there wasn't any construction. When I came back that evening to move the nasty, rude, unprofessional lady at the desk that evening kept rolling her eyes when I told her what was going on and that I was supposed to move. She finally called the owner and said he said ”No I'm fine where I'm at”. I woke up the next day again to construction and spoke with the desk again. I was finally moved. The rooms AC did not work, there was no cable. The blankets were filthy. The night stand was sticky and gross. The couch didnt even have the cushions that belong to it on it. There were cushions from an obviously different old dirty couch. The garden tub was falling apart and the cable didn't work. And let's not forget the roaches. The nasty night lady was there so I waited until morning. I told the manager only about the cable and roaches. The owner started screaming and cussing at me saying this is how it is and this is his customer service and if I don't like the condition of the hotel to pack and get my a$$ out. He told me to never rent there again and that if I mentioned anything else wrong he would throw me out of the hotel because he isnthe owner and can. I walked away as I was leaving in the morning and was late for an appointment. I called the site I rented through to report. When they called the hotel the owner lied and said everything was fine. The water never went off and everything was in good working condition and I just wanted a discount and they refused. Beware! I wouldn't dare try the free breakfast due to the bad smell, filthy conditions and roaches here

Notre vacance n'était pas prévue pour commencer avant samedi à notre condo sur la plage, mais nous voulions faire sortir le voyage vendredi, donc nous avons séjourné une nuit à cet Holiday Inn Express! L'hôtel est acceptable mais ces dames Sonya et Donna dans la cafetière pour le petit déjeuner nous sommes chers 🤩 Amoureux de la façon dont ils ont parlé à mes garçons et comment ils semblaient juste si heureux. Le samedi matin, c'était une grande première rencontre pour commencer ma semaine de vacances.

La chambre est à l'aise, et le salon est à l'aise, et le salon est à l'aise. Comme nous n'avons pas de clé, j'ai pris le téléphone. Il s'éloignait de 20-30 temps et il a été répondu. La dame a conseillé qu'elle était au troisième étage et qu'elle serait descendue bientôt. Une minute plus tard, elle est arrivée et a ouvert la porte. Elle nous a vérifiés sans incident et était amicale. Comme je suis extrêmement fatigué d'un jour 20-hour, je voulais juste dormir, donc nous sommes allés directement à la chambre. Ma femme a immédiatement noté plusieurs longueurs moyennes à longues cheveux noirs dans la chambre. Ils étaient au sol dans la salle de bain, dans le coucher, dans la douche. Nous étions tous deux trop fatigués pour faire face à la situation à l'époque, donc nous avons pris quelques photos pour la faire demain matin. Nous avons nettoyé les cheveux et nous sommes allés dormir. Le matin, nous nous sommes rapprocher du bureau et nous avons expliqué ce qui s'était passé. Elle a répondu un peu mal et m'a pris de garde. Elle voulait savoir pourquoi elle n'a pas été rapportée quand nous avons remarqué la question. J'ai expliqué que j'étais fatigué et un peu cranné et que c'était mieux de faire face à la situation quand je suis resté et moins apte à être impuissant. Nous lui avons dit que tout ce que nous voulions était que la chambre soit nettoyée pendant que nous étions partis pour la journée et que son attitude semblait mesurée. Nous n'avons pas été contactés plus loin. De nombreux commentaires parlent de la manière dont les questions se posent, et je ne cherche pas à juger la question, mais plutôt à la manière dont elle est traitée. Je ne pense pas que cela ait été géré de la meilleure manière possible. Le restaurant est très confortable, le restaurant est très confortable et le restaurant est très confortable.
