L'hôtel propose tout le confort avec de grandes chambres et une salle de bain généreuse. Tout était très propre et le service de chambre irréprochable (serviettes changées, mini-bar réapprovisionné, etc.). Les chambres sont bien insonorisées et on n'étend ni les voisins ni le passage dans le couloir avec les claquements de portes qui vont avec. L'hôtel dispose également d'un spa avec plusieurs saunas, un hammam et une grande piscine, le tout très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Dans l'hôtel se trouve également plusieurs restaurants dont un nouveau dédié au show cooking style japonais qu'on a conseillé de tester. Le chef a préparé tout un ensemble de plats (très copieux) tout en jonglant avec ses ustensiles tel qu'on peut le trouver dans les régions d'Asie.

De passage à Sibiu, cet hôtel très central (à 5 min à pied du centre ancien, et à moins de 30 min à pied de la gare) est idéal pour partir à la découverte de la ville. Même s'il commence à avoir un peu de bouteille, les chambres sont très confortables, très propres, modernes et bien équipées. Le personnel est très pro, et le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix est de bonne qualité. Rajoutez à cela, que le tarif étant ajusté, l'on obtient un excellent rapport qualité/prix. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir.

The hotel is on the center of the city 5 minutes walk from the Brukenthal Museum and The City Hall. Very rich and tasty breakfast. We will be back for sure!

Tout va bien jusqu'à ce que vous arrivez dans la chambre, où vous avez beaucoup de surprises désagréables: apparence dépassée, produits sanitaires chiffrés, jaunes par la pierre déposée, portes qui ne se ferment pas, Il est placé sur le sol et quand vous le tournez, il fait un bruit terrible. Impossible de dormir la nuit avec elle sur, et la fenêtre ouverte est inutile sur les nuits chaudes. In fact, I had a reservation, but I refused to stay at the hotel due to the conditions and the rudeness of the staff (who were probably following the owner's instructions). The German-named hotel, a rip-off, was pretty much like the one I got with Johannis. You check in, go to your room, and find that it's very hot. You fiddle with the high-tech AC control system on a tablet embedded in the wall, only to discover that it's already set to the minimum temperature with the ventilation at maximum, yet it still displays 27 degrees in the room. You take off your shoes and sit by the ventilation grille, noticing a slight breeze (and I'm not exaggerating, just a slight breeze) that probably aims for 25-26 degrees. I've spent several years cumulatively in hotels, so I know their tricks. I open TripAdvisor and search for reviews, and of course, all the ones from the summer period complain about the lack of AC. I go down to the reception and ask the lady there if they have any rooms where the AC works and if they won't shuffle me from room to room as they did with other tourists who had written about this ”strategy,” probably devised by the rude owner. The lady assures me that she will solve my problem: two more rooms and luggage tours through the hotel, only to find out that it was exactly as I suspected: no room could provide a decent temperature. The lowest was 26 degrees with the AC running at maximum for 5 hours (in a colleague's room who had arrived earlier). I don't understand two things: How does a place like this get a 4-star rating? Probably the same way gas stations between buildings do. What kind of owner is so rude and stingy that they won't solve the problem and won't instruct their staff to try to fool the customer by shuffling them from room to room, even though they have reviews from 2022 pointing out the issue? PS: I mustn't forget two more aspects: brown wooden doors in a design with white and gray in the rooms; it's as if a blind person thought of the color combination. The parking lot might be enough for 10% of the rooms, and the reception lady encourages you to park at the nearby Mega Image supermarket where the parking spaces are marked as for the store's customers. When you ask if that's not a problem, you're told to put your car in a less noticeable spot in the back; otherwise, the store staff might notice and come to ”complain” about it. This is Romanian tourism (even with a German name) in the ”land of well-done things.”

L'hôtel dit quatre étoiles sur la face, mais en ligne dit trois ou trois étoiles et demi. Cela semble plus précis. Il est un hôtel de midi, certainement pas luxueux, mais acceptable par les normes internationales. La chambre était de bonne taille et avait un bel balcon sur le parc. J'aimais vraiment l'emplacement près du parc immense, bien qu'il soit 15-20 minutes de marche à la vieille ville. Il semble être une bonne position de compromis entre la ville et le pays. Le parking était gratuit mais foulé et chaotique et il a fait un effort pour trouver un endroit pour l'agent. Le lit était exceptionnellement confortable, si vous aimez les raccords que je fais. Il était très bon et très bon séjour, mais deux zones qui étaient moins de cinq étoiles étaient la salle de bain, qui avait un odeur d'égouts léger et nul que certains anciens systèmes de pipeline ont et le petit-déjeuner. Le pain et les pâtes n'étaient pas très frais et le jus n'était pas réel.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce grand hôtel avec un groupe de tours et il était bon, dites, 3.5 hôtel étoile. Il était bien situé, à seulement 1 km de la place principale et offrait une chambre confortable, un restaurant/sensation de petit déjeuner. La chambre a toutes les besoins d'un sèche-cheveux, d'un congélateur, de frigo et de Wi-Fi gratuit, bien que la douche ait peut-être été un peu plus forte. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a dîné une nuit, ce qui a entraîné une légère tristesse - et c'est le personnel qui a été difficile à trouver. Le petit déjeuner était bon, avec une gamme de plats chauds et froids et donc satisfaisant. Passant une seule nuit là-bas, nous n'avions pas besoin d'utiliser n'importe quelle autre facilité qui aurait pu être disponible.

L'hôtel est dans une petite rue, très calme, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la vieille ville, cet hôtel dispose de dix chambres, petites et chics. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, il est plus difficile de transporter de gros bagages à l'étage. La décoration de la chambre est plus moderne, climatisation split, équipée de machine à café et bouilloire, et la TV peut recevoir la CGTV. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de variétés pour le petit déjeuner, plusieurs sortes de pains et de charcuterie, et quelques noix, concombres et poivrons rouges. Vous pouvez demander au serveur des omelettes. C'est le seul plat chaud. Les grandes serviettes de bain dans la chambre sentaient très mauvais. On ne sait pas s'il n'a pas été nettoyé ou stocké.

L'expérience est très bizarre. D'une part, le lieu semblait nouveau et moderne. D'autre part, nous avons eu des questions à contrôler, nous avons eu un autre ensemble de chambres avec le même taux et de quelque façon n'a pas annulé l'un sur réservation. Mais disons qu'il était réglé. La salle de bains était mauvaise et la douche avait des problèmes. La salle de bains a besoin de rénovation claire! Pourtant, la dame à la réception est venue sur moi dans la chambre et couru. Je criais parce que je me suis senti comme *** et j'ai été dans la salle parce que je suppose que ma porte n'était pas fermée si quelqu'un entrait. Et il n'y avait pas de service de chambre. En plus bizarre, chaque jour quitte la voiture, le récepteur nous a suivi pour nous vérifier ??? Je veux dire, ils ont le visa si nous devions partir. Juste vraiment hors expérience.
