Le personnel de service de l'hôtel est très poli, mais les équipements de la chambre sont vraiment mauvais, donc je ne suis vraiment pas satisfait !

We had an amazing week here - faultless from start to finish. We stayed in the B&B paying for full access to the hotel facilities and half board. Rooms were spotless and super comfortable. The hotel spa and pool area just lovely and everyone looked forward to a swim in the outdoor pool after skiing. Super convenient for the slopes and added bonus of shuttle bus if you didn’t want to walk. Call them at the end of the day to pick you up from the lifts too. The food was delicious and varied every night - catering for all different dietary needs within our group. Icing on the cake were the exceptionally friendly staff who could not do enough to make the stay as wonderful as possible. The bar area was lovely and social and a fabulous place to retire to for cake and a drink after skiing. We all loved it.

Grande location (centriquement située), belles chambres spacieuses, excellent petit déjeuner :-) Un magasin de charcuterie juste à côté de la porte, vous pouvez acheter des choses à manger pendant vos déplacements. Les personnes du bureau de front étaient très aimables et utiles, tout comme le personnel que nous traversions avec :-. Notre but était de marcher et nous étions très heureux avec notre séjour de 5 nuits ici. Vous pouvez facilement aller à plusieurs ascenseurs, à des voitures à câble ou à des fournicules pour commencer chaque jour à explorer une autre partie spectaculaire de Val Gardena.

Nous sommes restés ici avec un chien et un bébé, la chambre était grande, avec une entrée très pratiquement meublée pour garder les chaussures et chaussures, parachutes, sacs, etc. Salle de bain large avec bidet, tin, serviettes, tout très propre. Les lits sont confortables et de bonne qualité, larges. Nous dormons très bien. Le brunch est généreux et frais, il y a tout ce que vous pouvez demander : les cornes, le pain frais, les céréales, différents types de lait, la viande, les salades, et lxs méserxs sont très gentils, toujours prêts à aider. Le meilleur est le service : j'ai oublié quelques chaussures et ils m'ont fait le bien de les remettre par courrier gratuit. Si nous revenons à Ortisei, nous reviendrons ici. Merci pour tout!

This hotel is an oasis. I got an amazing massage and used all the steam rooms and saunas and boy was it relaxing. Everything is stunningly picturesque and serene. We even used the outdoor pool in mid October and I have never been in a pool so heated and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accomodating and the most helpful. I would return many times over and recommend this place to anyone. It IS as nice as it looks in the pictures.

J'étais déjà allé au restaurant et en me souvenant de la bonne nourriture, je suis revenu cette fois aussi et j'ai mangé si bien que pendant trois soirs avec ma famille, nous n'avons pu faire que dîner dans ce salon. Local caractérisé aux pieds des montagnes, avec une vaste place où garent certains campings. Personnel plus que gentil et professionnel. Bonne nourriture : conseil de canards, gulasch, cotolette milanaise, strudel...comunque chaque portée vraiment bonne et, selon moi, la cuisine peut être considérée comme l'une des meilleures de tout Ortisei. Prix équitable: un restaurant à conseiller et j'espère nous revenir sur mon prochain voyage. Félicitations au chef et au personnel tout ! S.D. de Perugia

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé dans le centre de la ville. Notre chambre était grande et propre et avait un très bon balcon qui regardait la ville, et le son de la rivière était gentil à entendre la nuit. Les personnes qui y travaillent étaient très utiles et amicales, en particulier la femme qui fait le petit-déjeuner buffet et fait le café pour commander (Alina?), et la femme qui dirige le bureau de front.
