Плюсы: Очень хорошие чистые номера, отличная сантехника, удобные кровати. Очень тихо. Завтрак с четырех утра! Минусы: Полное отсутствие интернета, неудобное расположение, устаревший подход к обслуживанию и минибар в холодильнике. Про Бардин в Новокузнецке всегда говорили только хорошее. Все знакомые, с которыми встречался при приезде в город удивлялись - «Почему ты остановился не в Бардине?». А меня всегда просто фотографии на сайте отталкивали. Не информативные, с пониженным контрастом и каким-то розовым фильтром. В этих фотографиях номера выглядят маленькими, а кровати липкими. Видно, что сделано дешево. А если отель на своем основном ресурсе привлечения клиентов экономит, то и в обслуживании будет хитрить. Но в этот раз я пересилил себя и забронировал таки номер. И оказалось, что сам то номер очень даже хорош! Очень тихий, аскетично-уютный. С удобным большим шкафом в стене и отличной сантехникой. Была даже ванная, что большая редкость в отелях! Кровати тоже не подвели. В общем, всё, что касается непосредственно номера на очень хорошем уровне. А вот интернет подкачал. Подключиться к местному wi-fi проблемой не было. Свободный доступ для всех. Никаких паролей и явок. Я думаю, что все соседние дома пользовались этой возможностью. Поэтому скорость подключения отсутствовала полностью. Невозможно было даже страницу сайта открыть. Про какую-то полноценную работу речи и не шло. Раздать себе интернет с телефона тоже не получалось - стены отеля не пропускали сигнал сотовой связи. В итоге приходилось идти работать на улицу. Местные Спа, хамам, бассейн и прочие радости, «входящие в стоимость» оценить не получилось. Попасть туда можно было лишь до 12-ти утра. Если собираешься идти позже, то надо выложить приличную сумму. Очень повеселила рекламная фраза, которую прочитали в книге гостя уже в номере - «После долгого перелета вы можете отдохнуть в нашем спа и посетить хамам». Звучит отлично, но если начинаешь разбирать эту фразу, то понимаешь, что после долго перелета заселение в отель у тебя лишь в два часа дня, а в хамам тебя пустят только до двенадцати. Сами купоны в этот спа - два листа желтой бумаги распечанные на черно-белом принтере. На обратной стороне этих листов печать и автограф «ответственного лица». Создалось впечатление, что человек придумавший это раньше работал завскладом, где надо вести отчетность, а не в сфере гостеприимства, где надо привлекать внешним видом и лоском. Завтраки оказались неоднозначными. Их хорошего - очень вкусная запеченная под сыром рыба. Остальное разнообразие блюд заключалось в недопеченном картофеле и сырокопченном беконе, который даже не жарили, а просто свернули в трубочку и положили на «теплый стол». Но самое удивительное - белковый омлет. Тот самый, трясущийся как желе, которым вас пугали еще в детском саду. У восьмидесяти процентов населения нашей страны детская психологическая травма связанна с этим омлетом. Почему нельзя было приготовить простой скрембл - загадка! Si vous regardez l'hôtel de l'extérieur à tout moment pendant l'hiver, vous verrez que toutes les chambres occupées ont les fenêtres ouvertes. Même en été, le thermostat dans la chambre ne fait rien, c'est mauvais en été, mais horrible en hiver. Si vous aimez 26C, vous aimerez cet endroit, mais si vous êtes humain et non un lizard, il y a de meilleurs endroits. Contrôlez toujours prend pour toujours. Ils doivent se tourner chaque semaine, en fonction de leur capacité et du fait que vous ne voyez jamais la même personne deux fois. Paulaner est horrible de la nourriture grasse avec une bière pire. Le petit déjeuner est OK. Novokuznetsk a une gamme d'hôtels très mauvais, et malheureusement, ce dernier les a rejoints.vendu

