Nous avons choisi cette propriété sur la base de la localisation et des équipements, et c'est un très bon hôtel urbain. La maison était propre et il était facile de trouver avec de grandes options de repas à proximité. Le service était fantastique. Nous avons rapidement vérifié et reçu des informations utiles sur la meilleure façon de décharger notre bagage et d'accéder au garage de stationnement. Lorsque nous avons besoin d'articles comme de savons supplémentaires et d'un sèche-cheveux (car il n'y avait pas d'articles disponibles dans la chambre), nous avons pu obtenir immédiatement les articles. Le lit de canapé était confortable et avait toutes les bonnes chaussures (à la différence des autres propriétés que nous avons connues sur cette voyage). Une chose qui m'a fait hésiter de donner à cet hôtel une excellente notation était le petit déjeuner. Il avait différentes options, mais il n'était pas grand. Le café en particulier était terrible! Comme c'est un Homewood Suites, il y avait beaucoup d'invités avec des animaux de compagnie, y compris des chiens grands qui ont créé une perturbation.

Il est difficile de trouver une maison à distance de la maison, mais après 8 semaines je peux vraiment dire que le personnel de cet hôtel a fait de leur mieux pour héberger et fourni un excellent service à la clientèle. Sean, Orlando, Anthony, Kia, le chef du camp David, et tout le personnel de cuisine et de nettoyage de maisons étaient bienvenus, professionnels et attentifs à toutes mes besoins et demandes. Si vous êtes dans la petite zone de Rock pour toute la durée, je vous recommande vivement de rester à cet hôtel.

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas mauvais, à l'exception des légumes, du lait ordinaire, des œufs, des fruits, etc. Bien que l'emplacement ne soit pas au bord de la rivière la plus prospère, il faudra 10 à 20 minutes pour se rendre à la rivière et 10 minutes au musée Clinton. Les installations sont un peu vieilles, mais le prix n'est pas mauvais. L'hôtel dispose d'une navette pour l'aéroport, sur appel, lorsque le bus sort pour envoyer quelqu'un d'autre, l'hôtel s'appelle Uber, gratuit pour l'aéroport, le service est attentionné !

The location was convenient and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The room was nice and spacious and smelled very clean. We ate at the Capital Grill and the food was super yummy! My only minor complaint was that a coffee pot was not available in our room and there is no room service. They do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, it ends service at 9:00 am. These were just minor things but might affect your morning plans if you’re a late sleeper. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas!

Paid for a ”suite”; no couch or chair to sit on. There was a rolling desk chair. The room was recently renovated so perhaps the new furniture hasn't come in. Nice large TV for the bed but I couldn't pull up a channel guide. Expanded cable the best I could tell. No premium channels; the best I could tell. Room was clean; comfortable bed. I consider it a safe area; next door to a Twin Peaks restaurant. Prepaid online through Wyndham's website. Check in employee could not see that the reservation was paid; although she admitted the reservation rate was ”pay now”. Sort of self explanatory. She would not accept me showing the charge on my credit card. I personally had to call Wyndham headquarters who in turn called her to instruct her to check me in. This meant looking up the confirmation number and writing it down to communicate with corporate after a day of travel. The Wyndham agent apologized for the experience; the employee did not. I left the desk feeling as if she still thought I was lying. She was never rude but a semi apology for the confusion was warranted and putting me through the hassle of having to call corporate. Having top rewards status with Wyndham should have meant something; or so I thought. Breakfast was much better than expected considering there were very few tenants with the renovation. Pre-fab eggs, link sausage, biscuits/gravy plus many forms of carbs. Several restaurants in the general area; with many choices within a mile. Close to the main freeway but far away enough to be a quiet environment. I understand it will be changed to a Best Western when the renovation is done. I will not return.

Nous avons commencé à rester ici il y a plus d'un an quand nous avons commencé à voyager 2 1/2hrs loin de chez nous pour de nombreuses appointments de médecins, cet hôtel est le meilleur que nous ayons jamais séjourné à! Tout employé est extrêmement agréable et utile! Phyllis, le directeur général, est comme une famille pour nous maintenant! Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, tout sent propre dans l'hôtel, les lits sont très confortables, le petit déjeuner est également très bon! C'était un bon séjour. Nous nous arrêtons habituellement ici sur notre chemin vers le Kentucky et de retour. Cependant, cette fois, en cherchant une belle tasse de thé, la sélection était Poot et l'eau était froide. Nous avons également essayé de faire Mac et quei et la micro-ondes n'a pas fonctionné très bien. Nous avons poussé 2:30 minutes et il est arrivé 4:00 min. C'était un peu de déposer. La porte de douche s'est aussi échappée au sol. La bonne partie - ils étaient amis et la chambre était propre.

I typically only review hotels that are either really bad or exceptionally good. This hotel is one of the best Hilton products in which we have stayed. I am very picky about cleanliness in hotels and I must say that this place was immaculate. The shower doors were spotless and look as though they were just installed, despite the hotel being nearly 2 years old. The bed was comfortable and sheets very soft. The heating/ac unit was reasonably quiet with no loud transition sounds. I love the little kitchen area with full size sink and dish detergent which allowed me to wash out the cups that we travel with. The staff, both evening and morning, were polite and helpful. The breakfast area is huge and brightly lit and, again, spotless. The hot breakfast was very good with a large variety of items from which to choose. We have been Hampton Inn devotees for years but Home 2 Suites may become our new go to hotel while on the road. The only drawback is their open door pet policy but we were assured that floors 3 and 4 are pet free. We have nothing against pets but suffer from dander allergies.

