Начну с того, что в данном отеле я проживала со своей семьей более 10 раз. Несколько лет назад, когда отель был еще достаточно новый, нам очень нравилось в нем останавливаться. Но последние два года в отеле заметен упадок, как, например, дыры в полу в холлах, предусмотрительно закрытые ковролином, но в которые все равно проваливается нога, или изменение в гораздо худшую сторону уровня завтраков (раньше всегда с радостью шли на завтрак, теперь стало откровенно невкусно, скудно, поэтому от завтраков в отеле отказались и ходим в соседние кофейни, где на 600 рублей на человека можно действительно вкусно позавтракать). И хоть мне моя семья неоднократно предлагала сменить отель, видя все недостатки и нежелание руководства вкладываться в ремонт, я давала шанс Континенталю, помня о своих давних позитивных эмоциях к данному отелю. Но эта поездка меня убедила, что наше пребывание в данном отеле закончилось окончательно и бесповоротно. При выезде с нас потребовали оплатить 500 рублей за испачканное полотенце (на полотенце после мытья волос остались следы от краски). В акте сотрудники отеля указали, что пятно на полотенце - это, ВНИМАНИЕ, порча имущества! И зам. директора на голубом глазу нам сказала, что за любое пятно они берут деньги, будь то кровь, пятно от вина или кофе и т.д. и это отель 4 звезды! Я объездила полмира, жила в отелях совершенно разной категории, но ни в одном отеле за испачканное полотенце мне не выставляли счет как за причиненный мной ущерб отелю. При этом сотрудники отеля нам не показали ни одного документа, в котором бы было указано, что пятно сложное и не отстиралось обычным способом (я такие пятна отстирываю в домашних условиях в стиральной машинке, не прикладывая никаких усилий). Кроме того, подпись в акте и оплату отель взял с моего мужа, который даже не видел данное полотенце и знать не знал о каких-то пятнах. Очень жаль, что руководство отеля из-за своей мелочности теряет постоянных клиентов и даже не задумывается о том, что давно списанные полотенца не дадут отелю заработать, а только лишат заработка в будущем. vendu

Гостиница располагается в сосновом лесу у дороги на окраине Белгорода. Рядом зоопарк и динопарк. Приятная локация позволяет провести время в спокойствии, погулять, расслабиться. Воздух, лес, река… - главные преимущества отеля. В номере чисто. Персонал вежлив, даже излишне. Иногда, по вечерам складывается впечатление, что это не респектабельное место, а алко-тусовочное заведение. Непонятки начались с парковки. Как подъехать, где оставить машину, будет она охраняться или нет, есть ли камеры наблюдения или нет, мне внятно так никто пояснить не смог. Так что вы оставляете своё авто практически на свой страх и риск, практически на улице. Второе неприятное впечатление продолжилось «с вешалки». Ресепшен. Гости для них не существуют. Приехал-уехал… - занимаются своими делами. Было жарко. Получил выговор от девицы за то, что при ожидании своей очереди взял со стойки план отеля и помахал им вместо веера. После завершения своих дел, ресепшионистка снизошла до меня и выдала ключ от номера в виде электронной карточки и еще что-то. Номер оказался не таким, какой я бронировал (без балкона). Пришлось вновь спускаться и подождав пока девица вновь снизойдёт, требовать заменить номер. Ремонт и мебель уставшие, но сносные. Кровать ужасна: две сдвинутые в одну. При этом одна из них была сломана и очень сильно скрипела. Вторая скрипела поменьше. Хорошо был один. Шкаф местами поломан, сейф не работал. Минибар забит хламом с завышенными ценами. В пешей доступности есть магазины, в которых по народным ценам вполне доступны и закуски и напитки. Обслуживания в номерах нет. В ванной очень медленно сходила вода. Так называемый «балкон» очень маленький, декоративный, на него даже выйти нельзя, не то, что посидеть с чашечкой