Очень хотелось бы оставлять отзывы обо всех Амаксах одинаково хорошие, но, всё-таки, гостиницы отличаются ) пусть и в мелочах) Гостиницу посетили в середине июля 2023 года. Расположена она недалеко от исторического центра Перми и недавно реконструированной набережной. Место очень удобное. Все основные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В целом, первое впечатление от гостиницы было достаточно хорошее: чистенькая, аккуратненькая в удобном месте) Парковка для гостей бесплатная, хоть сама по себе и небольшая. Заселили в номер на 4-м этаже. Номер оказался достаточно неплохой. Две сдвинутые вместе кровати (приятно, что персонал заморочался и учёл наши пожелания), тумбочки и ТВ. Полотенца предоставлялись по системе комплект руки/ноги/тело на одного человека. Менялись каждый день, хотя мы на этом не настаивали. Постельное белье также менялось два раза за 5 дней нашего пребывания. Хотели чаще, но мы в этом не видели необходимости. Отдельно следует упомянуть шайтан-машину (фен), при включении которой, по утрам вместе с нами просыпалась вся остальная гостиница, а из ванной воздушным потоком бескомпромиссно выдувалось всё, что не было закреплено гвоздями ))))))))))) Персонал вежливый. Неплохо обучен. Уборка производилась регулярно и ненавязчиво (не было так, что у тебя перед глазами бегает уборщица со шваброй и прямо перед носом что-то моет). Девочки на ресепшне вежливые, учтивые, все запросы выполняли быстро, а в поиске одной турпоездки даже помогли, кинув ссылку на кого-то популярного в местной информационной среде (в результате, у нас всё достаточно быстро организовалось впоследующем). В ресторане персонал тоже обучен достаточно хорошо: вежливые, меню приносят быстро, также быстро реагируют на запросы. Не всегда соблюдается очередность подачи блюд, но это больше не к ним вопрос ) А вот по поварам, не в обиду, но беда-беда ) Меню в ресторане скудненькое, одинаковое изо дня в день и чем-то напоминает больше столовку, нежели ресторан. По факту: бОльшую часть пребывания был ”шведский стол”. Он заключался в том, что было несколько позиций блюд по группам: каши/салаты/супы/второе+мясное/десерт/напитки. Каши - это дело каждого. В принципе, их сложно испортить. Выбор из нескольких каш был и на воде и на молоке. Альтернатива классическая - хлопья с молоком. Памяти Пермских салатов. Складывалось ощущение, что салаты шведского стола вечера плавно перекочевывали в утренние (сделал вывод по одному из видов салата, - т.к. он с вечера был, а с утра был этот же вид салата, но уже с ”отскочившим” соком и горчящей кожицей огурцов + на вкус овощи были уставшими), и хорошо, если в процессе миграции блюда не ”женились” между собой ))) Нарезка классики (огурцы-помидоры-сыр) очень сильно хромала и было ощущение, что её делал не повар, а охранник с парковки (такие увесистые мужицкие квардатищи из овощей, что не каждому дано их осилить с первого раза). И, конечно же, салат недели - курица с фрунчозой: я не знаю, что им такого плохого сделала бедная птичка вместе с замоvendu

L'hôtel est énorme, au centre, presque tout est disponible pour les piétons. Le confort de la chambre luxueuse est énorme, bien équipé. Mais il y a quelques problèmes. Je ne sais même pas comment l'appeler. C'est étrange. Voici un exemple, il y a un pot de thé électrique, un pot de cuisine, une tasse, mais pas de thé ou de café. L'appareil respiratoire a répondu qu'il n'était pas placé. Beat! Il n'y a même pas un couple de sacs de thé dans la meilleure chambre d'hôtel! Le mari était intéressé par le kit de rasage, répondit qu'il coûtait 15 roubles. Qu'est-ce qui est étrange? Est-ce que de nouvelles méthodes d'épargne? Sur les sacs de thé et les mêmes kits de rasage. Nous sommes certainement allés au supermarché à l'opposé et tout cela acheté. Il n'y a pas d'argent, mais l'image de l'hôtel. En outre, le service de rum est que c'est encore une chanson! Il est écrit que vous pouvez commander sur le menu qui est dans la chambre. Mais il n'y a pas de menu dans la chambre! Si vous descendez à la respiration, il y aura la mécanique! C'est juste un cirque de quelque sorte! Est-il difficile d'imprimer et de mettre dans les chambres. Ou sur papier trop économiser? C'est plus pour la briberie comme. C'est apparemment une question aux propriétaires de l'hôtel. Pas de revendications au personnel. Les filles essaient autant que possible. Les petits-déjeuners sont beaux, divers, délicieux. Cleaning est excellent, recepshne est bienvenue. Oui! Voici un autre manque. Sauna. Voilà de partir, mais en conséquence, ce cours a été refusé. Tout d'abord, il n'y a pas de passage de l'hôtel à la sauna. Nous devons sortir sur la rue, aller sous l'arche pour parker, puis le long du lot de parking à l'entrée de la sauna. Cela ne nous a certainement pas arrêté. Et un prix très rude aussi. Viens. Il y a longtemps qu'il était sous la porte, enfoncé, coupé, mais personne ne nous a ouverts. Nous avons décidé que nous n'avons pas besoin d'une saune comme celle-ci. Retournons. Nous avons déjà atteint l'arche quand la porte de la saune a été ouverte, mais nous n'y sommes plus allés. C'est juste une attitude timide vis-à-vis des clients.vendu

