Спится здесь действительно хорошо Кровать огромная, удобный матрас, хорошие подушки, в номере хорошая звукоизоляция и светоизоляция, почти бесшумный кондиционер, много воздуха, вообщем выспались мы душевно Белье, полотенца, халаты, гигиенические наборы прекрасного качества Отличная сантехника, все новое, работает система вызова уборки, нормальная кофемашина, холодильник, новый телевизор, замечаний по техоснащению нет Персонал старательный, отзывчивый, любезный, быстро реагируют на все пожелания и просьбы Уборка номера качественная, протирают и полы и другие поверхности, моют зеркала Отель хорошо расположен в центре города и в то же время не очень шумная и людная улица Завтрак достаточный, продукты свежие, есть из чего выбрать Можно сделать заказ еды в номер, в среднем ожидание составит примерно час и это нормальное время для любого ресторанного сервиса Для меня был только один очень важный минус, мало света Дизайн с претензией на элегантность, но с такими тёмными стенами при отсутствии естественного освещения хотелось бы пару потолочных светильников, интимное освещение не всегда уместно. Всё таки отель не позицианирует себя как почасовой и гости бывают разные, в тч семьи с детьми, а в номерах реально темно, сплошной полумрак. Ещё очень рекомендую указать в описании номеров особенности в планировке и расположении окон, поверьте, это важная деталь при выборе отеля Думаю, отель больше подойдёт молодым людям В остальном всё очень неплохо Спасибо за гостеприимство, желаю процветания

Adjacent à la rivière Don, il y a un style de ville fluviale. À mon arrivée, j'ai rencontré un étranger et je suis entré dans ma chambre. Plus tard, j'ai appris que la réception avait tort. Ce problème est grave. Bien que la jeune femme m'ait présenté des excuses en personne, cela devrait certainement être évité. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas de 1000 roubles par personne décrit par Ctrip, mais de 1100 roubles par personne. La carte d'UnionPay a été brossée avec succès à l'époque. Au bout d'une heure, la sœur cadette a appelé et a dit que la carte d'UnionPay ne pouvait pas être créditée. Après les rebondissements... c'était 2 épisodes. Allons-y.

L'hôtel est très confortable, très propre, confortable et moderne, les filles résepnalement réalistes, aidées sur de nombreux sujets, merci. La chambre est propre, il n'y a pas d'odeur extérieure, de poussière. La salle de bain est des gants de neige, des articles cosmétiques, des fans. Быстрое заселение, красивый номер, очень удобный матрас и подушки, смешные 2 мягкие игрушки, которые очень нравятся детям, хотели купить, но нам сказали, что в наличии есть только одна, но нам надо было 2! Очень просили, но в итоге не купили ни одной - обидно! Понравился панорамный ресторан азиатской кухни - все было вкусно, ресторан надо бронировать заранее, т.к. он небольшой! Ресторан на первом этаже прекрасен и уютен, вкусная еда и коктейли, очень жаль, что завтрак подавали внутри, а не на светлой веранде неплохой завтрак, но для заявленного уровня отеля и ресторана не хватало бокальчик игристого!!!

Un beau hôtel, nous avons séjourné dans une suite de luxe de 2 chambres et 2 san de la node. Tout propre, beau, meubles et plombing sont bons! La piscine n'est pas grande mais très froide. 2 niveaux de hauteur, 7-year-old bébé est le plus! Sauna, hammam!!! Restaurant impressionnant! Le dîner était super!!! Paste est tout simplement , le Turc est magique! Le petit déjeuner à tous les masterpieces!!! Et dans la même ville étaient à Radisson Blue, donc ici la Custom House nous aimions beaucoup plus!!! Tout était pensé, délicieux et beau!!!

L'hôtel est situé derrière le pont sur la rive gauche du Don, près de l'intersection routière. Il y a un parking. L'hôtel est propre, tout nouveau. Pas de service de rum. Personnel formé et poli. Noir bruyant si la vue sur la rivière. La télévision dans la chambre était énorme !
