We stayed at the Kempinski with the children (7 & 3) in February 2021. Given the fact this hotel is located, albeit in a touristic region, in deep Russian province, it clearly matches the standards of a 5 stars hotel. Not absolutely everything is perfection, but close enough, and we had a wonderful time with the kids. Speaking of them, the swimming pool was awesome, not to mention the kids’ club, which made our life easier and was a lot of fun for them. Should you be able to get access, I strongly recommend the use of the executive lounge - and I thank again Tatiana there, who was both super nice and helpful in helping us plan some excursions. Ksenia, who runs the guest relations office, also does an exceptional work - don’t hesitate to get in touch with her for anything.vendu

Могу рекомендовать этот отель если вы хотите: жить в шумной обстановке, вставать в 7 утра, самостоятельно убираться в номере, решать мелкие проблемы,терпеть хамское и неуважительное отношение персонала. Теперь о фактах : убираются крайне плохо, при заезде в номере грязная посуда( не просто плохо помыли,в вообще не помыли) , говорить об этом пришлось 2 раза, в итоге помыли только часть, несколько дней не убирают номер, нашла грязно ! чужое полотенце, забывают туалетную бумагу, кран в ванной работает плохо, интернет вырубается. Будьте внимательны, гостиница вселяет команду детей, конечно никто об этом не предупреждает. Так что шум и хлопанье непрерывное дверьми будете терпеть. На просьбу переселить в другой номер, просто хамски себя вели, их не волнует ,что приехпли отдыхать, а не жить в пионерском лагере. предложили вообще съехать, хотя все уже было оплачено и забронировано очень давно . При всем этом я постоянный клиент, им по фигу . Раньше приезжала, были мелкие проблемы всегда,но закрывала глаза, в этот раз просто ужасно . Отличились .vendu
