J' ai séjourné pour 3D2N à Rm 323. Pour le prix payé , j' ai attendu plus de Casa Del Rio Melaka Hotel. 1. Le verrouillage de la porte de glissement vers le balcon est défectueux. 2. La porte de verre de douche est moulée, le gazon de caoutchouc moulé peut être facilement remplacé. 3. Alors que la douche se faisait, la piège de la planche était apparemment choquée, le niveau de l'eau a presque atteint mon ancêtre. 4. Le sol de la salle de bain n'est pas propre. 5. Les toilettes sont également très lents dans la dépollution des déchets. 6. Windows & Door n'a pas de preuve de son. J'étais réveillé par le son des crackers de feu, pyrotechnie. Je ne pouvais pas dormir. Il est évident que le garde-house n'a pas nettoyé / sanitairement complètement avant de donner la lumière verte à l'invité pour se rendre. L'hôtel est situé à proximité du Palau de Dataran. J'apprécie que l'hôtel nous ait permis de sortir tard pour que je puisse accomplir ma prière. Si je reviens à Casa del Rio, c'est parce que son emplacement me rend très bien.

Location is good, near to the city centre (Little India, Jonker Walk, A, Famosa etc). Ample space at the gym, there were some renovation works on the pool but it was opened for guests. Room was spacious with a good view of the city. 

Nous venions d'un autre hôtel et avons réussi à nous enregistrer plus tôt que d'habitude, à 15 h. La réceptionniste était très sympathique et nous a même félicités pour notre anniversaire. La chambre était en préparation : des cygnes en serviette et des fleurs étaient disposés sur le lit. Il y avait même des fruits et un gâteau au chocolat pour nous souhaiter notre anniversaire. Il y avait même un mot de bienvenue. La chambre était vraiment spacieuse, propre et bien rangée. J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour au Dusit Princess. J'avais accès au salon au dernier étage. Belle vue ! Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent ! Je recommande vivement à ma famille et à mes amis de venir. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Booked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅 Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy. Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough. Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue. Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near. Overall a good stay and very happy to return.

The gesture was nice by the hotel as we celebrated our anniversary over at the hotel . We both love the bathtub, something rare to have in the city. Breakfast was fantastic however i though i will be having buffer however due to the size of the hotel, it is understandable. Will return again!

It’s a wonderful place to stay during your visit in Melaka ,decorated with the exquisite taste,we adore every detail in the hotel,perfect location as well.The breakfast is on the menu ,rice,noodles or English breakfast,there are some local pastries and local coffee,fruits,breads,soup,juice.In the evening we had some sweets to try before sleeping,coffee /tea time once a day is for free in the coffee area,but unfortunately during our stay the machine was broken,so we enjoyed the tea.The shampoo is branded l’occitane ,nice choice.snacks in a room are free to try ,as some fruits .we love to stay in your hotel.P.S. We had a fan as a gift during check out 😍

Clean and big house come with playground set, good for family with children. Nearby got variety delicious food to eat.