На выходных останавливались в Манго, номер был стандарт, с завтраком. Понравился вежливый персонал, звонили за день до приезда для подтверждения брони, приветливо встретили. В самом отеле находится приятно,интересный интерьер. Для гостей круглосуточно чай/кофе, печенье,конфетки. Завтрак принесли строго в назначенное время,нам понравился,мы заказывали яичницу с беконом,блинчики с яблоком, и йогурт - всё было вкусно! Номера с разными названиями в Африканском стиле. Номер довольно просторный, есть всё необходимое.В номере чисто, есть кондиционер. Но как предложение было бы хорошо,если в номере был холодильник,сейф и хотелось бы 2 стула,поскольку завтракать 2 гостям с наличием 1 стула не совсем удобно. Спасибо за приём!vendu

А если отель на своем основном ресурсе привлечения клиентов экономит, то и в обслуживании будет хитрить. Но в этот раз я пересилил себя и забронировал таки номер. И оказалось, что сам то номер очень даже хорош! Очень тихий, аскетично-уютный. С удобным большим шкафом в стене и отличной сантехникой. Была даже ванная, что большая редкость в отелях! Кровати тоже не подвели. В общем, всё, что касается непосредственно номера на очень хорошем уровне. А вот интернет подкачал. Подключиться к местному wi-fi проблемой не было. Свободный доступ для всех. Никаких паролей и явок. Я думаю, что все соседние дома пользовались этой возможностью. Поэтому скорость подключения отсутствовала полностью. Невозможно было даже страницу сайта открыть. Про какую-то полноценную работу речи и не шло. Раздать себе интернет с телефона тоже не получалось - стены отеля не пропускали сигнал сотовой связи. В итоге приходилось идти работать на улицу. Местные Спа, хамам, бассейн и прочие радости, «входящие в стоимость» оценить не получилось. Попасть туда можно было лишь до 12-ти утра. Если собираешься идти позже, то надо выложить приличную сумму. Очень повеселила рекламная фраза, которую прочитали в книге гостя уже в номере - «После долгого перелета вы можете отдохнуть в нашем спа и посетить хамам». Звучит отлично, но если начинаешь разбирать эту фразу, то понимаешь, что после долго перелета заселение в отель у тебя лишь в два часа дня, а в хамам тебя пустят только до двенадцати. Сами купоны в этот спа - два листа желтой бумаги распечанные на черно-белом принтере. На обратной стороне этих листов печать и автограф «ответственного лица». Создалось впечатление, что человек придумавший это раньше работал завскладом, где надо вести отчетность, а не в сфере гостеприимства, где надо привлекать внешним видом и лоском. Завтраки оказались неоднозначными. Их хорошего - очень вкусная запеченная под сыром рыба. Остальное разнообразие блюд заключалось в недопеченном картофеле и сырокопченном беконе, который даже не жарили, а просто свернули в трубочку и положили на «теплый стол». Но самое удивительное - белковый омлет. Тот самый, трясущийся как желе, которым вас пугали еще в детском саду. У восьмидесяти процентов населения нашей страны детская психологическая травма связанна с этим омлетом. Почему нельзя было приготовить простой скрембл - загадка! Si vous regardez l'hôtel de l'extérieur à tout moment pendant l'hiver, vous verrez que toutes les chambres occupées ont les fenêtres ouvertes. Même en été, le thermostat dans la chambre ne fait rien, c'est mauvais en été, mais horrible en hiver. Si vous aimez 26C, vous aimerez cet endroit, mais si vous êtes humain et non un lizard, il y a de meilleurs endroits. Contrôlez toujours prend pour toujours. Ils doivent se tourner chaque semaine, en fonction de leur capacité et du fait que vous ne voyez jamais la même personne deux fois. Paulaner est horrible de la nourriture grasse avec une bière pire. Le petit déjeuner est OK. Novokuznetsk a une gamme d'hôtels très mauvais, et malheureusement, ce dernier les a rejoints.vendu
