Et je lui ai dit très poliment que j'avais payé le petit déjeuner avec le numéro à l'avance, mais l'administrateur a commencé à discuter avec moi et me convaincre de l'opposé, mettant ainsi ma réputation en ligne avec les fraudeurs et des personnes similaires! Après avoir insisté sur ma position, elle a tout fait pour faire des erreurs et elle aura traité de plus. 5 minutes plus tard, je me suis rappelé où j'ai entendu pardon de mon adresse et une suggestion de quelques candy manutention! Les services de l'hôtel sont très agréables pour les clients et les clients. Je pense que ce genre de ”appel” dans le ton de l'accusation, sans prévoir la situation, est inacceptable dans un hôtel, qui est l'un des ”non-budgetaires” et le meilleur Tomsk! En outre : Numéro 232 - Il y a un poulet commandé pour dîner - salé Il n'y a pas de questions pour le petit déjeuner, tout est très délicieux.

Le service est très bon, le personnel de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste, ne prévoyez pas de chambre double, et il y a une dernière nuit, l'hôtel a une salle de choix, deux personnes vivent trop chaude; la chambre individuelle est libre, l'espace est suffisant; près de la vieille rue, l'hôtel est beaucoup mais pas adapté aux Chinois, nous allons tous aller au centre-ville pour manger.

Настоящая гостиница, не гостевой дом, не мини отель, построена именно как гостиница - всё удобно, в очень хорошем состоянии. Расположена рядом с автовокзалом и жд вокзалом . Все междугородние автобусы и автобус из аэропорта останавливаются напротив. Трансфера нет, но с такси никаких проблем. С торца здания расположен супермаркет сети SPAR - можно купить еды и пр. На этаже кулер с холодной и горячей водой, в номере необходимая посуда, перед сном попили чайку. Номер с двумя кроватями и двумя завтраками ”шведский стол” нам обошёлся в 3800руб. за сутки. За эти деньги в номере не было ни кондиционера, ни сетки на окне. Пришлось спать при открытом окне, так как, было жарко. На удивление, ни комары, ни шум не мешали нам выспаться, хотя спим мы чутко. Администратор очень внимательная, мы попросили тихий номер, она нам предоставила комнату на 4 этаже (лифты работают), с окном во двор, действительно спокойную. Завтрак в кафе на 8 этаже был весьма недурён - вкусный омлет, вкусные сосиски, овощи, выпечка и даже шпроты, блины, курица, колбаса, салаты, гарниры, а также различные напитки. Т Категорически рекомендую.

Проживала в данной гостинице 2 суток с 10 по 12 июня 2023 в составе организованной туристической группы из Красноярска. Для моего проживания в соответствии с условиями договора с турфирмой и внесенной мною оплатой был забронирован 1-местный номер. Однако, при заселении выяснилось, что свободных 1-местных номеров нет, они все оказались заняты. Меня мало интересуют причины данной ситуации и чья это вина. Администратор упорно пыталась поселить меня в 2-местный номер с незнакомым мне человеком, обосновывая это отсутствием вообще каких-нибудь свободных номеров. И только после моей просьбы вернуть деньги, чтобы я могла пойти в другой отель, нашелся свободный номер. Он оказался более высокой категории (о чем я узнала только потом), хотя мне была безразлична категория номера (я вообще не знала, какой категории есть номера в этом отеле, думала, что они все одинаковые и различаются только количеством спальных мест), мне было важно именно 1-местное проживание. При этом данный номер экскурсовод сначала предложила другой девушке из нашей группы, но она отказалась, так как нужно было подождать, пока его уберут. Я подождать без проблем согласилась. Администратор меня также предупредила, что на следующий день нужно будет переехать в другой 1-местный номер, что тоже с моей стороны без проблем, однако я была не самостоятельна в своих перемещениях по городу, а в составе экскурсионной группы, по программе которой в гостиницу мы возвращались только в районе 20 часов вечера. Соответственно, я предупредила администратора, что переселюсь вечером, как только вернемся с экскурсий. Однако, на следующий день, 11 июня, в мое отсутствие, без моего ведома и согласия работники гостиницы самостоятельно перенесли мои вещи в другой номер, о чем я с удивлением узнала только вечером по возвращении. Это вообще нормально??? Брать чужие вещи без разрешения!? Это хорошо, что я утром собрала все вещи в рюкзак. А если бы они лежали по всему номеру? А если бы это было нижнее белье? Сами работники бы собирали? А если бы у меня там лежали деньги, ценные вещи или документы? Это было первое и второе. За это минус 2 звезды. Третье: в стоимость проживания были включены завтраки и ужины. Форма подачи, конечно, странная – разносят в номера в одноразовой посуде. Зачем включать питание в проживание, если не можешь его нормально/удобно организовать? Но не суть, хотят так заморачиваться – пожалуйста, без проблем, лично мне не принципиально. Проблема была в другом. 11 июня мне забыли принести завтрак. Накануне я специально уточнила данный вопрос у администратора, которая сказала, что его принесут в период с 8.00 до 8.30. Никто ничего не принес. В 8.45 я спустилась к администратору, та начала выяснять, как так получилось. В итоге минут через 5 предложила пройти на кухню и «быстренько покушать». Но я была вынуждена отказаться, так как это было бы излишне «быстренько» - на 9.00 был назначен выезд на групповую экскурсию и в автобусе меня уже ждали 29 человек.
