L'hôtel est un peu loin, il n'y a pas de restaurants ou d'attractions à proximité Chaque fois que vous voulez sortir, vous allez ailleurs. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le repas du salon est un peu lent. La tête de chargement de la chambre est longuement désactivée. Je ne peux pas me faire la tête. C'est bon, mais les niveaux ne sont pas de cinq étoiles.

un hôtel qui mérite ses 5 étoiles locales. Belle piscine, très propre (l'entretien est continuel dans les parties communes), le service est attentif et à la hauteur des 5 étoiles; La restauration (nous étions en 1/2 pension) est de bonne qualité, une fois par semaine il y a dans le second resto une soirée grecque avec musique et repas grecque délicieux (35€/personne avec 30% de remise si vous etes en 1/2 Pension) presque tous les soir animation musicale au bord de la piscine (DJ, violoncelliste, musique grecque, ..) hotel à un peu plus de 100 m de la plage mais cette dernière n'est pas exceptionnel (la majorité de la surface est prise par les transat à louer) et est très étroite La concierge (Hanna) est de bons conseils pour aider dans le choix des visites/activités à faire Le SPA mériterais d'être rénové (douche multijets et steambath en panne) et amélioré pour être au regard du reste des prestations.

Très bon séjour au Meandros ! Un très bon accueil de la part de l’hôtesse et tout le personnel de l’hôtel pendant la durée de notre séjour. Nous avons choisit la chambre deluxe avec piscine privée avec vue sur le jardin, idéal pour passer du temps au calme. La chambre était spacieuse, petit bémol pour la salle de bain qui devrait peut-être être remise au goût du jour. Petit déjeuné complet et varié, le restaurant de la piscine propose de bon plats typiques mais aussi des burgers. Quant aux cocktails, un sans faute ! Nous avons voulu goûter chaque jour un nouveau cocktail qui était proposé à la carte. Dans l’ensemble un sans faute, nous avons passés de magnifiques moments à Zakynthos !

We don't understand the negative reviews written about this hotel, we have never stayed anywhere as a family where we felt our happiness was put front and centre like it was here. Due to food allergies and dietary needs communication was established with George the manager before flying, who quickly assured us that as soon as we arrived our needs would be noted and met, and they certainly were! Dinos the chef came out to speak to us every night about meals we could eat or what he could whip up in the kitchen for our daughter, and Esmeralda was extremely helpful in the morning and lunch time slots to make sure we had what was needed both always with a smile and a hello. The food is amazing, the variety was fantastic and nothing was too much, we didn't ask for anything special but I'm now slightly addicted to the fritters Dinos cooked up! If you are a vegan, the food they provided - the burgers, fake chicken, kebabs etc was way better than what is available in the UK supermarkets. They provided dairy free butter and cheese and always showed us the packaging to double check. Grateful to George for the supermarket runs! The hotel is very clean and maintained to a high standard, the majority of the staff are so lovely, polite and welcoming, and learning a few basic greek phrases such as hello and thank you just seemed to make their day. The pool and beach areas are fantastic, even if they were busy it wasn't long before beds became available. Inclusive drinks were good, including the beer. Evening entertainment was brilliant and the social areas outside and the rooftop bar were comfortable and always clean. The town is a short walk down the beach (got lost trying to go down the roads, use the beach to the main ***** then head up). Again this hotel was a fantastic stay, George and his team made us feel like family visiting - and honestly what more could you ask for. N.B. If you are reading this from the UK thinking of booking with TUI - please don't. They were abysmal from start to finish, from check in (one staff member 300 people to check in) to return, TUI were a waste of money, and the days they book you into the hotel make no sense, as a family we had to pay for an extra day as our pick up was 3am and check out was 11am the day before - this is not the Galaxy's fault, but TUIs and they don't listen nor care, Zante airport was full of disgruntled families and travellers from all over Zante 100-200 euros out of pocket because TUI couldn't organise a drink in a brewery. There were no reps around, and the reps available on the app were robotic and the most non empathic people ever communicated with. JET2 were seen at the hotel a few times, book with them. As a family we loved our stay at the Galaxy, George and his team, including Dinos and Esmerelda made our stay an unforgettable one.

Tout le personnel est fantastique et un patrimoine pour St Johns. Nous avons réservé une villa de 3 chambres avec Jet2, il n'a pas été déçu, il était propre, spacieux entièrement climatisé, piscine privée, ce que vous avez besoin d'autre sur cette belle île. La promenade à Tsilivli est à environ 10-15 mins de la colline, ce qui n'est pas mauvais à être équitable, beaucoup de restaurants et bars incroyables pour profiter de la nuit. Je pense sincèrement que c'est juste ce que nous avons tous besoin après avoir été coincés chez nous pendant 2 ans. Merci beaucoup à l'équipe à la villa de St John. Maintenez le travail dur, il est très apprécié. À bientôt.