L'hôtel de Perm a été choisi pour une longue période, ce qui a permis d'arrêter le 4ème étoiles New Star, situé presque au centre de la ville. La chambre est très confortable et calme. Le petit déjeuner est situé dans un restaurant de 2ème étage (table suédoise) et est magnifique: gamme, qualité, goût. Sur le 4ème étage, il y a un bar et plusieurs tables où vous pouvez être confortablement situé, par exemple, pour les négociations commerciales. Il y avait deux points désavantagés : 1) dans la caisse, il y avait une instruction d'un autre modèle, non correspondant à la disponible mais après avoir contacté le personnel, le problème a été résolu dans 5 minutes, 2) dans la chambre était un logement sur lequel le module et nos pendaient un conditionneur, et 2 modules de la chambre voisine. Il n'y avait pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la porte pour la climatisation. En général, très heureux avec le choix de l'hôtel. A 100 m, le parc de ville a été diffusé avec des rues ombrages et une roue de vue dont les vues de la ville ont été agréables. Nous vous recommandons de marcher le long de l'embankment Kama, à qui se déplacent un peu plus d'un kilomètre, cette année, Perm a célébré le 300e anniversaire, en partie et donc il a été agréable de marcher sur les pavillons rénovés et de regarder les anciens bâtiments. vendu

L'hôtel est propre et agréable à l'embankment, à deux minutes du centre, autour de restaurants. Les chambres sont prises dans l'hôtel City Old Hotel, et il y avait un mur commun et mince entre elles. Il y a une heure d'horreur, elle a murmuré avec le gars et a pleuré. La chambre est à l'aise, l'écoute des sons derrière le mur, il n'y a pas eu de changements particuliers. Je n'ai pas pu me tenir nerveuse, et l'administrateur est revenu à nouveau et m'a regardé et a offert de monter le sol ensemble pour faire face au bruit. Quand elle s'est frappée à la porte, elle a dit aux voisins: « Nous ne pouvons pas faire de bruit à l'hôtel après 11 heures si vous continuez à faire de bruit, nous devrons vous expulser ». Le type qui sortit de la chambre avec surprise a demandé : « Vous entendez beaucoup, non ? » L'administrateur a répondu à ma plainte et a demandé de ne contacter que pour la deuxième fois.vendu

Был в деловой поездке. С самолета, уставший. Завтра тяжелый день. Поселили на одном этаже с десятком (а может и больше) праздных детей лет 8-12 (видимо, на каникулах), которые носились по коридору до глубокой ночи, орали (здесь, конечно, вопрос к сопровождающим: какого, спрашивается?) и успокоились только после того, как мне пришлось дважды позвонил на ресепшен! Ладно, каникулы, дети, все понятно… Но не размещайте вы людей, находящихся в деловой поездке, по соседству с организованными группами школьников! Одни хотят выспаться, другие беситься… Неужели в службе размещения никто не догадался, что такого соседства по определению не должно быть? Тем более, что со слов администратора, да и по ощущениям тоже, отель полупустой… Это раз… Два. Штатный интерфейс на сайте отеля в разделе бронирования работает, как выяснилось, некорректно. Если вы запланировали поздний выезд, будьте осторожны, вас могут обмануть. Как известно, по общему правилу, поздний выезд до 18-00 оплачивается в размере 1/2 тарифа, после 18-00 - по полному тарифу. Так вот. Интерфейс предлагает на выбор время позднего выезда: 17:00, 18:00, 19:00 и т.п. Указывая 18:00, ты предполагаешь, что выедешь ДО 18:00 и заплатишь 1/2 тарифа, а вот интерфейс считает иначе и насчитывает полный тариф. Это, конечно, поправимо при заезде, но тем не менее… Ну и три. В номерах душно! Вентиляция не работает, а открываешь окно - очень шумно (улица Мира, как-никак…)vendu

La chambre est confortable, spacieuse, confortable, dans tout ce qui est nécessaire: savon, paste dentaire, brosses, manteaux, pantalon, machine à café avec capsules, pot de thé. Quand nous sommes arrivés à la table de café, nous attendions un compliment inattendu très agréable sous la forme de fruits et de boîtes de bonbons délicieux! Les petits-déjeuners étaient très agréables, variés et très délicieux: omelettes et oeillets avec différents compléments en forme de légumes, fromage, sauces ou bèches à choix, cash in the range, fruit salade, fromage - très gentle. Communiquer avec le personnel avant tout louange, les filles sourient, bénéfique, prêt à aider et conseiller sur n'importe quel de nos problèmes. Cleaning est excellent, chaque jour il y a un supplément de fournitures cosmétiques, serviettes fraîches. 💙💙💙vendu