кофе. Ресторан «Лес и Лис» Готовят пафосно, сервируют красиво. Много необычных, оригинальных блюд. Не так всё вкусно, как выглядит. Вечером много народа, возникает путаница и уже не важно: цезарь с курицей или с лососем… Приличный бар. Цены завышены. SPA-центр «Platinum Gym» Рассчитывал посетить оный, не тут-то было. Оказывается, что на проживающих не в номерах категории люкс бесплатное посещение не распространяется, более того, когда spa-центр переполнен, простых смертных туда ВООБЩЕ не пускают. Выходные оказались практически испорченными. Удалось зайти только после 18.00. В стоимость номера входил ужин. Несмотря на то, что ресторан «Лес и Лис» обслуживает посетителей в SPA-центре, принести комплексный ужин отказались. Пришлось выходить из спа и затем после ужина возвращаться туда вновь. Условия и правила предоставления услуг спа и ресторана ни на сайте отеля ни на сайтах бронирования не указаны. Несмотря на то, что вся эта организация позиционируется как гостиничный комплекс, или даже парк…, и в спа и в ресторане существуют скидки для проживающих в отеле, огромное количество нестыковок и отсутствие связи между этими тремя структурами. L'hôtel Amaks Congress Hotel répond principalement à mes exigences et à ma qualité de séjour. Situation du centre-ville – est optimale, est dans une zone tranquille. Personnel de l'hôtel – amiable, réaliste, prête à résoudre les problèmes du client. – La chambre est spacieuse, confortable, équipée de tout ce qui est nécessaire sauf (pas de malheur) éclairage de bureau. – est suffisant. La chaussure de lit – est propre, frais, pas d'odeur de poudre. Il y a un pad confortable pour la valise, au lieu de crochets – un coffre avec les épaules. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel se sont félicités de l'engagement à respecter les normes de la politique environnementale: au lieu de ne pas avoir besoin de colis de soap, de gel et de shampooing – avec les moyens appropriés. Il y a un réfrigérateur et une télévision, mais nous n'en avons pas utilisé. Le jour Express est arrivé à 22h50, nous sommes à 15 minutes de l'hôtel, mais il n'y avait presque pas de place pour manger dans la ville. Deux heures ont été à la recherche d'un établissement public. Je pense que les propriétaires de l'hôtel devraient y réfléchir. Le petit déjeuner est organisé sous la forme d'un table suédoise, avec de nombreuses salades et snacks, 2 types de caisses, coupes de viande et de fromage, une sélection de boissons, un très délicieux cuisson. Il est possible que, à notre prochaine arrivée dans la ville de la première santé, nous arrêterons notre choix à l'Amax Congress Hotel.vendu

Начну с того, что в данном отеле я проживала со своей семьей более 10 раз. Несколько лет назад, когда отель был еще достаточно новый, нам очень нравилось в нем останавливаться. Но последние два года в отеле заметен упадок, как, например, дыры в полу в холлах, предусмотрительно закрытые ковролином, но в которые все равно проваливается нога, или изменение в гораздо худшую сторону уровня завтраков (раньше всегда с радостью шли на завтрак, теперь стало откровенно невкусно, скудно, поэтому от завтраков в отеле отказались и ходим в соседние кофейни, где на 600 рублей на человека можно действительно вкусно позавтракать). И хоть мне моя семья неоднократно предлагала сменить отель, видя все недостатки и нежелание руководства вкладываться в ремонт, я давала шанс Континенталю, помня о своих давних позитивных эмоциях к данному отелю. Но эта поездка меня убедила, что наше пребывание в данном отеле закончилось окончательно и бесповоротно. При выезде с нас потребовали оплатить 500 рублей за испачканное полотенце (на полотенце после мытья волос остались следы от краски). В акте сотрудники отеля указали, что пятно на полотенце - это, ВНИМАНИЕ, порча имущества! И зам. директора на голубом глазу нам сказала, что за любое пятно они берут деньги, будь то кровь, пятно от вина или кофе и т.