Tout allait bien, mais en raison d'une violation du règlement technique pour le nivellement du sol, la salle de bain de la pièce où j'étais assise était complètement inondée. Selon la femme de chambre, il n'y a qu'une seule chambre de ce type dans l'hôtel, le problème n'a pas été résolu. Par conséquent, je juge parfois l'attitude de la direction de l'hôtel envers ses clients.

+ Excellente isolation phonique, bon petit déjeuner, chambres fraîches et propres, cabine spacieuse de dunes de sable (80x120 cm), un bon emplacement pour explorer la ville, excellent personnel, réfrigérateur sans bruit (j'ai un réfrigérateur dans la chambre au dernier arrêt) , le parking principal est sous vidéosurveillance. Chaise de bureau près de la table (Enfin ! Remplacez la chaise inconfortable...) -C'est cette pièce et les pièces voisines qui ont des problèmes de climatisation - des sons réguliers comme frapper à la porte (en fonctionnement normal, le climatiseur peut à peine entendre le bruit, en fait le parking n'est pas clôturé hors obstacles la plupart du temps Tous sont ouverts et « bloqués par des blocs de ciment » depuis une autre entrée) sont faciles à conduire entre le trottoir et ce bloc.

Сначала подумалось, вот он - идеальный отель! Ну все хорошо - и номера, и качество, прям отлично! И надо же такой дури быть… В номерах установлена общая система кондиционирования, в номере на стенке есть пульт управления, но… Он ничем не управляет. У него лишь функция вкл и выкл. Отрегулировать температуру нельзя - летом она дует только 22,5 градуса, а зимой теплом. Это мне сказал мастер по их обслуживанию в этом отеле, когда я пожаловался, что не работает пульт. А он, оказывается, и не должен! И еще. Передвигаться между этажами можно только на лифте - на лестницах двери открываются лишь в одну сторону, что неудобно. Поэтому только 4.

В номере чисто, уютно, есть все необходимое для проживания, постельное белье мягкое, воздушное. Предоставляются гигиенические наборы, а также аксессуары (одноразовые тапочки, ложка и синтетическая кубка для обуви). На завтрак шведский стол, включает разнообразную и свежею еду, при Вас пекут тоненькие и вкусные блинчики. Вечером можно сходить в кафе «Пятница» расположено на территории отеля и весело провести вечер (караоке, бар, ну конечно отведать вкусной еды). Как соберемся приехать в Воронеж, то только к Вам! Рекомендую.

Мы с женой останавливаемся в этом отеле каждый раз, когда возвращаемся с черноморского побережья в Москву. В этот раз дело было в декабре, наше шестое однодневное пребывание. Я просто почитал отзывы и хотел бы напомнить, что это хоть и ”Хилтон” (а в нынешней международной напряжёнке, думаю, и не ”Хилтон” уже вовсе; впрочем, не знаю), но всё ж ”трёшка”. А что с ”трёшки”-то взять? Цена (нашего) номера была 5.225 рублей или чуть больше пятидесяти восьми недружественных долларов! Думаю, такой прайсинг в данной нише международных гостиничных сетей где-либо за пределами Воронежа с Россиею вместе нужно ещё будет постараться поискать. И за такие смешные бабки они предоставляют номер с удобнейшими постелями (самое главное в гостинице-то), функциональным, продуманным санузлом и достойной звукоизоляцией (последнее - редкость в наших отелях в принципе). Да ещё и холодильничек туда приволокли по нашей просьбе! И ужин понравился: классный борщец, вкусный гамбургер (а также их фирменный салат ”Хэмптон”, пельмени с индейкиной начинкой, пара пивка ”Курпфальц” по 0,33; два пятьсот пятьдесят за всё про всё). Пиво, опять же, зашло душевно. Приветливый персонал, что за стойкой, что работавший (вернее, работавшие - Кристины) за ужином. В номере - негазированная вода, по бутылочке на нос/на ночь, чипсы и шоколадный батончик. Халявные... Теперь о парковке. Да, это у них откровенная засада: маленькая, а посему вечно занятая. Но! Там сзади армянская церковь стоит, и армянин у входа на её территорию в будке сидит. Так вот он с большой радостью примет любую тачку (за согласованную плату) что днём, что вечером, что на ночь. Ме́ста у него там - завались. Ну, а если платить неохота, но вокруг машину приткнуть тоже не проблема: Воронеж - не фашиствующая в этом плане Москва (то тут уж охраны, конечно, не будет). Короче, ”Хэмптон”, дружище. Ты даже если и не ”Хилтон” уже, то всё равно парень вполне адекватный. Ставлю тебе - вновь! - ”пятёрочку”.