L'hôtel est situé dans une situation fantastique, mais il pourrait vraiment profiter d'une réparation à moins de la lobby ou du restaurant que ce qui a un bon sentiment rétro . Notre chambre était un jumelage confortable avec balcon, chambre 214 pour être précis, je ne peux pas dire qu'elle n'avait pas tout ce que vous attendiez juste que ce qui était là était fatigué avec très peu de lumière naturelle sauf si vous avez ouvert la porte à la balconie et laisser dans l'air très chaud (en ce moment 35c) La douche/baignoire était également très difficile à entrer/extraire .

Peaceful, friendly, helpful and generous establishment. My husband who is Coeliac and cannot eat gluten at all was extremely well catered for at every meal. The staff were very careful and double checked food with chef when unsure about recipe ingredients. We had a swim up room which was spacious and had air con, mini fridge, coffee pod machine , slippers, robes, pool towels and a super comfy double bed. Every evening there was additional housekeeping to replace towels and robes and chocolates were left on the bed too. There is a book exchange with books in different languages so a book for everyone. We were lucky enough to be there for olive harvesting and it was really interesting experience with lots of lovely local food and drink to try after we practiced beating the olives from the branches. The sea is still lovely and warm so great for a dip if you find the hotel pool a bit chilly. There are events happening every day around the hotel and they are happy to help you plan an outing away from the local area too. The grounds are varied and lots of different areas to relax in the sun or the shade if you prefer. Some of the other reviews only mention perceived negatives/ minor irregularities but the positives way out do ****************** you may find with the venue. Go with a warm heart and you will be met with the same.

Vous choisirez cet hôtel pour sa localisation, le café grec servi avec gentillesse (sur demande). Vous ne choisirez pas cet hôtel si votre définition d’un 4 étoiles est: salle de bain lumineuse avec douche moderne et joints blancs, une insonorisation couloir-chambre maximale, un nettoyage quotidien des chambres ( cependant les serviettes sont changées chaque jour et le lit est fait également), une amabilité et une écoute des réceptionnistes, un air co et un frigo silencieux … tout cela fait défaut. Cet hôtel a besoin d’un grand coup de rafraîchissement, il est également indispensable de vérifier l’ouverture du roof top et de la piscine, (en saison ne veut pas dire « mai »). Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais sans plus.

En centre ville, à proximité du château vénitien. Le parking est souvent plein, mais il y a un petit frère pour vous aider à vous arrêter ailleurs. Le prix est bon marché, la chambre est grande, la chambre vue mer permet de regarder le lever du soleil, et le petit déjeuner est bon. L'école primaire à côté est très animée. Vers 8 heures, les enfants ont commencé à faire des ennuis. La poupée est très mignonne. Je veux tenir quelques pièces de théâtre.

L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Nous avons plaint à la réception de ce sujet, ils ont pulvérisé une fois, mais le problème n'a pas été résolu. Bel hôtel avec un superbe emplacement. Annoncé comme un 4 étoiles mais équivaut à un 3 étoiles français. Notre chambre avait vu sur un mini golf désaffecté, sur une structure métallique à l'abandon et sur un terrain de tennis où un pauvre chien montait la garde sous une chaleur infernale ! La literie est convenable, les finitions de la chambre laisse à désirer pour un hôtel soi disant rénové récemment (tuyaux sortant du sol cachés par un enrobage en plastique). La salle de bain est grande mais la baignoire n'a pas de rideau et le flexible est percé du coup on met de l'eau partout. Le petit déjeuner et le diner sont servis sous forme de buffet c'est correct mis à part que c'est quasiment toujours pareil et pas de jus de fruits frais (que du chimique). L'eau est payante le soir. Le midi rien n'est proposé, pas de snacking ni de vente de chips ou autre. La terrasse est très agréable avec une jolie vue. Le personnel du restaurant et du bar est hyper mal aimable heureusement que les 2 personnes de l'accueil et le personnel de ménage relèvent un peu la note. Il y a des chambres avec piscine privées mais elles sont juste au dessous de la terrasse du restaurant donc niveau intimité c'est zéro ! Le parking est grand et gratuit ainsi que les navettes qui vous emmènent dans le centre ou à la plage de Tsilivi. Niveau qualité prix c'est plus que moyen.