д. и это отель 4 звезды! Я объездила полмира, жила в отелях совершенно разной категории, но ни в одном отеле за испачканное полотенце мне не выставляли счет как за причиненный мной ущерб отелю. При этом сотрудники отеля нам не показали ни одного документа, в котором бы было указано, что пятно сложное и не отстиралось обычным способом (я такие пятна отстирываю в домашних условиях в стиральной машинке, не прикладывая никаких усилий). Кроме того, подпись в акте и оплату отель взял с моего мужа, который даже не видел данное полотенце и знать не знал о каких-то пятнах. Очень жаль, что руководство отеля из-за своей мелочности теряет постоянных клиентов и даже не задумывается о том, что давно списанные полотенца не дадут отелю заработать, а только лишат заработка в будущем. vendu

Гостиница располагается в сосновом лесу у дороги на окраине Белгорода. Рядом зоопарк и динопарк. Приятная локация позволяет провести время в спокойствии, погулять, расслабиться. Воздух, лес, река… - главные преимущества отеля. В номере чисто. Персонал вежлив, даже излишне. Иногда, по вечерам складывается впечатление, что это не респектабельное место, а алко-тусовочное заведение. Непонятки начались с парковки. Как подъехать, где оставить машину, будет она охраняться или нет, есть ли камеры наблюдения или нет, мне внятно так никто пояснить не смог. Так что вы оставляете своё авто практически на свой страх и риск, практически на улице. Второе неприятное впечатление продолжилось «с вешалки». Ресепшен. Гости для них не существуют. Приехал-уехал… - занимаются своими делами. Было жарко. Получил выговор от девицы за то, что при ожидании своей очереди взял со стойки план отеля и помахал им вместо веера. После завершения своих дел, ресепшионистка снизошла до меня и выдала ключ от номера в виде электронной карточки и еще что-то. Номер оказался не таким, какой я бронировал (без балкона). Пришлось вновь спускаться и подождав пока девица вновь снизойдёт, требовать заменить номер. Ремонт и мебель уставшие, но сносные. Кровать ужасна: две сдвинутые в одну. При этом одна из них была сломана и очень сильно скрипела. Вторая скрипела поменьше. Хорошо был один. Шкаф местами поломан, сейф не работал. Минибар забит хламом с завышенными ценами. В пешей доступности есть магазины, в которых по народным ценам вполне доступны и закуски и напитки. Обслуживания в номерах нет. В ванной очень медленно сходила вода. Так называемый «балкон» очень маленький, декоративный, на него даже выйти нельзя, не то, что посидеть с чашечкой кофе. Ресторан «Лес и Лис» Готовят пафосно, сервируют красиво. Много необычных, оригинальных блюд. Не так всё вкусно, как выглядит. Вечером много народа, возникает путаница и уже не важно: цезарь с курицей или с лососем… Приличный бар. Цены завышены. SPA-центр «Platinum Gym» Рассчитывал посетить оный, не тут-то было. Оказывается, что на проживающих не в номерах категории люкс бесплатное посещение не распространяется, более того, когда spa-центр переполнен, простых смертных туда ВООБЩЕ не пускают. Выходные оказались практически испорченными. Удалось зайти только после 18.00. В стоимость номера входил ужин. Несмотря на то, что ресторан «Лес и Лис» обслуживает посетителей в SPA-центре, принести комплексный ужин отказались. Пришлось выходить из спа и затем после ужина возвращаться туда вновь. Условия и правила предоставления услуг спа и ресторана ни на сайте отеля ни на сайтах бронирования не указаны. Несмотря на то, что вся эта организация позиционируется как гостиничный комплекс, или даже парк…, и в спа и в ресторане существуют скидки для проживающих в отеле, огромное количество нестыковок и отсутствие связи между этими тремя структурами.
