Je préfère d'abord être insatisfaisante d'un autre hôtel et être dans une rue très fonctionnelle au centre-ville. Mehmet Bey, consilier, est un homme incroyablement aidant avec des sourires. Les chambres étaient très belles et propres, pas très nouvelles, mais belles, le service aérien de l'aéroport sort de l'hôtel. En ce qui concerne les défauts, l'hôtel dispose d'un espace qui est géré par d'autres, mais incomplet et ancien. Il faut le renouveler. Le petit déjeuner est mauvais, pas sale, mais il n'y a pas de types de pains, ils ont mis des pâtes de soirée pour un jour seulement. Ils doivent améliorer le petit déjeuner. Je suis heureux d'être là, si je reviens, je resterai dans cet hôtel, en raison de sa place, de la paix de l'hôtel et de la joie de la chambre.

Magnifique bâtiment ancien rénové avec succès pour offrir le confort moderne sans dénaturer ce bâtiment historique. L’hôtel est très bien placé en centre-ville, les chambres sont confortables et propres, le personnel est très agréable et anglophones pour la plupart (chose rare à Sivas). Seul point négatif, le petit-déjeuner est assez moyen et n’inclut même pas de café. De la même façon, les panniers déjeuner sont une grosse arnaque, c’est juste une toute petite portion des restes du petit-déjeuner et facturé au prix fort !

Votre excellente hospitalité, vos chambres propres et régulières, vos petits-déjeuners variés et délicieux, nous avons reçu à l'hôtel Sivas pendant 4 jours. Nous sommes inexorables, depuis notre arrivée à midi, jusqu'à notre arrivée de la dernière matinée, mais assez soucieux pour nous apporter comme vous voulez, sans qu'il soit appelé par son nom à chaque invité, sans avoir la possibilité de dire la deuxième fois comment vous buvez le café, Je remercie tous vos employés généreux et réputés, tous les familles de l'hôtel Keykavus. Je recommande à Sivas de venir sans aucune inquiétude. Félicitations.

Sevgili Savona oteli çalışanları Merhabalar Sivasa geldiğimde konakladım iyi ve kaliteli otellerden biri diyebilirim. Özellikle konumu ve şehir merkezinde olması bir ayrıcalık benim için. Ayrıca çalışan tüm görevli arkadaşlar ellerinden geldiği kadar görevlerini layıkıyla yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Özellikle otel müdürümüz Yalçın bey gönlü güzel bir insan. Otel Misafirilerinin her derdine deva olmaya çalışıyor, ilgi ve alakada küsur etmiyor. Yine restorant bölümünde görevli olan arkadaşlardan Berfin kızımız görevini layıkıyla yerine getirmeye çalışıyor. Tabi son dönemde yaşanan ekonomik problemlerden dolayı otelimiz minimumda olsa bazı kısıtlamalara gitmiş. Ama bütün bunlara rağmen kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir otel… Bu arada bahsetmeden geçemeyeceğim, otelde SPA merkezi var ve gerçekten çok kaliteli işini bilen elemanları var.