We stayed four nights at the Quality Inn & Suites in Little Rock, AR. The hotel was great but a little difficult to find. I would suggest calling ahead to get directions as my GPS wasn't accurate. We were there during the tornado and would have stayed a fifth night except the hotel lost power due to the storm and I required eletrical power for my CPAP machine. The management was kind enough to not charge me for the fifth night even though we didn't check out until around 9:00 p.m. Nice people to work with and a nice facility.

We had such a lovely stay, but the loveliest of all was Ms. Shinitia Jackson. She worked the front desk both days of our stay and is one of the kindest and most genuine souls I’ve ever met. She was so helpful and set us multiple times on the complimentary shuttle (another major plus to this hotel). The rooms were nice, the free breakfast was a plus. It’s simple, but we really enjoyed it, and the location was perfect for our needs. I’d definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Little Rock.

Il faut absolument mettre à jour cet hôtel. J'étais en ville pour une conférence et j'attendais plus pour ce que j'avais à payer. Mon chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur, de micro-ondes, et de câbles téléphoniques. Les ascenseurs étaient très lents et, lorsque j'arrivais, au milieu de mai, il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la piscine. Ils l'ont enfin rempli le jour avant de partir.

We just recently stayed at Guest Inn and Suites in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our stay was wonderful and extremly comfortable. One of the reason it was so comfortable and welcoming was made possible by our desk clerk, Latonya. She is extremely friendly and welcoming!! I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Little Rock, especially if you are needing to visit CHI St. Vincent Infirmary, which is in walking distance from the hotel!!!

I recently lost my house from a fire we lost everything! I originally stayed at the courtyard downtown which was way too pricey and not even a very nice room. I was happily surprised when I called to make a reservation here and the woman on the phone was kind & helpful & even got me a discounted rate! Check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very welcoming. The lobby & breakfast area is large and has a nice modern vibe. I booked a 2 queen bed room and I was so impressed with the room! The bathroom was huge!! The fridge was a larger size mini fridge that worked very well (my last rooms had terrible fridges) the courtyard also didn't have microwaves in their rooms so I was pleased to see 1. I loved the detachable shower head and there was a large closet with a mirror as the door. I was really pleased with this hotel up until I went downstairs to their market at about 4 AM I grabbed a couple pops and as soon as I went to pay the guy at the desk came running out from the back office screaming at me that the market was closed going on to say the light was off so that means it's C L O S E D! (He spelled it out for me) I was confused and asked if I did something wrong he continued to scream at me to put the things back and before I could say another word he told me no! There are no vending machines on the property if I wanted something to drink I would have to leave the property and buy them somewhere else. I tried asking why it was closed and why he was screaming at me as if I had done something wrong and said bye bye! And went back to the back room behind the desk slamming the door. I have no idea what his problem was I have never seen a market close at hotel before guests shouldn't have to leave the property at 4 am if they want something to drink and definitely shouldn't be chased off and screamed at and given no explanation for his madness. This guy was absolutely INSANE! I will definitely be talking with the manager in the morning. I feel like such a Karen right now I NEVER leave reviews or talk to management but I am so upset right now. Overall I am really happy with the hotel and the rest of the staff I will be staying here again hopefully the overnight guy gets his act together

La chambre était telle qu'on l'attendait, sauf qu'il n'y avait pas de service de chambre... ils n'ont pas dû nous le demander, mais ils ne nous l'ont pas dit lors de l'enregistrement. Les lits étaient très confortables. Le petit déjeuner, c'est généralement ce que j'aime sur les chaînes Marriott... la cohérence. Eh bien, il y avait une version «hot» qui avait un omelette enveloppé, et un quartier de waffles enveloppé. La chambre de l'omélette était chaude et un peu soignée, la vache était froide, humide et soignée (la lancée). Notre deuxième matin, sur notre sortie de la ville, nous avons mangé notre petit déjeuner.

Un hôtel d'affaires bien réglementé avec des installations simples. Le service gratuit de prise en charge et de dépose de l'hôtel est toujours très bon, vous pouvez également appeler la navette du centre-ville de l'hôtel, donner un pourboire au chauffeur

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable, mais il est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre de bain a été bien entretenue et toutes les zones ont été entièrement stockées avec les objets nécessaires. Le petit déjeuner était super, avait un peu de tout et était parfaitement stocké.

I have stayed here several times previously - primarily because they have a restaurant. This is the last time I will stay: check-in took about 30 minutes; before I reached my room my credit card was already charged for two nights, giving me no chance to cancel 2nd night (although my rate allowed that); rate actually charged to my credit card was about 30% higher than the confirmed rate - front desk had no explanation for that. Restaurant service non-existent: tried twice, each time for 15 minutes with the sole waitress (also had to tend the bar) running past me numerous times. I usually am not too critical, but this was simply too much, too bad.

L'hôtel est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que j'ai jamais séjourné et que ma famille et moi-même voyagent beaucoup. Le gestionnaire général Tracy est l'un des meilleurs dans l'entreprise et m'a suivi jusqu'au jour où notre organisation est arrivé sur le site. Les chambres sont très confortables et confortables. The location was convenient and the staff were absolutely wonderful! The room was nice and spacious and smelled very clean. We ate at the Capital Grill and the food was super yummy! My only minor complaint was that a coffee pot was not available in our room and there is no room service. They do offer complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, it ends service at 9:00 am. These were just minor things but might affect your morning plans if you’re a late sleeper. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas!