We have been to Kalamaki many times over the years, and have walked passed the Athina Apartments on our visits, so we took the plunge and booked to stay here for 9 nights from the 8th September. The apartments are ideally located. They literally back onto the main ***** in Kalamaki, and are a few minutes walk from the main Kalamaki beach. We stayed in a top floor room, overlooking the pool. The view was great, and lovelly to wake up to in the morning or to enjoy of an evening before venturing out. Because we faced away from the main *****, we did not hear it at all. The rooms are basic, and could do with a little spruce up, but they are clean and comfortable, so that's what is most important. If you are looking to cook in the room, the cooking facilities consist of 2 hot rings and that's it. There is no oven or even a microwave. So you may struggle. But if like us, the only thing we cooked in the room was some toast for breakfast (yes there is a toaster and a kettle) then its fine. The pool area has been recently installed / renovated. Its is a lovely area, however during our entire stay, we did not see any member of staff tidy up the area at all, not even straighten the sun beds at the end of the day. When we had finished using the beds, we always tidied up after ourselves, and straighten the beds up etc, but not everyone did. So the pool area tends to look very untidy at the end of the day, which is such a shame, as it looks very tranquil in the evening, so it would be nice if it looked neat too :-) There is no lift in the hotel, so if you have struggle walking up flights of stairs, we would suggest opting for a ground floor apartment. However these do open up right onto the pool area so privacy will be a factor. The staff were great, and were always at hand should you need them. Would we stay again? Of course we would! In fact we have already booked to return again next September!!

Nous sommes 2020.6.3, et nous avons dit que nous étions le premier groupe d'invités après l'épidémie. Nous avons réservé la chambre la plus haute avec un balcon grand! Ce balcon est également super digne, le paysage est vraiment super. Vous pouvez voir le soleil le matin, le paysage de la nuit est également très bon, le ciel et la mer sont différents de la nuit à la nuit. Vous pouvez voir la mer dans le lit. L'île est très bien connue de la Chine et de la lettre Microsoft. Ils ont aussi beaucoup de choix pour un voyage de jour. L'île est très connue de l'île et nous emmènera à de nombreux endroits beaux du paysage. La pression de la baignoire de l'hôtel n'est pas très stable et les installations sont générales. La position et le paysage sont de première classe. Si vous ne savez pas comment aller à l'île pour la première fois, les gens qui vont ici recommander d'habiter, la force de la pression vous aidera.

The property itself is so beautiful, the location is stunning, it has a very welcoming feeling due to it not beinh a big hotel. Breakfast is yummy, and the hospitality is just wonderful. The staff feels like a family and the vibe allover is just incredible. The owner even arranged a car hire for us, the agency brought the car to the property, we didn't need to do much ourselves, it was a perfect vacation and i would highly recommend staying here. What i also liked very much was the fact that at the time of our stay there were no families with small children (it felt super relaxing) so the pool was always available, also enough sunbeds for everyone and there were floaties and balls in the pool so we could also play and chill if we wanted to. But otherwise the place seems also great for families. The staff made sure we had a great time :)

Très confortable lit et bonnes cuillères Pas de piscine mais la plage 2 minutes mais les pebbles donc besoin de chaussures et l'hôtel meurt ne fournit pas de serviettes. L'hôtel nous a dit de marcher un peu plus loin et nous avons trouvé une plage beaucoup plus jolie - à seulement 5 minutes de marche. Elle avait également excellent WiFi sur la plage. Ne bois pas l'eau - l'hôtel offre de l'eau potable pour la première nuit seulement, les nuits suivantes vous devez acheter votre propre. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très proche, qui est très proche de la ville de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec du jus d'orange frais et un bon café. Ils étaient un peu médiocres sur les tissus, mais ils ont dû demander un haut et ils ont été donnés un petit truc pour les objets dans la boîte à tissus!

Difficult one to rate as weather when we visited wasn’t great, few storms, power outage, rain sometimes, not so warm at times! But not the hotel’s fault of course. We were given an upgrade to a refurbished room which was good. Breakfast was ok , staff were friendly . The best beach in the area in our opinion was near, Saint Nicholas beach. Pool looked good but too cold for us to sample! The majority of the beach bars in the area were closed ( there was one open on Saint Nicks) as was one of the only two local taverna’s. It was a 20 min walk uphill and along a road ( not that busy) to other taverna’s. So for us the location was too quiet especially with the closures . By the 15th October , virtually everything was due to be closed in the area. There is a bus stop nearby to Zante town which is worthwhile using. So, hotel would be good for a quiet holiday but personally would avoid October unless a late booking with a reasonable weather forecast!

Cet hôtel est très bien, l'emplacement est bon, l'excursion d'une journée sera prise en charge à l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner est particulièrement copieux, très sain. Et surtout, le propriétaire de l'hôtel est très, très bon, la patronne est très jeune et belle, et surtout le tempérament, et un grand-père, est aussi très bon. Mon téléphone portable est tombé à la mer, il ne s'est pas allumé, puis j'ai trouvé un outil pour ouvrir le téléphone portable. Grand-père était très patient et a étudié avec moi. Il était gêné quand il avait des ennuis au milieu de la nuit. Il a demandé au magasin de téléphonie mobile à proximité, et la patronne m'a également montré de la patience. route! Parce que le téléphone est cassé, je n'ai pas beaucoup mangé. Je suis descendu à 1 heure du soir pour trouver des nouilles instantanées, ou le grand-père m'a aidé à faire bouillir les ampoules. Bref, je donne une note parfaite à cet hôtel ! ! ! ! ! Évaluation de conscience !