С сетью Азимут мы знакомы уже давно. В Воронеже останавливаемся первый раз. Это была просто транзитная остановка, на одну ночь, проездом в Саратов. Чем нравится данная сеть отелей – своей стандартизацией. Был в одном, был во всех. А теперь конкретно про данный отель. Уютный, большой холл. На ресепшен очень дружелюбные девочки. Приехали мы после 12 ночи, разместили, оформили без проволочек. Местонахождение отеля – самый центр города, как мне показалось. Номер «стандарт» небольшой, но довольно уютный. Центральная система кондиционирования. Совмещённый санузел. Душевая кабина не самая удобная, но и не встраиваемая клетушка. На полке в ванной полный набор душевых принадлежностей. Кровать не самая удобная – точнее это две кровати составленные вместе. Матрац очень мягкий и неудобный. Лично мне не удалось хорошо отдохнуть после долгой дороги. Так же в номере есть стол, сейф, крохотный холодильник. Утром нас ждал довольно неплохой завтрак, за не самые маленькие деньги (600 р на человека). Но в принципе было вкусно, сытно и хватило нам на дорогу до Саратова.

Le Musée de la réserve de Kostynka a été le principal objet de la visite, et cette option a été très bien! La chambre est propre, confortable et dispose d'une vue magnifique sur la ville, de fenêtres panoramiques. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, peu coûteux et saturé, malgré les petites portions (à première vue). Il y a un service avec livraison à la chambre à un prix symbolique, qui est aussi agréable. Il y avait 3 nuits, ils étaient satisfaits) Si vous cherchez aussi un logement, vous allez visiter Kostynki, n'hésitez pas à douter et réserver dans le Zastat:) Parce que dans la chambre seulement un fort, il devient très poussier. Il était toujours ouvert, donc le bruit de la route a été bien entendu, mais nous l'avons habitué un jour plus tard. Il y a un climatisateur, bien sûr, mais laisser tout le temps n'est pas une option. Il est donc mieux de fermer les curtains étroites avant de dormir et laisser le coucher seulement là où le fort, Le soleil commencera à fumer et à grimper. En général, il n'y avait plus de (reclamée)

La chambre est une suite russe, chaque étage contient environ cinq chambres, la chambre est petite, mais très fine et plus propre. Vous choisirez le petit déjeuner correspondant au moment de votre séjour, et le lendemain, vous pourrez choisir des fruits. Le temps est trop tard ici, le temps de départ est très tôt, il y a un petit déjeuner qui ne peut pas profiter. Le 1er étage a trois tables de gymnastique, vous pouvez jouer au gymnastique et manger au 1er étage. Je me sens relativement petit, mais le serveur et le service de la réception sont bons. Délicieux, je me sens également relativement chaud, adapté à la résidence.

В отеле ничего не понравилось. Отель позиционирует себя на 4 звездочки. В холле весят фотографии известных артистов с благодарственными отзывами. Да, холл красивый, но я живу в номере. А номер и сервис не соответствует заявленным звездам. Отель расположен неудобно, на узкой улице, подъезд затруднен. Завтрак не соответствует 4-м звездочкам. Мы пришли на завтрак в 8:45, нарезка, салатики и прочее было съедено. Потом, правда, вынесли, но народ уже закончил завтракать. У нас было два номера. Лето, жара. Мы приехали в 22:30. Бутылок с водичкой в номере нет, чайника и чашек нет. Даже за деньги в баре нет минеральной воды! Номпера 317 А и 324 А. Вентиляция в ванной не работает. Духота жуткая. Если открыть окно, то стоит гул от какого-то устройства, хотя окна во двор. На регистрации очередь. Работает один человек. Регистрация заняла минут 20. У отеля есть парковка, При бронировании номеров мы указали, что нам нужна парковка. Когда приехали, парковочных мест нет. Посоветовали искать бесплатное место или поехать на платную парковку. Это нормально? Мы бронировали заранее. Почему мое место отдали кому-то другому, кто приехал раньше , но без бронирования. Мое бронирование должно меня ждать. Одиннадцать часов на платной парковке обошлись нам в 520 рублей.
